Experiencia fantástica: My husband recently had an extended stay at this facility. We both were very happy with the care he received. The staff is compassionate and caring and always very responsive to his needs. The facility itself is really lovely. It is clean and the rooms are spacious. The physical therapy was really good, the case manager was exceptional as well. I could not have been more relieved that he was cared for so well. I highly recommend this facility for any loved ones in need of a nursing facility.

Wonderful nutritionist Rebecca - turned into a friend right away! Then there is the case worker Marina who went above and beyond in helping me and who is just plainly an exceptional person .

Experiencia fantástica: It took a bit of searching all of the available options in the greater Temecula area for us to find facility that would work for our family member. From the time we arrived at the beautiful facility the first time to meeting the staff we could tell this was right place. All of the staff was patient and attentive. PT(sorry forgot name) was very good and skilled. I wanted to mention that Rebecca (Dietary Manager) went above and beyond to take care of my family member and honestly I got the feeling she treats all the guests at THC with the same attentiveness and professionalism. I know my family member can be quite difficult when it comes to food so again thank you Rebecca

Experiencia fantástica: Shout out to the kitchen staff and dietary management team including some nurses for feeding my stubborn and picky grandmother and putting up with her very outdated jokes. The dietary manager was very diligent in paying attention to her dietary needs and changes specially her needing a diet catering to her cardiovascular issues and diabetes. Shout out to Rebecca for stopping in on her and being patient with her. Great place! Ps the picture is not my grandma.

Experiencia fantástica: I was transferred from Temecula Valley Hospital to this facility on July 12, 2023 where I stayed until my discharge August 5. First of all I didn't experience ANYTHING but the most empathetic staff possible at this wonderful facility. From check-in to discharge, I was treated with the best care. I waited too long to write this review and cannot remember all the names I'd like to have. I don't want anyone to feel left out, but I need to acknowledge a few nurses and CNAs that were wonderful beyond words. Joyce, Shantel, Heather, Mia, soft spoken 2nd shift nurse who made my boyfriend leave *smile you know who you are, and the lovely 3rd shift nurse with such a calming and melodic voice... The CNAs have a very difficult job! Putting up with certain patients is exhausting. I am a witness! Shout out to Taj, Tyrese and Trevon for their hard work. Lena and Debra, so nice and helpful,. And the employee of the decade goes to Christian, 3rd shift CNA. He is so caring, capable and willing to go the extra mile. More companies need a Christian. Please know that each and every one of you made an amazing impact on me, if I didn't call you out by name, that's on me and I apologize. If you or your loved one has a need to be in a skilled nursing facility Temecula Healthcare Center is the best around. The site is beautiful, the rooms are kept clean and are very comfortable and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. OMG! I I TOTALLY FORGOT TO MENTION the Therapists! The Speech, Physical and Occupational therapists were amazing! They truly helped me reach my goals so that I could return home. Even though I'm home on hospice, the therapy department was Wonderful Beyond Words.

Experiencia fantástica: I got it. My uncle has not been doing well for a while. After the hospital, we went to Temecula Healthcare Center based on word of mouth. I'm so thankful that we did, because the staff took such great care of him that he went from being underweight and malnourished, to being healthy and walking around again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my mom there and it was secure beautiful and very clean the staff is very proficient at what they do I really wanted my mom to stay longer that’s how good this facility is, but mom has had three open heart surgeries and recently the two consecutive heart surgeries three days apart. Mom is coming from Loma Linda ICU and because of my experience with them previously this is where she will return

Everyone I have interacted with at this healthcare center honestly treats you like a human and not just a "chart number" like other places. Experiencia fantástica: I was admitted here from the hospital because I was far too weak to go home. The in-house PT is doing wonders. The food is excellent and plentiful, to the point of having to save a couple of items for later times. Everyone is so kind here. I'm getting lots of encouragement for any progress I make. Going to the salon here helps as our stylist braids my hair to keep me comfortable. I have no complaints. This is a beautiful facility. I like looking out onto the courtyards, including the one outside my window. PT is bright and sunny. My husband and Dad agree with me. They visit daily. The staff is so nice to them as well. Update: I've been home for a few months now, and I'm still walking well. The PT folks are top-notch! I can't thank them enough. I miss the food and the staff there. The center would be perfect if I could have had visits from my cats (I now have a kitten who loves to ride everywhere in his carrier.).

Experiencia fantástica: I am a co-vid/ventilator survivor. I went into this facility two weeks ago unable to get out of bed. After two weeks of physical, occupational and speech therapy I just left today and can walk anywhere I need to without a walker nor oxygen! I learned things at each therapy session. They custom catered each session for my specific needs and progress. From the directors to the therapists to the nursing and support staff they were all professional and VERY friendly. They knew me by name. That made me feel good. It's also very motivating to walk past the nurses desk for the first time and have them cheer for you. They genuinely care. THANK YOU to each of you that helped during my stay there. I recommend this facility completely.

Experiencia fantástica: Being that this was a new facility, we were a little hesitant. However, it was so close and convenient we chose to go here. My wife was always treated with great care and so were those that visited with her. We went daily to visit with her and got to know a lot of the regular staff. We would like to especially thank the following for being extra caring and special to my wife: Nursing staff - Miriam, G, Gwen, Art, Debbie and Agatha. PT and OT staff - Matthew, Joy, Christopher and Marian. Of course there were hiccups along the way - this was brand new - and they were hiring as fast as they could. But overall we felt that the food was varied and delicious, the staff was attentive and friendly, and it was always kept so clean and not hospital smelling! Thanks to all!

Experiencia fantástica: My father had a fall may 1st and he ended at the hospital, I was completely unaware of what a rehab center meant, I was very skeptical to put my father in any nursing home but I knew that I simply couldn't take care of him at home as I work full time. When I called over to get info I know this was the write decision, I spoke to Bernadette and she scheduled me for a tour right away, she answer all my questions and guided me thru the process. The facility it self is new and modern, the therapy gym is very spacious and the staff is always happy to assist me and my dad.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a new facility, the staff are wonderful with great personalities and very helpful when you need anything from them, for your loved ones. My wife just arrived after major vascular surgery to heal and was amazed at how beautiful it was as she entered . Her first meal dinner was really small two bowls of soup, She really thought they were going to bring her a grand meal, I still don't know why she had that impression but after that, her and her room mate both joked about it and asked for more they need to work on that ,it might be because they are a brand new facility yes brand new as in they are the first to be here,but this facility has the opportunity to be the best aftercare available in Southern California.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful facility even more beautiful care! My father came to Generations Temecula Healthcare Center after having been in the hospital with pneumonia. The time being ill and out of familiar surroundings left my father very disoriented and agitated. The nurses, aids, PT, OT, and MD staff were attentive and caring. They were all working non-stop, but always gave my father the time to say what he needed to and give him the care he required. They treated him with dignity and compassion. They were highly competent and professional, and I learned so much from watching how they worked with him. When we, his family, had questions and concerns, we were given the utmost courtesy. The case manager, and all staff answered our questions and tended to our concerns for our dad with alacrity, clarity, and compassion.
