And Chuck was super, very compassionate and a great sense of humor. He was gentle when he worked on my knee, too.

Experiencia negativa: Trying to get in contact with anyone at the Springfield MO location, and even after leaving several messages.....nobody every responds. Did the Springfield Ozzie Smith IMAC center close down? Even after leaving several messages at other locations...not a single reply.

Experiencia negativa: PT providers are great, back office is falling apart, and no one can solve any problems. They cut services for monthly fees but not reduced subscription costs. No chiropractors on staff, but still paying as if there were. Wait an see if they resolve issues before going.

Finally, after 20 years of "throwing my back out" I'm with a team that is diagnosing and methodically working on the problem, without pain medication and without surgery! Very friendly and supportive staff and caring and knowledgeable medical professionals that address all pain and listen. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: This is a scam and these people are thieves. I went in and spoke with somebody at their place in Ozark. A 5 minute FREE CONSULTATION man said they couldn't help me. NOW MONTHS LATER THEY'RE SENDING ME BILLS.

Then not only that, when we started my first session she and her helpers did what I thought would work for me. Don’t get me wrong, it still wasn’t easy, but really hard work!! But at least I counted!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Ozzie Smith IMAC for several years and they have helped me with relief from pain in my lower back and left shoulder. Next will be my knees, I want to avoid knee replacement surgery in the future! Ozzie Smith’s has kept my husband from having back surgery and helped relieve him of back pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I have improved from my 3 breaks in my arm after each session. They have help to help me regain the use of my left arm. I am 75 years old and know it takes time to mend and determination and faith. I was in a sling the first 3 weeks. The last 4 weeks has seen improvement. We are working to strengthen the muscles now and be able the bring my arm higher. 2 bones are healing on their own and fitting back into place. The worse break in shoulder is trying to heal and hopefully replace bone properly back to be adequate suitable to my body. I have had no surgery as yet and hopefully will not need it.i have to 7/20/22 before I go back to doctor to know the results on my improvement. I am back to work with limitations.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. They told the VA I was seeking drugs which wasn't even discussed. All because I was mad at them for saying I missed my appt which was at 1pm but they said 10am. They are truly lacking professionalism

Experiencia negativa: Do not give your money to this place. They will add service after service telling you that your insurance has accepted and will pay. Then when you get the thousand dollar bill, there is zero insurance payment. Also I stopped going months ago and just now received a bill. Save yourself some time and money. They are not what they say they are and only want your money.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting chiropractic adjustments for the better part of 10 years at various places throughout town. I started coming here starting in January of 2021 to get chiropractic adjustments on my back. Dr. Tyler has done all of my adjustments and I could tell from the first visit that I wouldn't be going anywhere else from here on out. Not only would he adjust my back from neck to lower back, but he started adjusting my ankles, shoulders, fingers, wrists and elbows. I had elbow and shoulder pain from various physical activities in the past and that cleared up almost immediately. I have also had popping noises in my wrist and that is completely gone. In short, Dr. Tyler has been amazing. I walk around straighter and my extremities are pain free for the first time in years. I can not recommend him (and the rest of the friendly staff) enough!

Experiencia fantástica: So far so good! They have a good and knowledgable staff and approach the patient holistically, from PT, to injections, which is really really cool! Can I make one suggestion? Please people, clean your window! For God's sakes, the staff said that they haven't been cleaned since you moved in! That aside, give 'em a shot!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I have talked with at Ozzie Smith Ctr. have been amazing and caring. I highly recommend Chuck for your care and rehab. He focuses on mechanical, functional, and psychological causes for pain and the reasons that get to the root of dysfunction. He is incredibly easy to discuss issues with, and he treats you as a whole person, not just one area of the body (like most PT providers these days). He explains everything in a way you can understand and always answered all of the questions I had. My case was complex in nature, and I feel that I can give an honest review. It can take months, and commitment to follow through with recommendations is key. Ozzie Smith Ctr. can give you the tools to be successful. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility also. If you are at all like me and feel you have tried everything, I think you will be impressed by the range of options for care they offer. I could not rate them or recommend them highly enough.

Experiencia negativa: Don't trust them. I told I couldn't do anything the insurance didn't cover. After the second "free consultation" they told me my insurance would not cover the $2,725 plus $75 per visit ( they recommended 12 office visits)when I left they said I didn't owe anything. Two months later I got a bill for $425. $300 for consultation they told me was free. $125 for an exray that I told them I didn't want to do if I had to pay for it. No body there ever touched me. So don't trust them. When I called to talk to them, they told me if I didn't pay it would be turned over to collections. They are, dishonest thieves. Don't let them steal from you.

Experiencia negativa: Medically this may be a fine outfit. Administratively they are very dishonest. They will tell you of insurance coverage that is not accurate. They will try to get as much money out of you as I can. If you have a conference with one of the administrators, I would highly advise you record it.

Experiencia fantástica: Chuck Renner is an innovator, and his therapies are state of the art. i refer clients to him on a daily basis for issues involving pain. You will need a referral from your doctor, but he accepts all insurance. And, if insurance will not cover his services, his fees are more than reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the staff here. They are always, always friendly. I was in pain for almost a year with my back and hip and couldnt exercise or move a whole lot extra. After my first visit I felt better. By the 4th I am almost pain free. I'm so happy I was referred to chuck. I tell everyone about him!
