Experiencia negativa: Extremely Disappointed – Revenue over Recovery I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your physical therapy needs. My experience with this clinic was frustrating from the start, and it is clear that their priority is revenue, not patient care. I would give them -5 stars if the platform allowed it. There were three major issues that made me feel like just a number on a spreadsheet: Insurance & Billing Incompetence: They told me that my insurance is accepted and promised to verify my insurance coverage before my visit. By the time I actually showed up for my appointment, they still had no idea what my co-payment should be. I ended up spending 15 minutes calling my own insurance company to get the co-payment amount. Zero Regard for My Time: Due to a 15-minute delay to check my insurance co-payment, my session started late. Instead of honoring the full appointment time, the therapist just shortened my visit to only 20 minutes. It felt rushed and completely unprofessional. No Path to Recovery: At the end of the visit, I wasn't given a treatment plan or a clear explanation of how I would actually recover from my injury. The only "guidance" I received was a generic instruction to "come twice a week." Don't waste your time or your money here. They aren't interested in your recovery; they only care about revenues.

Experiencia fantástica: The Staff at Epic Physical Therapy in Bellevue are very friendly and accommodating! I always enjoy my massages there and the physical therapy I have had at Epic has always been very successful. I highly recommend them for Physical Therapy or Massage!

I recommend EPIC Physical Therapy to anyone that is searching for a safe space to find healing but is not sure where to start. This is the place for you. Experiencia fantástica: I got hurt at work and I have been in physical therapy, after few months they send me to Epic where I was going to get the massage therapy. There i meet with Katherine who was going to do the massage since the first time I went with her I feel the difference in the pain I was able to use the stairs as this was a pain to even try to used it. She is always with a smile and always making sure I'm ok. Thank you Katherine for your hard work and to always be an amazing on your job. I really appreciate the work you do.

Experiencia negativa: The first massage I got was bad, the second time was better. But I hate how to front office handles things, they canceled a few of my appointments and when I told them I didn’t wanna book another session they practically forced me to book the cancelled session. They don’t pick calls and it’s the only way to cancel appointments. For some reason it feels like a charity service they are providing for you when they actually charge twice the price.

Experiencia negativa: Don't bother making an appointment here. They can cancel it without discussing it with you, then tell you, "That wasn't me, someone from yesterday made the appointment." What does it mean to blame someone from yesterday? I tried to make another appointment, but that one was also canceled a few minutes after calling.

Experiencia negativa: Good massage. Terrible billing. I paid for my services. I have received three bills for the services I already paid for. Each time they said they would take care of it. One time they even casually said “I don’t want this to go to collections.” Get your billing system synced up for your clients before you start low key threatening collections over their heads. Predatory. Rude. Will never go again. I have no confidence in their billing. Two stars only because the massage was really good but not worth the stress of being back billed three times on false charges.

Experiencia negativa: The attitude of this PT service is TERRIBLE!!!! When I called to scheduled the appointment, they confirmed that they take my insurance. Then after the first visit, they told me that their credential therapist left, they no longer take my insurance. The guy who picked up the phone was SO RUDE!!! I’ve never talked to such a RUDE and SARCASTIC service guy. I was not happy with their answer about my insurance. The guy replied “GOD bless you”, then hang up. I called the second time, he said “this is a business. God bless you, ok?” I asked “what’s your name”, he said “go research it”. That’s RIDICULOUS!!

Experiencia negativa: Josh the massage therapist is awesome in what he does but the admin staff is unprofessional and overbook their staff that they have to do back to back scheduling without any breaks in between and no time to have a break and clean up from one patient to another. When they realized this, they tried to reschedule people on the day of their appointments, and they are using COVID as an excuse. The Bellevue Clinic Director said HE IS NOT SCARED of bad review as he will not get fired - that's after he called me as inconsiderate for not understanding their situation. He also questioned my busy schedule as if I was inconsiderate for not bending to their ways of rescheduling people on the same day... STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

I’m in rehabilitation from my ACL surgery and working with Dr. Ered and PTA Mark, am achieving my goal sooner than expected. Absolutely recommend the Epic PT in Bellevue!

Before I had even had my first appointment, they made great efforts to keep in contact with me in helping me find an appt as quickly as possible from an cancellations. Stephanie was so kind and helpful both on the phone and in-person. And after having massage therapy with mSara, I left the office without the back pain I came in with, which other l places had not been able to fix.
