Experiencia fantástica: Laura the case worker who met my husband and me at the discharge facility was simply awesome. On admission to Ignite, we were greeted by very friendly staff members, and were welcomed to the facility. We were oriented to the unit, and given brief explanation of procedures. The Doctors, Nurse Practitioner, Nursing Staff, Hospitality Coordinator, Therapists and also Blanca from Admissions were instrumental in the care of my husband. I found the above mentioned staff to be very caring, kind, patient and knowledgeable.

The service at lunch was impeccable (Alvin was our server), as was the food. Clean, quiet, warm environment, that clearly my two friends and enjoying and thriving in. Well done, Edgehill!

Experiencia fantástica: The many members of the staff at Edgehill's rehabilitation center provide exceptional care and attention to their patients - from the charge nurses to the kitchen staff to the nurses and aids who attend to the vast array of services needed by each resident. The environment is immensely friendly which is key to fostering an optimistic outlook by the patients. I love speaking to the staff who come from myriad countries - including the Phillipines, Ukraine, Haiti, Bangladesh, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Poland. If only Edgehill could be replicated across the country! Thank you!

Experiencia positiva: I consider Edgehill to be an expensive but good senior living resource in my area. Their level of care and empathy for their clients and residents is very good. They have an intense focus on the safety and well-being of their residents. The facility is secure, clean, beautiful and extremely well-secured. Their staff is wonderful for the most part but I get a sense the senior management can be a bit aloof. But I recommend this facility to anybody.

Range of living situations from independent to assisted, to memory care and skilled nursing. Very nice to have someone cook a meal or two for you each day so you can enjoy yourself doing other things.

The ACNA’s who shadowed me were exceptional. They were all attentive and provided adequate guidance which made my experience amazing. Hats off to Ofelia and Ms Gurdy.

We are all grateful to the knowledgeable and kind staff, particularly Sheena, Mom's nurse. The food is quite good, particularly impressive since she is on a no salt diet. It has helped Mom put on 5 pounds which she really needed. I cannot say enough about how positive the staff is. Thanks Edgehill!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I moved to Edgehill three years ago. We felt it was one of our best decisions especially when my husband needed medical care. This is a very special place with unbelievable care. It starts at the top with the CEO and trickles down to the staff and residents. People call each other by name so that you feel safe and secure. After cooking for a family of 8 I really enjoy food. t is too delicious to be true . I have also enjoyed exercising in the pool and walking through the woods. The residents are eager to learn and participate. Activities abound wether on Zoom or in person . The days are filled with interesting speakers and activities. I enjoy the bridge, and lectures. If you ever feel lonely you can just walk to the mailbox and chat with folks along the way. Don't miss out . It is the place to be Jeanne Eckrich ( LCSW. )

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I moved to Edgehill over six years ago and we couldn't be happier. The staff is so caring and attentive to our needs. The lectures, concerts, and discussion groups keep us very entertained and dinner with friends in the dining room keeps us connected! Beautiful grounds for walking, set close to the city of Stamford and the town of Greenwich, and a train ride an hour into New York City, provide a perfect location.

Experiencia fantástica: Edgehill, is by far the best organization I’ve visited yet from the time I entered I was greeted by great staff that took their time to make sure that I was comfortable. The staff in the front desk directed me to a table where I scanned my forehead for my temperature, he made sure I had a face covering and sanitizer was readily available. The environment smelled very clean. As I waited for the HR staff Bryon I was offered coffee and water. Shortly after the HR personal came to greet me with such great compassion and open arms not much different from another lady from HR whom I had the pleasure to meet the week before (Joyce). This place feels like a true Home with very genuine staff not to mention the cleanliness, and overall the beauty that stares at you. I love Edgehill and would recommend anyone to it. I wish my mother could get in there. Thanks Edgehill staff you Guys Rock with Professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a sub-acute rehab facility this place is first rate! Can't say enough about the quality of care I received. It's a wonderful place to heal. The staff is marvelous and very caring. There's a pervasive upbeat vibe throughout the facility that's genuine, not forced or phony. The place is spotlessly clean, the therapists very competent and encouraging, the private rooms are nice, and the food and food service staff are top notch. I may just take a dive and break something so I can return

We found a coterie of welcoming residents and staff who extended warm invitations to meals, varied activities and all sorts of parties. In finding a new home we had also found an extension to our families. When other climes or great grandchildren beckon I lock my door and leave, knowing that my home here will be cared for and I will always be welcomed back with “We missed you.” Joan C.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Edgehill 2 years ago (from Greenwich)... BEST decision ever! They cook for you, clean for you and do your laundry... what more could a person want! Plus absolutely no house to worry about in the storms. The management and staff have taken wonderful care of us during this past year filled with universal COVID challenges. We have outstanding activities and entertainment available, lots of interesting neighbors to spend time with, yet it is easy to continue my full outside life. I also spent two wonderful post-op periods upstairs in Skilled Nursing and felt like I was in a spa retreat!

Experiencia fantástica: Edgehill is absolutely beautiful. When you first pull inside the gate it appears to be a massive ski lodge. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've only visited in the evening, and through the main entrance, but from what I've seen its a 5 star retirement home. It's clean, well kept (inside and out), and secure. Note: to get inside the gated community you must press the button and respond to security. They'll open them up for you. To leave to must pull up to the gate and they will automatically open for you.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother has just returned home from Rehabilitation at Edgehill. She was very well cared for and thought the food was "Fabulous". The staff at Edgehill is wonderful and very attentive. We looked around the community. They have beautiful apartments for Independent Living. There are two dining venues, a beautiful pool, Spa, Massage Therapy and a beauty salon. The community location is excellent and was easy for me, my two sisters and my mothers friends to access. We are eternally grateful for the physical therapy departments tenacity. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Edgehill who took such excellent care of my mother!

Experiencia fantástica: My father has lived at Edge Hill for about a year now. He first entered for Rehab after a hospital stay, and then needed the Skilled Nursing Services. While no one wants to live in a nursing home, there are times when it is necessary. The experience has overall been surprisingly pleasant. The staff goes above and beyond to meet the residents’ needs and wishes. Amanda, in Activities has made an extra effort to make Dad feel welcome and to encourage him to become engaged in activities that he enjoys. Serena, at the desk is ready and willing to answer questions or make arrangements for the residents as needed. The nursing staff are very caring and kind, as is the therapy staff. And while the facilities are clean and well-cared for, when it comes down to it, the people at Edge Hill are what make it feel like home.

Experiencia fantástica: Edgehill is a 5 star rehabilitation center not only as per all the awards it has amassed but also by my own rating system! The nurses are professional to a fault, their aides and assistants are likewise. The rooms are lovely, immaculately clean with lovely views and beautiful furnishings. The window treatments and flooring to match. The meals are both nutritious and delicious! The activities are diverse and entertaining, while the PT and OT departments are stellar. All this AND a wonderfully caring, smiling administration and staff members! Thank you Benchmark for owning and maintaining this superb rehabilitation center. Experiencia negativa: I tried to get my mother in after her surgery. They had room for her until they found out it would be covered by medicare not self pay at $550. per night.
