Experiencia fantástica: Lauren is an amazing therapist. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about my condition and what’s needed to get me on the mend. The front desk staff has been helpful in scheduling my appointments and patient in the process as it’s hard because of my personal loaded schedule. Lauren’s therapy assistants are kind and patient as well. This location is clean and well sanitized between patients. I am happy to be a patient here.

Experiencia negativa: My husband broke his leg a year ago. He's been going every month. It takes a half tank of gas to drive there and back home. He's been working for the last 6 months. So it's a whole day off of work as well. Today was the FIFTH time we arrived and were told we needed to reschedule. We usually schedule Mondays with Dr Gleason and we get the reminder on the Friday prior. After the first 2 times this occurred, we double and triple checked that they had the correct phone number. Always the same email. The woman at the desk always insists that they called. They didn't. But it's our word against the reputable Drs office. So who are the higher-ups going to believe? I know people in this area are rich, including these Drs. But I dont have the money to blow a half tank of gas for NO REASON, not to mention a whole day off work because we leave 2 hours early because there's always traffic on the parkway. And it takes 1hr20 minutes normally. Then there's money for drinks and or food because I have to bring my son with us because I dont use babysitters. We have asked if we can switch to a local office and the Dr insisted she wanted to see it thru to the end. Not very considerate just because the Dr is a control freak

From day one, he has been incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the process. Therapy sessions have been challenging and sore, as expected, and there have been some unexpected challenges along the way. However, Steven approaches each session with care and encouragement. Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Practice, they have a few locations. But I always use their Stamford, CT location. The Stamford, CT, location is great. It offers everything in one package. From great doctors on the medical side of their office to physical therapy on the other side. They even have an MRI unit in the same building. Everyone at ONS is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend ONS.

Experiencia positiva: My Therapist Alison was amazing. I had a big Neck and shoulder problem for years now. I was in so much pains and my neck was so tight. She got it loosen. I’m actually in less pain now and my body felt more relaxed. I’m so thankful and grateful for people like this.

I doubt that I will ever get rid of it completely but the professional help that I have received at ONS in Stamford has got me to the point where I can play without pain. That is a very significant piece of therapy and I believe I will be able to play golf for years to come even though I am 77 now.

Experiencia fantástica: My ONS PT experience was great. Deborah was fantastic in helping me to rehab my knee. She was incredibly patient-centric. Love the model of the Stamford location of the Physical Therapists working with patients for the duration of the appt. By contrast in at the small Wilton location, I only spend 10-15 mins with the physical therapist with a tech walking me through the exercises for the remainder of the appointment while the PT types away at a laptop. Stamford is far and away better. I will say the front desk receptionist in Stamford always seemed a little flustered whenever I went in there. Lots of sighs, taking a personal call in the office and then making comments under her breath. A little awkward.

Experiencia fantástica: I injured my right knee badly during the winter of 2019 and made a mistake on not going to a therapist. Fast forward to 2021 I reached out to ONS on the phone and start coming in for knee sessions and when I tell you I never so much better after working with them. It was amazing because I thought I permanently damaged my knee with a (Mencius tear) so I couldn’t walk without a compression sleeve or brace on. However it all challenged within two months. I can walk fine now but I’m still not at 100% which is ok because I’m still doing knee exercises while in college. Other than that this place gave me hope.

My experience at ONS PT in Stamford has been nothing short of outstanding. The environment is beautiful (you look out onto trees as you work out) and the skill of the therapists is a 10. Tara, has done a great job with me. After just 3 weeks, I am already seeing significant improvements. I would highly recommend ONS PT.
