Experiencia fantástica: TVH is an amazing place, with amazing staff. I work on PCU, and we are a step down of ICU. Our patients are very I'll, and all of the team is very hard working. We occasionally get visitors that don't feel we work hard but I challenge them to get a nurses license and walk in our shoes.

Experiencia fantástica: I was here for a 3way bypass heart surgery. The surgeons and staff are excellent. They are a very caring staff and very professional. My blood pressure dropped severely putting me back in ICU on life saving drugs. I'm very thankful to the nurse Aurora that noticed something wrong with me probably saving my life. This is hospital is truly a well run hospital. I give it 5 stars

Experiencia fantástica: I had to go to ER. I was in a lot of pain. I was put in a room quickly and assessed. They got couple high emergency calls, and while I had to wait a while due to them treating higher priority issues - but they continued to monotor me. When they treated me it was a very personal and painful procedure. The resident and the nurse were patient, professional, and considerate - they were AWESOME. When I walked out -i noted the cubicles in the ER or ED as you may call it - was filled

Experiencia fantástica: Like all emergency rooms these days, this one was crowded with patients and under-staffed for personnel and space. But I was seen relatively quick, due to my own loss of blood situation. Yet, feel sorry for the 40 other remaining people who appeared to be in misery for hours, to include the normal compliment of immigrants and homeless. The staff did their best under the circumstances.

There was a great presentation of the hospital from the volunteers and the nurses and doctors gave me great care with all of their knowledge and supervision while at the hospital. They gave me instructions upon leaving, and went over them with me in detail .My short stay was handled with great care and respect.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to tell you I've been in Hemet for 3 years and all the hospitals I've been too are the worse ever. But thank God for Temecula Valley Hospital, all the staff are so friendly they were always smiling and being so sweet to every patient. I've never been so satisfied in my life. Not one associate working there had a frown, they were not grumpy towards the patients. They try their best to get everyone seen in a reasonable time, other hospitals I'm there for 4 to 5 hours and greeted very rudely also yelled at at times. The doctor also was so kind explained everything so I could understand, I recommend this hospital very highly. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TEMECULA VALLEY HOSPITAL STAFF I finally found a place where I feel safe and well taken care of. For always grateful ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the ER on Friday due to abdominal pain, their ER process makes things go faster, many people see it the other way but they begin to work on you from your chair in the ER waiting room. I stayed 4 nights and had a gallbladder surgery due to stones and pancreatitis. I was treated very well by all staff at all times, the 5th floor Rocks!! Really kept an eye on me and did all possible so I would feel good, my family says that security team is also very friendly when coming In to visit. I was treated by many, Dr Velasquez (she speaks perfect Spanish) Dr Oliva Mac, Dr Johnson, Dr Aguilar, RN Dominique, Vanessa and just too many to name. Room is private and supper clean and food was good once I ate! Taking into consideration that there are many patines here and many needs, random emergencies, this is a 5 Diamond hospital with a 5 Diamond Staff! As a local Medicare health plan broker I will be recommending everyone to this hospital in the event they are near by Thank you all!!

Experiencia fantástica: Being a caregiver can be very challenging, especially if the person in your care is a recovering alcoholic with chronic hip issues. After experiencing several trips to the ER in Orange County, it was time to visit Temecula and the highly-rated, respected facility at Temecula Valley Hospital. Qualities that are important to me are smiles, empathy, listening skills, professionalism, wanting to make a difference, genuine service to the community, and sensitivity toward the patients they serve, just to name a few. I wasn't disappointed recently when I was greeted by a big smile and "How can we help you". Thanks, Heather for the great welcome and for taking the time to introduce me to Dale Hagen, Care Navigator extraordinaire. Dale took the time to answer all my questions and guide me on the best course for success for my client. She also told me about the exciting 'Roads to Recovery' program that focuses on mental health and addiction issues I highly recommend attending one of the monthly meetings at the hospital. Your concerns will be recognized, your questions answered, and you will learn about the much-needed health services being developed for our community. TVH and staff, you are much appreciated. Experiencia fantástica: The staff are absolutely wonderful. I came in for heart trouble and complications from that leading to fluid in the lungs. They are very attentive and it’s a nice facility. The people are particularly friendly and I appreciate everyone on staff for helping me through the difficult time.

Experiencia fantástica: Except for the intake lady at the ER front desk, everyone was VERY professional, caring, and amazing at their job! I won’t let one “bad apple” spoil my 5 star review! She was a zero star all on her own! I highly recommend this hospital for ER and for admission! The ER doctor was thorough and ran the appropriate test to diagnose my emergency condition. The nurses were all spectacular! I give them all A++ rating. They really followed safety protocol. They took such good care of me and their empathy showed through. You can tell they like working there. The hospital room was comfortable and clean. The food service was great too! Thankfully, I’m okay now!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my mother to Temecula Valley Hospital where she was diagnosed lung cancer unfortunately but everyone there were super helpful and excellent at what they do. In particular one Doctor when she was admitted through EM she did all her best to help us and was able to do the correct diagnosis immediately was kind and down to earth.I would go to this place again for they are excellent at what they do and everyone there staff/doctors are very prompt and attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom had a medical emergency at a cafe in Temecula and was taken to the ER at Temecula Valley Hospital. We were treated quickly and thoroughly by the ER doctors and nurses. Specifically Dr Michael Macias and Dana. They were great. Luckily Mom was released with a clean bill of health after a half a day. We don't ever want a repeat but we do recommend the hospital and it's staff.

Experiencia fantástica: From the time I went into ER I was taken care of immediately. Once going into be treated Dr Itoh and entire staff were absolutely amazing. The staff was very caring. I would recommend this Hospital for any medical needs. We we're very impressed with De Itoh. He kept me in the loop the entire time. Everyone made me feel comfortable in a very stressful moment. Both the ER and the unit where I spent the night performed at the highest levels of professionalism, care, and concern. The room, staff, and food was great. The nurses in the ER were professional and caring. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Long waits to be seen for two minutes then wait hours to get discharge papers.All the nurses and doctors assigned to my case, were exceptional . Experiencia fantástica: I just had Total Hip Replacement surgery performed at Temecula Valley Hospital today, w Dr. Rolf Drinhaus. First, the hospital orthopedic team is super! Professional, courteous, well coordinated. I was a bit anxious about the situation but their team performed way beyond my very picky expectations. By the way, this hospital is very clean, well maintained!! Second, Dr Drinhaus is an apex (best of the best) Ortho Surgeon. Phenomenal professional. I had to screen two other well know surgeons before I found Dr. Drinhaus.Even my office visits, everyone in his office was professional, well coordinated and courteous. In summary, I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Drinhaus and the team at Temecula Valley to help me with a total hip replacement. Jim

Experiencia fantástica: TV Hospital has always been amazing. My wife was treated there, then, my mother in law was kept for 2 days and they did all tests cause she has heart issues. Yesterday, I had to visit due to severe pain on my left hand. TVH is so efficient and they did an amazing job with the tests and everything else. Thanks to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This must have been my 10th. Visit to the hospital which have not all been the quality of care I would want for a family member, let alone myself. It all starts with the nurse from start to finish, she sets the tone. My most recent visit, my nurse was Catherine, she was very compassionate, caring, thoughtful nurse in every possible way. Then there was the surgical team, every concern I had was met and granted. I just wish I could have had the same experience with prior visits. If only each nurse knew their value to each and every patient because the nurse is all the patient has to lean on when there are no visitors. Thank you dear Catherine, you are truly an angel.

Experiencia fantástica: Literally from the moment I walked into the hospital I was greeted by an amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. From There it got even better as nursing staff answered all of questions with clear detail and put up with my sense of humor. I was a little nervous and they responded with sincere empathy and reassurance. In the OR there was more of the same, the guys in there were fantastic and explained in great detail what they were doing each step of the way. They showed genuine concern for my comfort. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was kind, professional and respectful. I love that each room is private. Oh and the food I was served was mostly edible so I wasnt hungry all the time!! Hospital environment was very quiet, felt empty. What a body needs to heal is nourishment and rest first, and TVH provided this. Thank you for taking care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: Nurses were the absolute best I have experienced. I arrived by ambulance and was immediately helped by a friendly nurse. All of the nurses including Sam the CNA were amazing. I was there for 3 full days and 2 nights and was cared for with great attention. I wish I could remember all the names of my nurses but I can only recall the last one names Lorrie. Thank all of you and please forgive me not remembering you names.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated so kindly. My whole surgery prep and staff were amazing and all the nurses on 5th floor were so great. no matter how many times I pressed my call button they never made me feel like a nuisance and were just so kind about it. Just a heads up if you’re short and need to have a BM before leaving take a stool cause the toilets are high and don’t help with the process. My toes barley touch the ground.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so excited to share my experience. Tim, Phlebotomist, EKG specialist, was simply amazing. He was friendly and took pride in ensuring that I was comfortable and he was extremely professional. Jeff, Xray tech, was very friendly and professional. Doctors Michael Macias and Calvin Woodard were very friendly, professional and spent a lot of time with the Ultrasound machine trying to get my IV started ( It's extremely hard to find a good vein). I appreciate their concern for my health and I appreciate the service they rendered. They're definitely set apart from other doctors!!! KT, nurse with the British accent was friendly, courteous and professional and tried her best to get my IV started, however to no avail. There was another nurse, male, name starts with a B ( My apologies for forgetting his name, tall Blonde/ brown hair), he was very courteous and friendly as well. Another nurse, short hair, middle aged, she was very friendly as well. Thank you TVH for having a great ER team who genuinely care about their patients!!! You're simply the best!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Spent 5 hours in the ER on Monday of a Holiday weekend for my son who hurt his back and couldn’t walk. From the EMT s to the nurses and doctors it was a pleasant experience. All the staff was great! Even a call from the doctor on the holiday the next day to check on my son. Great experience:)

Experiencia fantástica: I was in for a Cardio procedure at Temecula Valley Hospital but unfortunately my doctor gave me some bad news on my blood test. While in the prep room the nurses attending my stay were very pleasant and attentive. It made my stay less arduous and actually much easier from other visits. Dr.Abdelmalik is a class act doctor and has a pleasant and compassionate attitude. This visit was so much better this time and the nurses where excellent. Thank you for caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for new patient visit to Pulmonary Doctor’s office yesterday. My SP oxygen was in the low 70’s. He sent me right over to emergency here. Wonderful techs at intake, the emergency personnel were caring and attentive. Nurse’s and doctors talked with me and answered my questions. I don’t feel that I could have received better care other than Temecula Valley Hospital. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I was taken to the emergency on may 25th for a broken ankle. From the moment they came to the car to get me I felt a peace. Everyone was so kind, helpful and showed me compassion. When I found I would be having my surgery on June 6th at the same hospital, I was so relieved. The staff is amazing, my Dr and Anesthesiologist were wonderful. The nurses and the person pushing me into the operating room, calmed my nerves and kept me comfortable. Experiencia fantástica: Most efficient and streamlined ER visit ever! Was inprocessed within 5 minutes, then had vitals taken a few minutes after that, followed shortly by labs, imaging, and consult with the MD. After that I received all my paperwork with a secure link to my XRays to share with my orthopedic specialists. While it is no fun to go to the ER, it sure was nice to get in and out with all the info I needed in under 2 hours!

Experiencia fantástica: The security guard at check in was very pleasant. The elderly gentleman volunteer who guided us around was very sweet. The nurses, doctors and the nutritionist were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. We've never had such a nice and pleasant experience at a hospital like we did at Temecula Valley. They are a cut above the rest. They are genuine in their respect and care for their patients and their family members. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great! My first team of nurses were very friendly and they both had a good sense of humor which made me at ease right away!!! My surgery team awesome / they all made me laugh and put me at ease. And to be honest, I was a nervous wreck when I arrived, so having happy, friendly people who put me at ease and comfortable was amazing!!! My Doctor, well she is just downright awesome!!! My recovery nurse, very concerned about me, and also had a good sense of humor!! On the whole, I had an amazing experience, TY ALL!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a long time since I’ve had to stay in a hospital and I don’t recall it being a memorable experience. Everything about my stay at Temecula Valley Hospital exceeded what I would have imagined in a hospital stay. Everyone who I encountered was kind and made me feel like my concerns and level of care mattered to them. I observed the thoughtfulness in the interaction between the people who worked at the hospital and other patients in the same area. I’d love the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who had a part in my stay and treated me like an individual.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff was fantastic. They were extremely thorough and ran tests a couple times to make sure their diagnosis was correct. They took me right away and ran tests, and then it was very crowded so after the tests were completed there was a little wait, but they were constantly checking blood pressure, and taking more tests throughout. The kindness of the staff was incredible. It was a packed emergency room, but they treated each person very special and showed a lot of caring.Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Having to come into an emergency room is no fun. I did get good care while there. The nurses were thorough and the CT/X-ray Department were very nice.My only complaint is that I had to sit next to a woman that knew she had Covid in the waiting area as well as in the back treatment area. Thank goodness for masks.
