Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend - Sneha was so so kind to my infant daughter and extremely thorough. Even though this was out of network from our insurance the appointment was so so worth it. She made me feel completely at ease and showed me a lot of exercises that I could do at home to help my daughter!

Experiencia fantástica: We were skeptical at first. We thought maybe our kid just needs to grow out of some of the challenges he was facing. We are so happy we sought help. I am a firm believer that every child should at least get an ot/pt evaluation to identify possible weaknesses in development. We think of it as a private tutor for the mind and body. We are beyond grateful for the team at Big Leaps! From day one, Alison (OT) and Alyssa (PT) have been absolutely extraordinary. Their expertise, patience, and genuine care for our son have made such a difference and not just in his development, but in our entire family’s daily life. Their early intervention skills helped identify issues that both we as parents and even our pediatrician had overlooked- like issues that, thanks to their attention, turned out to be totally fixable with the right support. A huge shoutout also to Sneha, who is not only fantastic with billing but incredibly hands-on when it comes to working with insurance. She has gone above and beyond to make sure services are accessible and affordable, which has been such a relief. We can’t recommend Big Leaps enough. Most therapists come from the birth to 3 program. Their team is skilled, compassionate, and truly invested in helping kids (and parents!) thrive.

The entire team is dedicated to providing the best care for children, and this dedication is evident in their approach. The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and compassionate, making each session both engaging and effective. The atmosphere is calming, and the facility is designed with children in mind, creating a stress-free environment where kids feel comfortable and safe. I have seen such a positive change in my son’s development, and I am beyond grateful for the support that Big Leaps and his amazing occupational therapist, Victoria, have provided for our family.

Experiencia fantástica: My medically complex son has had the best experience with speech therapist Zoe, who after already being an incredible speech therapist went on to get additional training and certification in PROMPT techniques. She has a wonderful demeanor, and is very organized in her structured plan and goals for care, and in following up with me as a parent on his progress. My son also sees Victoria, an OT who has blown us away in her creative solutions and exercises to help my son with his very poor fine motor skills. She makes therapy fun and exciting for a little boy who struggles to keep focused. I'm so thankful she's part of my son's team!

Experiencia fantástica: We are beyond grateful that we found Big Leaps and that their team is now part of our lives. Our 3 year old son has been seeing Sneha and Alison for about 1 year, and his progress in that time has been remarkable. We were impressed from the outset with their evaluation of him and the targeted goals that they set for his improvement. We knew what we were working towards. He absolutely loves going to "play" with them, and he works so hard while he is there because they make therapy fun. Their positive energy is contagious, and they really get the most of their kiddos. They are also extremely communicative with the parents and provide a lot of feedback on the sessions and progress. I can't recommend Big Leaps enough. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Big Leaps since my son was 1 1/2. I can’t say enough good things about all the therapists there. I especially think Alison and Alyssa are amazing and go above and beyond. They cater every session to keep my son engaged and advancing towards goals. Also anytime a fellow parent has a worry about their child’s development I always say call Sneha at Big Leaps who is more than willing to listen and offer amazing advice whether that’s with them or not! I love the honesty and dedication they have. Most of all my son is always happy to go and building so much confidence and growth!

Zoe has been an exceptional speech therapist. Over the past months, our son has shown tremendous growth, and much of that is thanks to Zoe's dedication and expertise. She developed a special bond with him, and he always looked forward to their sessions. Zoe consistently went above and beyond, addressing not only his speech challenges but also other areas where he needed extra support. Her positive impact has been profound, and our son is now confidently ready to start kindergarten. Sneha has been a huge advocate for our son and our family. Her thorough communication and genuine care for each child in the practice have made a world of difference. We truly felt supported every step of the way, knowing Sneha was there to guide us. Recently, we also began working with Victoria for occupational therapy. It feels like we've known her all along, as she quickly built a strong connection with our son. He always looks forward to his sessions with her, and she has come up with some fantastic new goals for him to achieve in OT. We highly recommend Zoe, Sneha, Victoria, and the entire team at Big Leaps to any family seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated group of professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my sons have been going to speech therapy at Big Leaps for the past year, and we've seen tremendous progress in both of them. They are working with Heather, and both of them look forward to their sessions with her. She makes it fun and plays games with them, so they don't feel like it's "work." In addition, Danielle is incredibly communicative and supportive in both of my kids' progress. Couldn't recommend Big Leaps more!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely obsessed!! When we started, my 6-month-old had torticollis and was only rolling back to belly on one side. We had been to another pediatric therapy clinic in Darien before but saw no progress. There was a night and day difference in the methods, expertise, care, and effort at Big Leaps. I cannot say enough amazing things about Alyssa. My baby initially wasn’t loving her sessions, but Alyssa powered through the crying with short breaks to ensure my baby got what she needed (and now she's all smiles). Within a month, she's moving around, rolling all over the place, and is close to crawling!!! We "graduated" after a month, but I asked to keep the sessions going because they are amazing and I learn so much about supporting future milestones! It is worth every penny.

Sneha, Danielle, and Zoe are exceptional and have made incredible strides with our little one (we have worked with almost all the therapists over time and all are wonderful!). The care and thoughtfulness they put into their programs and how they interact with my husband and me has been instrumental to our collective wellbeing - our daughter would be in a much different place without them!!! We could not recommend them more

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very special place making a huge impact on our son's physical and even emotional development. Sneha is magical in how she interacts with our child and pushes him to advance with each session. You can literally see him transforming before your eyes with every session. Sneha brings the family along, explains everything she's doing and what the desired outcomes are, so you can bring it all home and continue the work. The facility is always spotless and spacious and you are never rushed after an appointment when a diaper change or putting on all of your child's equipment might take a few minutes. We can't recommend Big Leaps more to anyone looking for help with their child's physical needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Look no further, Big Leaps is the best! First, everyone who works at Big Leaps is truly the nicest and when you spend many hours waiting for your child in a session, they make you feel at home. My son started with Alyssa for PT after starting to walk at 22 months. Her patience with him, even when he made it quite difficult for her, never wavered. When she noticed that there may be some vestibular concerns, she immediately recommended we get an OT evaluation and after several months working with Alison, he was making even bigger strides. AND then when our daughter was heading on the same physically delayed path, Alyssa had a new challenge with a very opinionated toddler and got her walking and thriving! After 1.5 years, we have two discharged children and are beyond proud of their hard work, but more so, beyond thankful to have found Big Leaps to guide us through this moment with them!

We continue to observe consistent progress from week to week. The environment is clean and bright. Sneha is Very knowledgeable and professional in the area of Pediatric PT!

Experiencia fantástica: At the suggestion of my pediatrician, I started PT when my then 15-month-old daughter was still not crawling or walking, only scooting in her bum. The wonderful Sneha Gosalia evaluated her and quickly put together a plan of action to get my daughter up and walking. With incredible warmth and patience, Sneha and Lisa Haid worked tirelessly each week with encouragement and enthusiasm to set her on the right path. I'm so pleased and proud to report that my daughter immediately took to the PT and has been crawling and walking beautifully! We continued PT for another month to cement some of the skills she learned. We both look forward to "graduating" next week, but will certainly miss our play dates at Big Leaps. This practice is just wonderful - both effective and encouraging! I would highly recommend. Thank you to Sneha, Lisa and Danielle- keep doing your incredible work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We love Big Leaps! My son has been coming 1-2 times per week for over a year now. His progress is remarkable. He went from not being able to climb last summer to going up the stairs by himself and playing on large play structures at the playground. The PT/OT work has been focused on his specific needs with thorough and caring attention. I am so grateful for Big Leaps!

Experiencia fantástica: We love Big Leaps! My daughter has been going for a year, and has made tremendous progress in her gross motor skills - we can hardly believe it. I often post videos for my friends and family and almost everyone has remarked on how good our therapist is - my daughter loves going there and every activity usually involves engaging her cognitively as well - colors, numbers etc. We were encouraged to go a couple of different avenues with my daughter, but we are all so glad that we chose Big Leaps.

After seeing two other pediatric PTs that weren't the right fit, Sneha has helped my son make gains I never thought possible. Sneha is so positive and kind. She knows each individual child and meets them where they are developmentally. She is always rooting for us and has been completely understanding as things have come up, such as changes in our son's mood, behavior, and even appointments we have to go to last minute. After seeing other pediatric PTs in the area, there is no doubt that Big Leaps and Sneha are the absolute best around!

She is is a wonderful resource in the pediatric world of therapy. Danielle is amazing as well - she makes every exercise fun for the kids, and they love her! Both women are compassionate and lovely --- I cannot recommend Sneha and Danielle enough!!

Sneha worked with my 6 week old for just a few weeks to resolve a head tilt/tight neck issue and my 3 year old for over a year to overcome his gross motor delay. The practice is super positive and professional, always on schedule, works with insurance, and most importantly they are fabulous with the kids. I'd give 100 great reviews if I could! My son always looked forward to his sessions

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my son to Big Leaps because he was diagnosed with Torticollis. Sneha, worked with him since he was 6 weeks old to 9 months. She was always patient, kind, and gentle but knew just how to push him to help him get better and build his strength. My son loved her and so did we. She always followed up and checked on him. He is now 10 months old, sitting, standing and walking. Highly recommend her and Big Leaps.

She was kind, professional and fun with our daughter from day one when she was 15 months old . When we began our daughter was diagnosed as low tone and struggled to roll over and would not stand - now she is 22 months old standing strong, walking, running and climbing like any other adventurous toddler. Sneha made sure we understood what she was working on, her weekly observations and provided guidance on what we could work on at home and at her daycare. Her physical space is bright, extremely clean and convenient in Stamford. It is perfect for all kids and for worried parents.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our daughter to Big Leaps after reading many positive reviews as my daughter was almost 6 months and wasn't turning in her own. My daughter is now 10 months and thanks to all the weekly therapies, she turns, sits up and just recently started to crawl too! Sneha at big leaps is awesome, she was super energetic with my daughter and didn't let her give up during our sessions! Sneha gets very involved in the process to achieve maximum success as if it's her own child. Thanks to Sneha, my daughter achieved many of her milestones on time!! I would recommend big leaps to anyone who is concerned about flat head or their child's development!

My daughter was nearly 18 months old and had not taken her "first steps" so we were referred to Big Leaps for an evaluation. Sneha's expertise helped our daughter develop her core strength and leg muscles very rapidly and the warm environment at Big Leaps completely exceeded our expectations. Experiencia fantástica: Big Leaps and Sneha truly changed the quality of my daughter's life. After a spinal fusion surgery, everything was more difficult. Sneha created an exercise and therapy program specifically for my daughter's needs. The one-on-one undivided attention was key in my daughter's recovery. Sneha was super motivating and encouraging and gave my daughter the skills and confidence to get back to all physical activity!

Sneha is extremely patient, professional, and has a great manner with kids. My daughter loved coming to her PT sessions. We also learned a lot of other great skills like tummy time activities and core strengthening. If you need a pediatric PT in the Stamford/Greenwich area, Big Leaps is a great choice.

Experiencia fantástica: We started working with Sneha when my son was 8 weeks old. He was diagnosed with torticollis and she came highly recommended. She told me from day one that she would do everything to correct the torticollis and prevent a helmet and she was totally right!! My son was a very fussy baby with reflux and she never got frustrated with him. While I would get stressed out, she stayed so calm and nurturing. She was focused working on stretches, but she also worked on tummy time, core strength and reaching for toys because he was not that strong at these skills. By the time he graduated from PT his torticollis was gone, his head was round, his core stronger and wouldn't stop reaching for everything in sight! She is amazing and my son is in such a good place because of her. I have him in her little movers class and he loves it! All her exercises and activities are engaging and they get him so excited! We are so lucky to have worked with her! She is the best!

No matter how frustrated my daughter would get, Sneha was so gentle, patient and always encouraged her along the way. My daughter loved her time with Sneha! Sneha always made sure that I knew how to execute the exercises properly at home and was always available to me whenever I had a question. Their new facility is bright, welcoming and filled with the best toys to motivate the children who are working so hard. My daughter is now six months old and just "graduated" from PT. Her torticollis has completely resolved, her head has rounded out and she's rolling all over the place and trying to crawl. We are so grateful for all of Sneha's help and will miss our time with her!
