Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my son here for about 2 1/2 years. Their scheduling has always been easy to handle or reschedule if necessary. The receptionist are always so welcoming and make my family and I feel at home. The therapist are like his second moms, always putting his needs first and filling him with love. Love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Started here when my son was 3yrs old he is 5 now. Love all the therapist here. They all communicate very well. Make sure you are set up and learning how to help your child at home. Always work on any concerning behaviors. They also communicate very well with each other. We do have the same therapist every week but it’s never a problem when we have a sub. My son really enjoys sessions. He’s been progressing so much!!!! Front staff is so welcoming. They always offer my daughter who does not have therapy activities to do while we wait. Highly recommended coming here.

I was so overwhelmed after my sons ASD diagnosis and had no idea what to do or where to start, but with the help of everyone, from front desk staff as well as therapists, every part of the process has been so much easier than I expected. My son loves coming every day and has made tremendous improvements since he started. Staff is so friendly and supportive of each family’s needs, and the office is always welcoming with entertainment for the kiddos while they wait. Awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: Have come here for several years. Kayla is an extremely compassionate and devoted speech therapist, who never fails to go above and beyond for your kiddo. She is the reason we drive from Corona to Temecula to receive speech services. She is not afraid to advocate for your child’s speech and language needs, and truly gets to know how your child learns best. She is always thinking of what could work better, or how to better support individual needs. Highly recommend ! Most importantly my son looks forward to seeing her each week. More recently we started also seeing Michele for physical therapy, and she is incredibly kind and most importantly patient! She is great with kids, and very positive with them. My son has definitely gotten stronger thanks to her.

Experiencia positiva: The OT and PT therapists are awesome !! However the office staff is not very friendly, rude , doesn't call when they say they will etc.

Experiencia fantástica: Just want to say that although my son was only here for a short time and TVTS and our family could not find a care remedy that fit my son, these people are very caring and loving. It's tough because I feel as though my sons condition is very severe and TVTS tried there best and did help him a lot. Ms Jamie is what you would call at the very least a personality but she is very strong and helps out as much as possible on the PT side. Everyone that my son interacted with was respectful but the training seemed just a bit every size fits all. If you are looking for very specific care please ask on evaluation exactly what you expect and want and if this is not the place no problem but again they are professional and I trust them with my child.

Experiencia positiva: We love this place. My daughter loves it here and does not want to leave sometimes. It is worth driving here and getting services. My child currently gets OT services and will start ST and ABA later. I gave it 4 stars because they take a long time to schedule follow ups after evaluations and leaves my little one without services for a while and because they only have one person assigned to each OT, Speech and ABA which makes it hard when they aren’t available to schedule an appointment. Other than that my little one is happy here.

Experiencia fantástica: My son received Speech therapy. Overall we had a great experience. I never had any issues with the appointments. We had a set schedule and was never cancelled. They have friendly staff, plenty of space in the waiting room for little ones to play while you wait.

Experiencia fantástica: We love TVTS, way better than the last therapy service place we went to. Everyone is very friendly, and understanding of my child's needs. We have not had any complaints about the staff or services that were provided. The location is very clean and is following the COVID protocols, making sure our kiddos our safe. The in home services are amazing, we love our ABA therapists and has helped my son out so much. Highly recommend their services!

Experiencia fantástica: I have 2 boys with special needs and over the last 13 years we have been to numerous therapy facilities and have seen it all - the good, the bad, and the ugly! I found TVTS (based off many recommendations) a little over 2 years ago when we moved out this way and could not be happier with the care my kids receive. The therapists take a true personal interest in these children, the kids are not just seen as another case coming through the door. The therapists are kind, compassionate, devoted, and push my kids to their full potential. The management staff share the same compassion and dedication and they do their best to work with families to accommodate schedules, insurances, and all situations. My boys love going to therapy there, I sometimes even have to drag them out because they want to stay past their appointment times and keep working! Despite how hard these kids work and how much they have to come out of their comfort zones during therapy sessions - seeing how much they love going is a true testament to how these therapists work. They make therapy fun and enjoyable. When my youngest started at TVTS, a year-in-a-half ago, he had a severe speech delay and could only say 8-12 words, he had severe sensory issues and feeding issues and was considered a 'failure to thrive' by doctors. Today, he now is talking up a storm, holding conversations, answering questions, telling me about his day, and is able to convey all of his needs. He has minor texture aversions but no longer seen as a 'failure to thrive' by doctors. He has been able to start school and is excelling in his other therapies. We were going 3-4 times a week when we first started but has made so much advancement at TVTS he has been able to reduce his services to 2 days week! I am so thankful for all the recommendations to TVTS when I was searching for new therapy facilities. TVTS works hard for these kids and their goal is to help families overcome the hurdles - and they sure do an amazing job at it!!

The relationships Ally and Rekha have built with my son are life changing and he has thrived under their care.. I’m forever grateful. A more beautiful Bunch of providing souls could not be gathered.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has physical therapy here for a shoulder injury he got when lifting weights. The physical therapists are great and have helped strengthen his shoulder and also taught my son how to correctly position and set his shoulders when exercising to avoid injury. Recommend if you need physical therapy for any injury. Friendly front office staff as well.

Experiencia fantástica: 3 of my kids go to or have received therapy at TVTS and they all have made wonderful strides in their respective areas of need. We love the staff and the facility. The staff all have wonderful attitudes and you can tell they enjoy what they do. We have experience with their OT, PT, and Speech Language program, from age 5 m o-7 yrs old. All therapists we have had (they have the same team unless discussed with parent and needs to be changed for scheduling purposes or such) work so great with kids and have a great wealth of knowledge as well as how to put that knowledge into practice with the kids. They strive very hard to figure out what works best for you and your child. For a family with multiple kids receiving therapy, they also do their best to schedule the kids at the same time to keep us from being there every day (3 kids - 1 w/ SP, 1 w/ SP/OT/PT, 1 that had OT/PT all 2x a wk leads to lots of sessions). They have a nice waiting area w/ some books, a small play structure and kitchen for those waiting their turn or siblings to play on. There are also two separate waiting areas, one for pediatrics and one for adults. We have been attending therapy here for almost a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else!
