Experiencia fantástica: Excellent patient care from everyone, even office staff.

Experiencia positiva: The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The place looks and smells clean They have private rooms for heat and tens therapy. They talk with you in depth about why your there, where the pain is and what the game plan is to get you better. I only wish they were connected to MyChart.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been extremely impressed at the level of knowledge exhibited during my visits, the ability they have shown to help with an extremely painful back, not to mention the attention given to each patient while they are there for treatment. Unfortunately I have had the need of physical therapy several times as an adult,and have been to several physical therapy offices around the Tacoma area, and I can say with great confidence that this has been the best treatment I have had. Hands down. The staff listen,and more importantly are able to hear and understand your concerns. I would 100% recommend this office, to anyone I care about, I have been that impressed. In the past I found it difficult to want to continue my therapy with other places even though I was still experiencing pain, just due to either their process, the office in general, or even the disposition of the staff. I am happy to say that I have not had any of those problems here, and while physical therapy is not the most enjoyable thing to do, at least here I feel like it is helping. Highly recommend!
