Experiencia fantástica: I have only been with healthpointe for 3 months and in that time I have gone to the er once and urgent care 3 times, (2 we're for check ups for my origional appointment at the urgent care) and I paid nothing for my er visit, only $25 for my first co pay at the urgent care and meds we're VERY cost eggevtive!

The girls upfront are the coolest kindest and funnest group. They check me in before I’m barely in the door, they greet me by name, and are all very helpful. My doctor Dr Lane is pretty great. She is patient, kind, and calming. In the short time that I have been seeing her she is very personable and I feel more comfortable every time I see her.

Experiencia fantástica: I have physical therapy with Gil Torres at the Temecula location. I had a good experience starting with the ladies at the front desk and in nurses/assistants in physical therapy they are very nice, caring, and have gone above and beyond to help me.

Experiencia fantástica: I can NOT say enough GOOD things about Dr. Berman. He was professional, personal and so very compassionate about my situation. We had a lot of insurance issues, but he and his staff went out of their way to make sure everything was in order for my surgery. The surgery itself has already changed my life. After having chronic back pain for over 30 years, I am finally pain free!! I still am in a little shock of this. My body, emotions and overall well being has changed dramatically with this surgery. Not only has it changed my life, the recovery period was also super easy. A little ups and downs, but overall it was smooth sailing. I wish this was an option for me years ago. But, I was told for over 20 years nothing could be done for my back pain. Just exercise more. I knew that wouldn't help and finally got the positive response from Dr. Berman. He said immediately after viewing my MRI's that my spine was indeed in need of surgery. The BEST thing I have ever done for myself! And, insurance covered it!! Thank you so very much Dr. Berman and your staff. I will always be grateful for all you have done for me. :)

Experiencia fantástica: If you find yourself in need of physical therapy this is the place to go. I had a serious injury requiring surgery and have done all my post op therapy here. What sets them apart: 1. Post op you hurt, and you may even dread going to PT but you know it's necessary to make the best recovery. You walk in and are instantly greeted by Deisy and Samatha, both of whom have a genuine interest in where you are at with your pain on that day. 2. Deisy and Samantha will assist you with anything you are struggling with while you are there. They are friendly, positive, encouraging and very professional. I hope their employer knows and values the positive difference they make. It's refreshing to walk into a place and feel they actually care about how you are doing. 3. You can work with Pope, Nayer and/or Gil doesn't matter who is assigned to you to do your therapy that day; they are all dedicated and passionate about what they do. You can level with them, shoot straight, and they will customize your therapy so you get the best benefit from it. You can freely share your goals and let them know this is the part I'm struggling with and I need help to get past it. They will go above and beyond to help you build your mobility so you can begin to get your strength back. Im stronger because of them, and I have greatly benefitted due to their expertise and depth of knowledge about proper patient care/physical therapy. I appreciate that all three of them are great listeners, they communicate well & explain why each exercise is important. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and have a vested interest in your success. They are on your team and will help you reach an optimal outcome. I went to physical therapy with a different provider for months last year. I dreaded going, I made very little improvement even though I worked really hard, I didn't feel they listened to me and almost felt it was a waste of time. I didn't walk into Health Point Physical Therapy in Temecula expecting it to be different, I thought all physical therapy was the same. I was wrong they are not all the same. If you truly want to be well look no further this is where you belong.

I have some serious orthopedic injuries and I had gone through many doctors in big hospitals without real help. It's only when I came to Healthpointe that I felt seen and valued as a patient. The doctors listen and genuinely care about their patients and provide the best care. Experiencia positiva: The problem I have is that the doctors don’t talk to you, they talk at you!! There is a difference. One of my physicians requested MRIs and don’t read my file to know that I’m claustrophobic. Due to that, I need a prescription tranquilizer. Since that wasn’t available, I didn’t get the test done. On my first visit with any doctor, I sit and listen, however that isn’t reciprocated.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Martin was really gentle as he took x-rays though I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Jose Morales is very caring and helped me with my healing process and getting me back to full capacity and working again.

My attorney made the best decision ever for me when it comes about workers composition. I don't regret at all coming to Health point and for Doctor Kim to do Surgery on me. He did an excellent procedure. My surgery it's healing slowly but everyone heals different.. I'm greatly bless to be a patient and for my Doctor to be Dr. Kim.. Also With Therapy I am as well grateful to have Gail and forgot the other two Therapist name, they were awesome to help me to try to make me feel better.. it's my body that's taking it;s time not them.. if you need to chose a Dr. or Therapy pick Dr. Kim.. the his staffing and the Therapy staffing..
