Marci Gray Physical Therapy

Experiencia fantástica: Marci has been my physical therapist for more than 10 years, as in longer than she's had her own practice, and she is incredible at what she does. After religiously doing exercises from two different physical therapists that were marginally to not at all helpful, she helped me be able to lead a normal life with two messed up lumbar discs and with various other issues over the years. I went to see her today for a shoulder issue that an mri interpretation said was due to a labrum tear and that steroids, anti-inflammatories, etc. did little for and the pain and limited range of motion was making my life difficult. Half an hour later I had much more range of motion than I've had in weeks! What makes her different than other PTs I've been to is that she does not just give generic exercises that you can probably find online but tests different ones, and sometimes different ones in different combinations, to find exactly what helps, which is sometimes different even for the same root cause and/or symptoms.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Marci after I tore my ACL, MCL, & meniscus. She was extremely patient with me and very encouraging. I was in a lot of pain following surgery, but with Marci’s guidance and exercises, my range of motion improved and the pain subsided. Marci and her staff (Alyssa and Tara) are all so sweet. Today was my last day and I will truly miss my PT visits!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a knee replacement; Marci was my physical therapist. Her experience shows in how she approaches each patient; she is kind compassionate and encourages feedback. You can tell she actually cares about each patient. I highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Marci is a great physical therapist. I had been suffering from neck issues for almost a year, had a CT scan, and was relying on OTC medication almost daily for my headaches. She taught me a super simple technique to stop headaches and relieve the issues with my neck. During my treatment, I pulled a muscle in my side and she also showed me stretches to help with that. In addition, her office is very clean, she is friendly, and I never waited for my appointments to start. I would absolutely see her again if I need physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen Marci for multiple issues over the past couple of years and she has solved every one of them! I was skeptical at first because some of her solutions seemed too basic or simple for what I was experiencing and I left feeling like there should be a more complex solution. Then, every time, I would see quick results that got progressively better until I was healed. She is compassionate and treats each patient with care and education. There has never been a time where I felt rushed out of the office. I always want to understand what is happening, why it has happened, and why the course of action will bring about change. She explains and educates me in these matters in a way where I can easily comprehend the complexities of each issue. I have shared the story of Marci many times with many folks both in my personal and running community. She's fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: Marci is an excellent therapist and I highly recommend her. I went in with what I thought was hip pain, which she quickly determined was lower back. She had me do several exercises and stretches and asked me my pain levels before and after. Then she gave me take home instructions. After three visits, my pain is cured and Marci has equipped me with the knowledge on how to keep it at bay.
