She takes the time to show me the exercises and walks me through them until I get them right and even will suggest alternate ways of doing them, adjusted for my specific physical needs. She even has changed treatment plans due to some things that were not evident for the first few sessions, and when they surfaced, she adjusted the treatments to best suit my needs and for a positive response. She is also very supportive and as I told her "Your my biggest cheerleader" since she is focused on all the positive things and tells me to keep trying. I'm glad I found her and will be continuing my course of treatment with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I was not sure what to expect when I had my first session with Danielle. She was very easy to talk to and didn't make you feel uncomfortable for being there. Danielle loves what she does and is very passionate about helping others with pelvic health care. She listened to me and always asked what I wanted to achieve through my sessions. I deal with pelvic organ prolapse with lots of pressure. She gave me certain exercises to strengthen my core with correct breathing. I also have sciatica/piriformis pain that with her help relieving pelvic floor tension has made a world of difference with the pain. I cannot say enough about Danielle and her staff. From my very first appointment, I felt welcomed and comfortable in Danielle’s care. I am currently 24 years old and postpartum with my first baby. I often hear “you’re so young and active you’ll just bounce right back,” or that it is “normal” to lose bladder control after pregnancy. During my consultation and my pelvic exam we realized that my issues may have been happening long before pregnancy, and they have just been brought to light postpartum. When I came here, I was hoping to avoid surgery and traditional treatments. This therapy has improved my quality of life, and I am able to live normally.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough positive things about Danielle and Elevate Pelvic Health. I underwent prostate surgery (removal) and was not healing as I hoped. Incontinence is a common issue but your body should be able to overcome this with a few exercises. Since I was not healing, I visited Elevate Pelvic Health to make sure I was exercising properly, and to really discover any other things I might do to help this move along. Within my first consultation, Danielle was able to identify several issues that not only prevented my healing but made my situation worse than it should have been. How I tried to control my core (belly) was way off. I was essentially targeting the wrong muscles and these muscles put a further strain on my bladder. So Danielle not only taught me how to exercise properly to control my incontinence, she taught me how to improve my breathing and my core structure at the same time. With her instruction and my persistence in working on the plan, I graduated from the program after 3 months. Because of her, my core is stronger, my belly is tighter, my incontinence is under control, and I am much happier.
