Experiencia fantástica: Our family of 4 has gone to JMC Mobility for different issues over the past 4 years. We absolutely love going there. Yes, it's physical therapy, but they have a fun and positive atmosphere. Angela and Michael are like family now. All the staff there is tops and we will always go to JMC when we need PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at JMC. They really care about their patients and do everything in their power to help them. I have been to several other PT places in town and they just wanted to get me in and out ASAP and never really helped or cared that what they were doing wasn't helpful. JMC is the complete opposite of that. The staff at JMC is always friendly and helpful. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I would recommend JMC to anyone and will definitely be returning the next time I am in need of PT!

I enjoyed the 101 instructions and the staff at JMC Mobility are very supportive. Michael is very knowledgeable on what helps people get back to mobility. Experiencia fantástica: I started 2 weeks ago for shoulder pain due to a referral from my doctor's PA. Since going and being seen in my eval with Joanie, and then Michael and Ke'andra both seeing me twice a week, I have not been experiencing really any shoulder pain at all. I also enjoy the family type atmosphere and Michael is a hoot. Mrs. Angela is super nice and Ke'andra (hope I spelled it correctly) is super patient and very clear on instructing me in the warmup stage. She then turns me over to Michael who has some great exercises for me that again I believe has truly relieved my pain almost entirely. If you have any pain that needs some PT, I would highly recommend going to see the crew at JMC Mobility. Great job yall and keep it up.

Experiencia fantástica: Different than any other PT I’ve received. Not just a list of exercises to do at home and sent on my way. He addressed my individual issues with multiple stretches and resistance exercises and adjusted with what worked and what didn’t. His staff treated me like family from day 1 and the atmosphere in the gym is upbeat and uplifting. I highly recommend this practice!

My Physician referred me to this place, and for three months, I completed 14 therapy sessions ending with substantial improvement to my back. One will find this business clean, friendly with superior therapists. Like most people, I looked at prior Google Reviews, the comments, and the 4.6 of 5 ratings. Apprehensive of high ratings that sometimes don’t ring true, I decided to follow my physician’s recommendation and started therapy. My job career was in the inspection and quality assurance business for nearly 40 years, so I know good companies when I see them. Over those three months of rehabilitation, I decided the ranking was very accurate. So, If you are looking for a proven-family-owned and operated physical therapy provider, this is one to consider. They met and exceeded my physical therapy needs and in a very friendly, courteous, and respectful way. Michael, their lead therapist, has over 25 years of experience, with Austin not far behind. Angela manages their front office with her beautiful Labrador Retriever, and her smile and warm personality can be contagious. As your therapy sessions continue, you will hear funny yet corny jokes and read encouraging messages on their walls. JMC Mobility is a clean, well-kept facility. Every bench table, chair, and rehab device are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Also, one will find that JMC Mobility follows COVID-19 prevention CDC and OSHA guidelines. In sum, this is a friendly, family-owned clean physical rehabilitation provider with quality staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Michael is an expert in his field. He and his staff diagnosed & relieved my back & hip pain over the course of two weeks. It has been two months since my last visit & remain pain free. It is awesome when you find folks that are so good at what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my 2nd Total Knee, called a Revision. Which just means another total knee replacement, just worse. Nobody likes to go to physical therapy. My first time with physical therapy was 20 years ago and I hated every minute of it . After the 1st visit to JMC, I looked forward to every single visit from then on. The folks who work there care about your progress and you are not just the next number on the list. If I ever have to go to physical therapy other reasons, I will gladly pay out of my own pocket instead of going where an insurance company says I have to go. You will be glad you came to JMC and missing the point if you don't use JMC and their recovery process. Mike and the rest of the staff know how to make the recovery work without being painful or such a chore you start looking for excuses to skip going to the appointments. They have the absolute worst jokes I have ever heard which is the perfect thing needed to keep your mind off the exercises and getting on with their recovery methods. If you have to have physical therapy, you will be glad you came to JMC.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to JMC Mobility by the PA I saw for neck and arm pain (cervical radiculopathy) in September. I didn't have insurance and they only charge the co-pay of $45. I was in so much pain that when Angela called to confirm my first visit I questioned if I should wait for the pain to subside a bit. She said that I should definitely come in so Michael could work on me to get me some pain relief. I am so glad I did! The next day I woke up without any pain for the first time in six weeks. None! My neck did start to tighten up within 48 hours but that is the nature of physical therapy; it's a process so you go back.But it was never as bad as when I walked in the door for the first time. I saw Michael for a total of five sessions with the last session being three weeks ago without any more flareups. Michael utilizes myofascial release therapy and the results are really astounding. Not your typical PT treatment and in my opinion so much better. At least for my medical situation. There are not enough stars to convey my satisfaction with my experience at JMC Mobility. Additionally the people there are so friendly and positive. The jokes are plentiful and sometimes pretty corny. I loved it! Even the other patients are great to be around which is kind of funny being that we were all in some degree of pain! The facility was very clean. Getting in and out on Cap Circle NE or Centerville Rd is fine as they have a back entrance if needed. Parking was not a problem. I hope I don't have to go back for obvious reasons but if I have ANY issues I'm not going any place else.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to JMC back in January for hip and neck pain and shortly after messed up my arm and ended up with a frozen shoulder. So for the last 9+ months of therapy 2x a week, Michael, Angela and Thomas have become like family to me. Angela was the friendly voice who answered my questions when I called and Thomas was always caring while helping with my warm up exercises and Michael seemed to always know what I needed before I even said anything. Michael knows his stuff and is a gifted therapist. I am so thankful for the healing I received while in his care. It’s so great to have my mobility back in less than a yr!! Thank you JMC! I couldn’t have done it without your help!

Experiencia fantástica: Mike, Angela and their group helped me with my initial problem which was an injured neck. They also increased my range of motion. My movements looked stiff and frail but now I move like when I was in my thirties even though I am 45. God Bless them for what they have done for me and my younger brother. My son is autistic and has cereal palsy and is very timid with people but he is so comfortable with them, he told them he loved them...that's a HUGE deal...god has truly blessed us!

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my physical therapy at JMC Mobility. Even though painful at times it was good pain because I knew I was getting better. I don’t wish Bankart shoulder surgery on anyone, but the healing process at JMC Mobility was the best I could imagine. On top of that it’s like patients and physical therapists and PTAs are one big happy family . I highly recommend JMC Mobility for anyone’s physical therapy needs !

As doing what the therapists says and doing home exercises what the therapist gives to you, I can truly say that I am way better than I was before.
