Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has been going to metro ehs since 2020. The whole staff is just amazing. They truly care . She loves going. When she first started she was in ABA , speech and OT but now only goes for speech. She’s made amazing progress and I give metro ehs the credit for that.

Experiencia negativa: The staff at the north Sterling office are great and my son loves going. My issues are with admin I got my son in the “waiting pool” for aba and they said that kids who received 2 or more services were being prioritized my son receives 3 other therapies while waiting for aba, I recently recommended a family member to the clinic to get her child into therapy they received no services prior we’re not in the waiting pool long at all and got into aba before my son who again receives 3 other services at the clinic has been attending this clinic for a year or more, I spoke with someone last week about aba and she said she would call me that afternoon it’s been a week of myself and staff at the north Sterling clinic reaching out to her with no response this is very unprofessional even if they cannot get my son into aba fine we will keep waiting but to pretty much ignore anything regarding my son and aba is very unprofessional and bad buissness practice atleast call and tell us that you guys can’t accept him for aba right now

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful to have their great staff working with my son. He has come so far with his speech and fine motor skills over the last 2 years. The therapists are wonderful and always give constructive feedback after each session. I feel so fortunate to have such caring experts working with him. Additionally, they are very well organized and excellent communicators in the office.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm working on a teaching certification for emotionally impaired students, and one of my class' requirements was to observe a speech pathologist. Metro EHS very graciously allowed me to observe for six hours, during which time I saw several sessions between clients and different speech pathologists. I was very impressed with the professionalism, skill, and care displayed by all of the staff at Metro EHS. I have been working with special needs children and young adults for about a decade, so I'm familiar with this population and their unique needs and challenges. The Metro EHS staff did a fantastic job when I was observing. If I had a child with a speech pathology, I would certainly trust Metro EHS to provide excellent speech pathology services.

Max SLP is the reason we started here... he is simply just the best and very positive... All the therapists are just so loving and caring. I trust this place with my sons care.... they are so flexible and understands your needs.... Thank you for being an awesome team of positive people you are what every parent hopes for when they place their trust on you.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent speech and occupational therapy services provided for my 4yo son with autism and speech delay. They are patient centered and encouraging. Excellent place for therapy. Always willing to work with our schedule!

Experiencia negativa: Maybe not even a star because of the pain I went today and the pain that they caused my child ... We went to them know that they have availability for speech and we had hope and dreams that my child finally will get help but no they threw all in one garbage in a second... we particularly ask to get services at 4:00 pm or after but as they are open only until 5:00pm I ask for 4:00pm where they said they will work with me to get him the help he needs so we were confident and went for the evaluation at the speech evaluation I was told he can get OT to and he can have it back to back and more so I did push for it to get evaluation for OT to also at the speech appointment I mention that I need 4:00pm where I did not get an negative answer..... fair enough We went for the OT evaluation where at the end of the session we were told my child can not get any service because they do not have open spots at 4:00pm so .... I keep asked for 4:00pm from beginning my question is why would we go for evaluation if they can not meet my child needs.... I did left this review for any parent that wants services with them to be aware that they will run your insurance and after telling you they do not have any openings for your child as you requested before so thank you to all today for wasting my time.... my child time and dreams and to whole team that did not told me from beginning that they don’t have openings even if i mentioned i wanted 4pm so I would not go through a process that did not him.... the facility is clean and well taken care of but the honesty is not there
