Experiencia fantástica: As far as I'm concerned this is a 6 STAR facility. I was here for rehab and couldn't have been asked to be treated any better or respected. This is just a super place without any frowns!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at beaumont health care for short therapy stay. The service is amazing , the staff are so patient and kind. I don't think anyone would find anything better than this place . The therapy was GREAT and I enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: Beaumont Health Care is a wonderful place. I spent three weeks there and I have absolutely no complaints. It’s beautiful and homey. The staff are skilled, compassionate and love their patients. The food is tasty and never the same meal twice. If I had a parent that needed a residence nursing home this is where I would send them!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother is currently at Beaumont Healthcare after having a massive stroke. The level of love and care they have for my momma is unmatched. We go often, at different days/times, and are always met with a smile. We always see the staff up and working, caring for the patients, laughing and joking with them and most importantly we see them love on our momma. One day when I went into her room, I saw that one of the staff had pulled up a chair, was holding momma’s hand and listening to my momma as she spilled her heart out about how much she loved her grand babies. ❤️ The staff is quick to action, knowledgeable and always addresses any concerns we have about our momma’s health and progress. We never wanted to have to “leave” our momma anywhere, but we feel incredibly blessed that during this season of life, we have Beaumont Healthcare caring for our momma!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Beaumont Healthcare are exceptional. My father in law spent 2 months there and received excellent care. Don’t let the age of the facility or the need for physical updates discount your opinion of this place. The staff makes all the difference. Everyone at BHC knew him by name and we quickly got to know the staff. They were always quick to answer questions and implement new protocols for his care. They consistently met or exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this place to anyone e who asked.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited the facility while my family was there receiving rehab service after a hospital stay. During my uncles time at the facility I witnessed several meal passes which my uncle enjoyed very much he exclaimed it was much better than the hospital. Several times I visited the facility and they had group therapy sessions in the dining room where not only the residents involved but also the staff such a great time. My uncle discharged and had services set up for him to continue receiving great care at home which was very helpful for our family. Thank you again everyone at Beaumont Health Care Center our time there was well spent.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place! My Aunt stayed here for therapy and the therapy department is miracle workers. The building is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: My mother went to Beaumont Health Care to get physical therapy .. she was there a full week and still did not have a physical therapy session.. her room had a roach infestation.. we reported it and they moved my mom but left her roommate in the room ., we moved rooms and the next room had 2 fly strips hanging filled with flies . We asked them to remove them and they said the couldn’t reach it., we took it down ourselves .. the administration lied over and over to the point of reporting she took 55 steps .. when she never got out of bed for therapy . Her tray they delivered her food on had 2 pull out drawers that were filled with moldy old napkins and Kleenex .. the day we were moving her to a new facility I saw my moms call button for the nurse on .. she said she had been waiting for a while to be taken to the toilet.. I went to the nurses station .. there were 3 nurses talking about where they had dinner the night before .. I asked if they could assist my mom to the bathroom., one said “she’s got a diaper on she’s fine” …the wheelchair they put her in had only one foot rest.. they said it was the only wheelchair left ., we pulled her out of there and the new facility is 100% better!! Please beware if you are thinking of putting your loved one in this facility!!

Experiencia negativa: Everything was fine until it was time for my mom's discharge. I wasn't sure of her discharge date. So I called to ask when it would be. I was transferred to several people before finally being placed on hold. I'm just holding and no one ever answered. So the next day I'm 2 hours away taking a medical treatment and after my treatment I called again. This time they said that today is her discharge date. Why didn't I get a phone call notifying me so that I could make arrangements for her to be picked up? And then the director had the nerve to tell me that my mom would be charged for the extra day that exceeded the limit from the insurance... This is unacceptable... Someone should have informed me. When she was being admitted I couldn't stop them from calling... Now they think they are going to bill my aged mother for the extra day. How could you do that to the elderly?

Experiencia negativa: I would like to say that these people are very rude and they are unprofessional. My wife stayed here and i had a horrible experience. This facility should be a shame of themselves for how they treated my wife while her stay to get well was there. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful place for help to recover. My dad was here for a couple of weeks after a fall and hospitalization. All of the staff were amazing. Nurses are very attentive and reactive. His physical and occupational therapy was critical to getting him back up and going. The nurse assistants & wound care personnel were so helpful. The management staff were sweet and caring through out the stay. Just a really good place when a loved one is in need.

Experiencia negativa: Hi, so i called a couple weeks ago to see if my grandmother could get into the facility and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. The first time she answered she hung up in my face as I was giving her some information. I called back to speak to someone above her, because when she answered the phone and told me that they will not accept my grandmother. When I asked to speak to the Administrator or someone who can better help me, she told me that they are in a meeting and that she cannot leave a message. I live in Dallas, Texas and my family currently lives in Beaumont, Texas. We are very disappointed at the way things were handled over phone. VERY unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: This will be long but definitely worth reading..... My husband spent 8 months at Beaumont Health Care Center. When he was admitted, he was bed bound, semi responsive and on a stomach PEG for feedings. Within 7 days, he was sitting in a wheelchair, talking up a storm and eating a pureed diet! Within 14 days he was doing standing exercises, his old personality was coming back and eating a soft mechanical diet. By week 3 he was walking with a walker (with assistance), his cognitive skills were back and he was eating a regular diet (voraciously)!!! BHCC was able to do in 21 days what the previous facility couldn't do in 7 months!! Mel, Nathan, Sharon and Richard are the absolute best at the therapies they do. Nikki, Deja, Marquetta, Pat, Lovette and all the nurses and aides who took care of his daily needs were so compassionate and caring. Kim and Suzan did a stellar job managing his care and were extremely efficient addressing all our questions and concerns. Miss Niecy and the dietary staff produced such delicious food. Their receptionist, Natalie, is the go-to girl for just about any questions we had. She even became a personal friend! Macy, the social worker really helped get everything set up for an easy transition home. Even A.J., who takes care of transportation to and from appointments, has a great personality and is so attentive to the safety and comfort of the residents she transports. Last, but certainly not least, the wound care nurse, Cheryl Gaspard, is a real life angel on earth! She is so passionate, knowledgeable and caring about her wound care. She, with some assistance from Dr. Ahmad, single-handedly almost completely healed my husband's horrific sacral wound. She is truly amazing! As you can see, we had a truly stellar experience at BHCC. So, I highly recommend touring their facility meeting the staff and residents to see for yourself. Believe me, you won't regret it!

Experiencia negativa: Great friendly staff, poor management. Bring up tons of issues and just get back "we will investigate the matter" with no change. The staff all are very helpful but there is a lack in communication within the group, if your family member needs to be on food restriction make sure you are up there during their meals to see if they are. Had a note on my dad's tray every day saying what he can't have and yet every day he would still get those items. My dad had no strength to cut up his food and we asked over and over to have his food pre cut for him, ended up being easier to just go up there myself and cut it for him. Good friendly environment, clean, just under staffed. The only thing I'm worried about is the poor people up there that don't have family coming in to check on them what kind of care they are getting.

Experiencia fantástica: I currently live here and having come from a place that didn't care for the people and the place was just nasty smelling of pee. This home is very well taking care of and cleaned throughout the day all day long. I personally love that I get to see my granddaughter everyday that works in the facility. Along with I get to have my family visit me and I get to see my great grandchildren come and see me. It warms my heart that this place is a Godly home. Every morning they do morning prayer and music and pray over the staff, families and facility. I am not an early bird so I don't attend but I have been to a few and it is amazing how everyone comes together and worships. I am truly grateful for being able to stay here. I love Chop -Therapist- He doesn't give up on anyone and being a stubborn old woman in my own mind set I'm truly grateful for him and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: It is such a honor and privilege to have Suzan Hathaway working for you at this facility. I have had the honor to work with Suzan. She is goal driven and a stickler for policy and procedures. She is always open for new and inventive ways to solve a problem. Suzan is always up for a challenge to make situations better for her patients and staff. From coming up with ideas to make a working process more efficient to simply visiting with the patient while washing their hair and getting the tangles out of it. I would not only choose to have her by my side through the days in and out but through the toughest days at work. She is an asset to have at your facility.

The first picture is from the previous facility because they could care less to engage her and to keep her moving...they were just letting her drowned in her own fluids. The next pictures is from Beaumont Healthcare Center. Her quality of living is so much better. Alexie Hughes has been awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new employee of almost 1 month now, I can honestly say this is the only facility in the area I would want my loved one. As a hospice nurse I have had the opportunity to visit all of the surrounding facilities. Beaumont Health Care Center stands apart from the rest. They are small enough that each resident gets special care yet they are large enough to pay for top grade staff. The facility it self is clean and oder free. The residents all seem very happy and well kept.

Experiencia fantástica: We found this place for my mom. It is small older facilty and is nothing fancy. The facility is clean and without odors. The staff are very caring. My mom recieved excellent care and felt welcomed and safe.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible and rundown. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. My grandfather has late stage Alzheimer's and we were given no other choice than to place him in a home because he cannot walk, feed himself or do much else. Since he's been at this nursing home he's gotten so dehydrated that they had to be admitted to the ER. To give you an example of the kind of attention given to the residents, the first time I went to visit, he was in his room alone, on the ground, sobbing with no clothes on. He was terrified, cold and couldn't move. I have no idea how long he had been there. The staff has now also claimed he's stealing from other residents. The man who can't walk, can barely speak and is incapable of holding a spoon. If you have no other choice than to go here, please monitor your loved ones very, very closely.

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible. I am looking to have my father moved right away. The nurses are unprofessional. The walls have holes, and the place smells like death. He pays an outrageous amount of money to share a room that could be considered a closet with someone else . I want a place where my father can retire with some dignity, not a place that feels like he was just thrown in there to die.
