Experiencia fantástica: Highly professional, friendly and efficient. I have been here twice and both times I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Both the reception and medical staff are cheerful and respectful and the Center is spotlessly clean. And, they have the best AC that I was able to sit directly under. (It was 109 deg. outside the day I was there!) Staff is proactive about follow-up appointments to ensure I didn't fall through the cracks once my immediate problem was taken care of. When you are ill, you have to place an enormous amount of trust in your Health professionals. Neighborhood Healthcare has definitely earned mine.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never had any issues with the staff, and everyone has been very curteous and helpful. Neighborhood Healthcare Temecula has a very efficient and hygienic facility. They have always kept their word on getting me my prescriptions or medical paperwork in a timely manner. I've experienced the best care from this facility, and the physicians here seem to care very much about their patients. It has taken me several years to have a physician finally try to get to the root of my health issues, and my doctor here has been helping me immensely since I switched to this facility mid-last year. I'm very appreciative to my physician, and, I look forward to having my children under their care! Lastly, the only thing I would suggest is making appointments in the office as the phone tends to get tied up, and the hold times can be quite long, but that is to be expected for a facility with such a high volume of patients, and if you're sick, be sure to tell them so you get an appointment asap!

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I go there to see Dr Carlos Martinez all of the staff are professional, attentive and friendly to me. Dr Martinez is extremely thorough each time and he answers my questions with % certainty and if not he’ll research the answer(s) for me. I feel completely satisfied with their medical care❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I never had any kind of trouble at all, each time when I get there. Dr. Derrick wright, and the staffs there are very nice, but please be there 10 or 15 minutes before your appointment then you won't have any problem, please let's be kind to each other. Thank you .

Experiencia fantástica: They went above and beyond to get my 5 year old and 11 year old seen back to back. My 11 year old had to get shots and was petrified. Nurse Christina was AWESOME!! She was so careful and kind to him. I cannot thank her enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this location after a terrible Experience at accelerated urgent care. We didn’t even have an appointment we just walked in and said we need to be looked at they looked at her did a urine test and gave her antibiotics all in less than an hour. That even did a PAP while they had there just cause. This place has never given me issues. The people are nice and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here a few months for prenatal care and have nothing but great things to say about all of their staff. I am so sad that issues with my insurance are making me switch to a new OB especially so late into my pregnancy. From the ladies at the front to the medical assistants, call center, and providers...I always received kind and exceptional care!

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Wright is fantastic and the only reason I take my mom there. Patty one of the nurses has yelled at me and my mother when asking for her name after being told wrong information. My mother was just released from the hospital and I was told I had to pick one symtom to discuss. My mother was having respiratory and cardiac problems. Hiw am I supposed to answer that question. When they call to schedule appointments each person gives you different information. I have had my mother home for over a month with just the plug in oxygen and one emergency canister. What do they do hang up..... just wow ????

My son is treated with dignity and our concerns thoroughly addressed. We relocated from AR to CA last year and I am so thankful we did. So impressed with CA attitudes in the healthcare industry so far!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with NH for about 3 or 4 years. At first I did not seek much medical help since I was stubborn to do so. However, recently I've decided to take better care of myself for the sake of my kids. Ever since I have sought their help they have always been there for me when I need it. I especially want to thank Donna, who answered the phone when I called today. I am dealing with a lot of issues so when she answered, I broke down crying. She listened to what I had to say and made me the quickest appointment she could find. She was sweet and comforting. I appreciate her help and all the kind words she gave me. Thank you so much Donna. You really helped me out!

Experiencia fantástica: It is busy here but when I get in, all of the staff have been patient and treated me very well. They are super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is the parking can be hairy at times but if you get to your appointment 30 minutes early, you’ll be able to wait a few minutes for an available spot. I love, love, love Ms. Trang Louie!!! I tracked her down from a previous doctor’s office because SHE was the one that I would go see, NOT THE DOCTOR!

Experiencia fantástica: I have always dreaded going to the doctor and had a severe phobia. In June I had a health issue and could not avoid going into Neighborhood Health any longer. It was an urgent matter and being a first time patient, I didn't think I could get an appointment. I called in at 9 in the morning and got a same day appointment. I was put at ease by Lindsey Armatis-Rivera, the nurse practitioner. She saw me immediately and spent over 45 minutes with me. I have had to have ongoing care and I am beyond thrilled with not only Linsey, but everyone at Neighboorhood Healthcare! I'm no longer terrified of seeing the doctor and can take care of my health.

Experiencia fantástica: My parents are going here for a long time with Dr Martinez. Staff are very professional and friendly. I don’t mind waiting for hour knowing that my parents will be seen and assess by a real Doctor specially when you have a Medical Insurance. Now a days It’s hard to get a treatment specially when you don’t have a private insurance... In any hospital or urgent care by the time you walk in first questions is what insurance do you have. If you have a PPO high, they will jump on you right away and do the whole nine yards. Don’t get me wrong but it’s the reality. We’re so happy that there is a Neighborhood Healthcare that takes good care of Seniors and people that has a low income. Best solution is be mindful on what you eat and do exercise. Be healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: The customer (patient) service here is amazing. Friendly staff (HUGE), and Dr. Koda is a very thorough doctor! He asks as many questions as you do, to ensure getting to the bottom of whatever it may be you are feeling, and he also does acupuncture! Very sad to see him go! The nurses call to remind you of your appointments, take rescheduling lightly, and are all around very nice and professional staff. I feel like this office is underrated.

This is my 4th child , so I do know a bit about this and how one should be treated. They are so kind and I highly reccomend this office to be chosen for prenatal care! I am transferring out to doctors now, but I will miss them! Thanks to everyone for such a great experience! ❤️ BTW.. Sonia is wonderful! She has a big job and does call you back. The problem with people and these other reviews is that these people have no patience and want what they want now, not understanding that sometimes things are out of ones control. Big thanks to Sonia as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I just saw Dr. Koda for the first time. I was called back as soon as I finished my paper work. The Medical Assistant was nice and thorough. Dr. Koda was also thorough, he took his time to address all of my concerns. It was an overall good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Although I have had a few bad experiences with the front desk in the past, the last few times they have seemed to have straightened up their act and was very nice. As for my NP, Saundria Page, she is very caring, thoughtful, and has helped me tremendously in getting referrals for the specialist I needed.
