Experiencia fantástica: In February, 2019 I was struck by a pick-up truck while cycling in East County San Diego. Only the driver's quick response to break prevented him from running over me. As it was, I had a severe concussion, my 2nd within the span of 15 months. I was 76 years old and physically fit and active: a cyclist, hiker, ocean swimmer, who worked out regularly at the Y. I am still working as an Executive Recruiter and doing real estate development; therefore, I need my brain to function quickly for give-and-take conversations; and logically when I am writing up reviews of potential candidates or evaluating the financial viability of a project. Through Jim and Wendy's assistance I began a 6 month process of regaining my short-term memory and normal flow of brain function. They taught me little tricks that kept my focus on the NOW, which allowed me to perform both physical and mental tasks with increasing speed and dexterity. Those clues which came via therapy tools and retraining, allowed me to create my own mental retention games as I proceed through complex work, personal investments, and community service tasks. In addition, there were other tools that Jim re-taught to me that has enhanced my physical performance (for instance: walk with my head up and eyes looking out with the assurance that my feet would follow and adjust to what my eyes and brain were recording.) For anyone with the need, I cannot recommend Jim and Wendy's professional talents with anything but the highest praise. Should I feel like I am sliding backwards, I would immediately be scheduling a set of therapy sessions to refresh my aging brain. Respectfully yours, Pet

Experiencia fantástica: Neuro Rehab changed my life. After a head injury from a car accident, Neuro Rehab put me into a treatment program. I worked very hard to get to where I am today, and Jim and his staff worked hard along with me. I would not be where I am today without them. The staff were not only knowledgeable, but also personable and caring as I slowly progressed. I cannot thank them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I was introduced to the Brain PerforMAX group after suffering a serious accident resulting in multiple injuries including a category 3 concussion. To say the least I was in bad shape; barely able to cope and had to go on disability from a 18-year career position. I was worried about ever making it back to a normal life and work. Thank goodness for the Brain PerforMAX team. Their diligence, knowledge, consistency, and hard work paid off for me. It was hard work but now, after 6 months, I'm back to work and doing most of the activities I did before the accident. I have my life back. Experiencia fantástica: I met Doctor Jim and Wendy February of this year after being seen by several doctors over the past three years proceeding a major car accident that left me with many head injury issues. All the other doctors just wanted to give me a pill and say you just need time to heal. Doctor Jim and Wendy were great listeners and explained to me that the things I’m experiencing were due to my head trauma. They told me they would help me without pills and teach me how to reprogram my brain so it would work. Experiencia fantástica: I was so thoroughly impressed by Brain PerforMAX! Nearly one year after a car accident that left me with post-concussion syndrome, Jim's diagnostics quickly showed me just how much short-term memory loss, vision compensation, and processing challenges I still had. My primary doctor said my symptoms would go away, and it took my neurologist to recognize my ongoing symptoms were not, as I thought, a result of other things in my life like being too busy or not getting enough sleep. She referred me to Jim and Brain PerforMAX for some brain mapping. I was shocked at the progress I made with them in just 7 weeks. Most noticeably, my concentration improved, and my focus became easier to sustain. Experiencia fantástica: After an accident on my Vespa Buddy scooter, I obtained a head injury resulting in a diagnosed post traumatic concussion. I was referred to Jim Davis for evaluation an a treatment plan. I was suffering from many symptom, e.g., memory impairment, dizziness, light sensitivity, nausea, headaches, balance problems, emotional distress. I was in the program for 12 weeks and it was the most amazing, healing treatment plan I have experienced. I have come a long way in my healing process and have learned so much from Jim. He is an extremely knowledgeable and kind caring man who developed a personal treatment plan for me. I am grateful for the time spent in his presence. I would highly recommend Jim Davis for anyone in need of Brain Performance treatment. Wendy was also very helpful throughout this process in scheduling, office visit reminders, and keeping everything in check.
