Experiencia negativa: If I hadn't gotten X-rays i would have requested a full refund. I went in with 3 different postpartum foot pain problems and the doctor just shrugged and told me to wait for the swelling to go down. Ok, but what about the 2 other things I went in for? I was in SO MUCH pain that i was even open to surgery &/or cortisone shot. I ended up In fact with an infection that was assessed by the nail esthetician at my nail salon WHO ACTUALLY TREATED ME LIKE THEY CARED & fixed the issue. It’s crazy that the nail salons care more than the actual doctor who spent less than 5 minutes with me.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Simon is excellent. However, ONS’s Physical Therapy is impossible to reach - waited on hold 10 minutes every time I tried to schedule an appointment (3 times) - they can only call you back. There seems to be a staff shortage. So I am now looking for another PT.

After having 3 diff surgeons tell me how complicated and serious my shoulder injury was I decided to work with ONS and specifically Dr V based on referrals from several ppl I know who used her. The whole experience with ONS was great! I’m now 6 months past my surgery and feeling great! Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: They sent a bill I paid to collections. Despite multiple calls and proof of payment I am still receiving calls from debt collectors 2+ years later. Update: their customer support response led nowhere. Do not use ONS. Two surgeries later and my knee is not better, and the support staff is incompetent.

Experiencia negativa: Not impressed and if you pay attention to reviews, you'll notice a pattern... I saw Dr. Simon for terrible back pain and related afflictions. He was extremely dismissive. Said it was likely muscular and gave me a referral to a PT place. When I mentioned a prior MRI and a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease, osteoporosis, and double herniation, he answered "they lied to everyone back then". I had to insist on an MRI he wasn't keen on prescribing because "your insurance will refuse". Long story short: I had the MRI weeks later. Previously diagnosed condition was confirmed (it's even worse now) and Dr. Simon has yet to call me to discuss results or make a follow-up appointment. The question that begs to be asked is: What do ONS doctors treat exactly? I'm glad I got an updated MRI out of this, but some patients aren't even that lucky... A poor reflection of our medical establishment.

Typically with specialists there is a waiting time of at least a couple weeks but I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an appointment within 2 days. The staff member on the phone was very friendly and knowledgable unlike many medical offices these days. There was no wait time the day of the appointment and the doctor was in to see me soon after x-rays. Dr. Cantlon was friendly and professional.
