Experiencia negativa: The doctor did great on my surgery. But the staff doesn’t inform u that u owe a lot of money before the week of surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: My rehab experience at OCI was awesome. From the upbeat greetings at the front desk each morning to the clear plans and hands-on help from the PT team, I actually enjoyed being there. Everyone I worked with was kind, encouraging, and really knew their stuff. Charity was especially great — super straightforward and really helped me understand how I was progressing with my knee replacement. But the real MVP for me was Tracy. She’s an incredible communicator, a strong advocate, and an amazing coach. Warm, caring, and tough in all the best ways! I spent three solid months at OCI REHAB, and I’m honestly so glad I did. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: This facility held my health hostage over $129.00. I was presented with a bill that I thought had been paid and I offered half (what I had on me at the time) but that was refused. In addition, they wouldn't allow me to see the Dr.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a neck injection today at OCI. OMGosh, every one of their personnel were over the top. From the receptionist at the desk that greeted me, to the gal that took me back, Courtney, to the monitoring nurse, Amanda, the other nurse, Brittany and the discharge nurse, (I think Jen) were all so great at what they do. Friendly, personal, excellent employees. And Dr. Bender, is so caring and careful with his injections. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO, when needing orthopedic issues. I won't go anywhere else!!!! Thank you OCI.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgeable therapists, friendly. dont get the feeling they're rushed. Front desk staff efficient, helpful, friendly. Surroundings clean, neat. Ice or heat pack + TENS unit for 15 mins $180+ much more than i would expect.

Experiencia fantástica: Caring professional staff provide physical therapy, encouragement and motivation to heal from total hip replacement. It isn't all just about exercising because they also help with deep muscle soreness using rollers and post therapy cold packs with compression.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience there after having my knee replacement, all of them was especially nice but, Thomas really pushed me and I really enjoyed working with him. Thank you all for your support . Rose M. Beavers

Experiencia fantástica: Genuine therapists!

Experiencia negativa: Was given incorrect information on billing. Was told my treatment would be completely covered. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for almost 78.00. Good thing I couldn't keep my other appointments. I'm on disability, they would have gotten most of my check.
