Experiencia negativa: Insurance issues be aware! It will not be approved. It seems good when you get started and they push you to leave a review and then time goes by you are given too many treatments they will tell you are medically necessary, but there isn't enough medical documentation to get Insurance approved. The personal pay rate they promised you, and you have in witting, will not be honored. The whole thing is misleading. You will end up in court. The owner is unprofessional and she has mad 13 million dollars by doing this (publicly reported number).

The staff is courteous, compassionate and helpful. The therapists are knowledgeable and treat all of you, not just one injured part. Different from other places I’ve been. First, and most importantly, they've worked with me and my insurance and made it possible for me to get care (a HUGE bonus as I hadn't met my deductible yet). Second, they've allowed me to bring my 3-year-old with me, and for any moms out there who have trouble making appointments because they're at home with kids, this place is empathetic to your needs! HUGE, HUGE bonus! And last, I've been working with Noelle who has been a wonderfully warm and understanding caregiver, who so early in her career has already mastered patient-centered care to a "T" and it meant so much -- thank you to everyone at HQHT!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to Caryn and Brynn! Brynn is a great OT - excellent at listening to the patient and creating a customized therapy program to target specific muscles. Neurological issues are more complex to address and it requires both patience and knowledge of the condition and symptoms. Having been to many PT + OT therapists over the past few years I would rate Brynn at the top. Amazing positive energy, very smart and always a welcoming smile! Highly recommended!!!

I have suffered from a herniated disc for two years now and have been through 4 different physical therapists, none of them who knew exactly what would help me. The first time I saw Dr. Caryn she listened to me and understood exactly what was wrong on my first visit. Within 2 weeks of therapy my back was already feeling better and after one month it was almost back to perfect. Have been seeing her for over a year now and cannot give a more positive review. And it’s not just Caryn! Her entire staff is kind and super informative! I have had trouble with my insurance before and when I asked Katie and Ally some questions about what they covered they gave me a detailed description about what to expect and helped me immensely with all of the other questions I had. Overall, most AMAZING physical therapy place i’ve ever been to and can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Caryn and all the staff for making my experience there so enjoyable.

The one on one attention, caring environment and Pilates equipment made my experience here better than any other therapy place I have been to. Having had knee replacements, fractures and muscle sprains, I have been to many other therapy places. Now I will only come here when I need therapies - physical, occupational or massage therapies. I'm pain free now and can't thank everyone at HQHT enough for that. I haven't felt this way in many years!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a fall leaving me with a concussion. I have been extremely tired, foggy, weak, etc for the past week trying to let my brain heal. Caryn recommended me to see one of her therapists- Dawn- who worked on massaging my head, neck, and shoulders. I instantly felt relief and had the most clarity and energy since suffering from my concussion. Dawn was awesome and can't wait to get another treatment from her. Everyone at the office is super friendly, welcoming, and extremely caring. I highly recommend HQHT to everyone :)

Experiencia fantástica: HQHT has been a blessing for me! I moved to Stamford, CT in 2017 after a horrible car accident that happened in FL in 2016. I continued my therapy here and have nothing but good things to say about this place and the people who work here! I never thought I'd be able to do some of these things I'm doing after my accident but with the help of these amazing therapists I have been able to go back to school and currently getting good grades in my classes and will soon be getting my degree! Also, after struggling with back pain for years and going to multiple chiropractors and trying different exercise techniques I no longer struggle with this while going here. Thank you to everyone at HQHT!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I have to give them 1 star and feel the need to warn others about their deceptive practices. Shame on me for not being buttoned up, but a truly professional practice would never let this happen. I was referred to them because my father suffered a stroke and needs both physical and occupational therapy. My Dad, has GREAT insurance, due to his career in public service, with close to 100% coverage for in network providers, through a combination of medicare and other insurance. While HQHT happily brought us into their practice, they NEVER made it clear that they were not in-network and that there would be a huge co-pay. It wasn’t until we went through 6 weeks of at least 4 visits per week, that they billed me over $700. I left them and went to one of the many other providers in the area and was 100% covered. I hope this helps other care-givers be aware of the risks associated with taking good care of our parents.

The fact that our daughter could receive therapy in our home was a huge help. Ann, the PT we worked with was wonderful and made return to sport therapy fun!
