Experiencia fantástica: Amazing rehab center. They work you hard but they really care. Everyone working there is postive and wants you too succeed. Mary Ellen and Annie are tremendous PT s and Monica is a great OT. Had hip replacement and in 9 days got me up and moving.Would totally recommend and use again.

I cant think of a better place to learn the life skills that I will need to enjoy life after my surgery. I would highly recommend this program for anyone who needs a program after a y life changing surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: CHI Franciscan Rehab was the best rehab facility I have ever been to . My surgeon said because I lived alone and a senior it would be to my advantage to go there, following spinal surgery. They made sure I was comfortable and not in severe pain. 3 hours of rehabilitation a day, M-F. 1 hour PT 2 times a day.and 1 hour of OT once a day. And even on weekends, therapists would come to see if you wanted to go to the gym for PT or OT. I was eager to do that. The Dr, nurses, & aides, were wonderful and caring. However,do I ue to COVID restrictions the cafeteria was closed so food was brought to your room. Most of the time the food was on the cool side, as I it was brought to your room as they were not equipped for room service. Due to my food restrictions I also had prepared food brought in, or ordered food delivered. I had no big problem with breakfast foods.Staff was extremely helpful warming up my food. I definitely recommend going for rehabilitation at this facility following surgery at a CHI associated facilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I'm glad I went there for rehabilitation after being out the hospital. The staff was great. The therapists were very helpful and great. I would recommend going here for rehabilitation.

Experiencia positiva: They treat the patient really well, but visitors is a different story. Only one visitor, and only one visit per day is ridiculous. If grandma and grandma (or dad and sister) come a long way to see a patient, only one can visit. Rehabilitation is about spending time with family too.

Experiencia fantástica: I was here for a week after I had a multiple sclerosis relapse. First of all, I will say that the staff here is amazing. From the nurses, CNAs, doctors to the receptionists and custodians. Everyone here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and truly cared for. They are not allowing visitors because of Covid, but they make up for it by treating patients with kindness and empathy. We had daily therapy sessions with top notch therapists. From physical therapy to occupational. These folks work hard to get you back to a good place. Between therapy sessions, meals are brought to your room and the food is delicious. From chicken curry to homemade chicken pot pie to a full turkey dinner with all the fixings. You will not go hungry here. I’m so thankful to this amazing team of people. I arrived here in a wheelchair and was able to go home with a walker. Their guidance and care does the heart and body good.

I was here for rehab due to a stroke and their care was centered around my deficits to make my life easier to live. I highly recommend this Hospital for anyone who needs rehabilitation care. Experiencia fantástica: I found the best rehab facility in Tacoma when I spoke to Julie my case worker at TG and Burton Lee, Clinical Liaison with CHI Franciscan. He was a pleasant and articulate young man. In the two weeks I was there all the staff and management were superb, compassionate and so helpful. RN Tyler, PT Lilac and OT Chris were especially patient and efficient with my treatment.

The nursing team was extremely caring and compassionate and they worked very cohesively with the therapists towards our loved one's goals. Their dedication & professionalism was more than we ever expected!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gotten almost back to normal. Three weeks and I’m doing for myself mostly now. Most of the people are very helpful. The food is pretty good and the therapy is amazing. Private rooms with private bathrooms. Very loud in the morning. They really helped me be ready to take care of myself when I go home. I’ll still need a little help from my wife but very little. Cable TV was good too.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that I was able to here for my rehab. After losing my right leg, two weeks later I was able to go home. 2nd floor staff was the best. Therapists were great! Meagan and Asena were fabulous! The was outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: After having my right leg amputated I transferred here after 3 1/2 weeks in the hospital. I spent 2 weeks in this facility and cannot speak highly enough about the nursing staff and the therapists in particular. Everyone was so helpful and supportive but I have to give a special mention to my therapist Lilac who pushed me and challenged me and helped me so much in being ready to head home.

Experiencia positiva: After a disorganized, siloed approach to having my Mom admitted here, we’ve since found the care to be the best the South Sound has to offer. The therapists work hard to push patients past their comfort zone to that next level of skill achievement, the facility is clean and top notch, and the staff very caring for their patients. Mom has achieved new skill levels following her stroke that we never thought possible. Just be forewarned..:it can be chaotic as you leave one place to enter another. Be sure you ask a hundred questions and have backup plans in place so that a last minute change that may happen doesn’t turn your loved one into a tailspin.

After 4 days in our regional hospital, it was suggested that he be transported to CHI Franciscan Rehab facility for intensive, therapeutic intervention. We were both very impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and personal support of the therapists, nursing staff, and everyone who makes this facility operate on the highest level. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and offers anything an out of towner may require. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in, you know you're in good hands! This is a new facility with a team of fantastic nurses, therapists and support staff! After a disastrous stay at a popular Olympia rehab, which sent him back to the hospital and required additional surgery from being dropped, we were terrified to bring Dad to another place. But Franciscan Rehabilitation center start his recovery plan before we got there and start the minute we came through the doors. Within the first few days, he was already stronger and able to stand up. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, smiles and expert care!
