Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Foothills for a long time and this past year I've been working with Bianca and Leah and they are AMAZING!! Bianca cares deeply about her patients and always puts in the time to build a positive and trusting relationship. She pushes me hard and even though sometimes it feels like too much I get stronger and better!! You can't get away with doing bad form or skipping a rep on your exercises because Bianca sees it all! Look no further in your quest for a great physical therapy practice! Foothills is it!

In addition, I am regaining strength and have some exercises that will help me going forward. Thank you Damien, Caleb and others who have assisted along the way!

Experiencia fantástica: In March I had surgery on my left knee which required me to go to physical therapy three times a week. My journey to find Peyton was not easy; I had a couple of physical therapists before her that almost made me want to give up. However, Peyton is an incredible physical therapist, who is focused on working with her patients and making sure they reach her goals. Jordan is Peyton’s right hand and they make an excellent team. Thank you both!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my femur pretty bad at the end of February, spent a couple of months in in-patient treatment/therapy. While I was in there someone recommended foothills. When I switch to in home rehab my therapist also recommended I go here. Luckily it is about half a mile from my house. Bianca and her team have been more than amazing and I really have seen a world of improvement since I started. From being stuck in a wheelchair to walking without assistance in a relatively short amount of time is amazing, I couldn't have done it without the team, especially Bianca. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Jennifer at the front desk for constantly dealing with my insurance issues at the start, and handling my pain in the *** schedule changes.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to foothills for an ankle sprain and knee issues. I have had nothing but first class treatment from the entire team here. Between Daniel, Carlos, Damien, Peyton, Jordan and the rest of the team, they always take time to make sure you are making progress and working with you. Athens and Jennifer also go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and take care of all of your scheduling and billing questions. I would highly recommend coming to this location for any physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Found Foothills as one of my recommended providers after my leg surgery. During my assessment they requested info from my doctor and listened to me about my goals. They were great at having exercises to improve my flexibility, mobility and strength. They did periodic assessments to check my progress and adjusted the exercises to meet my goals. Glad to report that after working with them I’m healthy and enjoying my motorcycles and gym again. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding treatment from the moment I walked in till I finished today. My back has been worked on by chiropractors for over 40 years. However , I have never had permanent improvement until I went to Foothills PT Center. During my treatment I reinsured my hip, and immediately my therapist Peyton changed the treatment to find the best solutions to my current status. The assistants are there , instructing, and improving your exercise to gain better results. If you want a place that will do their best in helping improve your daily functioning and restore you back to prior functioning level this is the place for that goal.

Athenia and Jennifer were always cheerful and welcomed me with a smile. I had the privilege of working with physical therapist Damian Chouteau who is an expert in his field and always tweaked my exercise program in such a way that would ensure a safe yet fast recovery. Both Damian and his assistant, Caleb made it fun to come to physical therapy. I am happy to be well again but really miss Damian and the whole team there!

They take the time to listen and create a specialized program just for you. PT can be challenging as it should be, but they mix it up every time. He is a communicative, very knowledgable and personable physical therapist who supports the goals of his patient and will go above and beyond to help you. Tyler, one of the techs, was super helpful through the beginning of my journal with Foothills, too, taking me through all of my rehab exercises with a friendly attitude! After my schedule changed, I had to shift therapists and was seen by Bianca, Peyton and Raegan. All three of these ladies made me feel comfortable and extremely well taken care of, and by the end of my experience with Foothills, I felt like I was part of the family and really looked forward to going each week. The overall FEEL of this establishment is positive, encouraging and professional. That's what I want when I'm dealing with a hurt physical body! Bravo, Foothills Tempe! Experiencia fantástica: Peyton is absolutely the best! This is my 4th experience with a physical therapy facility, this time related to a pinched nerve and lower spine degeneration. After three sessions, there was a significant difference. I have never had a therapist be so knowledgeable. Her ability to workout pressure points around the pulled muscle is something I had never even heard of. I am choosing to continue weekly to improve further and to ensure I maintain the improvement. Also Ari has been fantastic to work with. She knows what she is doing; she's friendly, attentive, and kind. She keeps me motivated and makes sure I am on-track with technique, adjusting items as needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my low back 6 months ago weightlifting. I have been olympic lifting for 5 years and never had an injury take me out of the game this long. I have been to two other physical therapist before coming to Foothills. I have been working with Dr. Peyton Lane. She is awesome. She listened to my needs and understood that I was seeing her to help me get back to my sport pain free. The first thing she did was watch me squat and immediately pointed out my imbalances. She came up with exercises for me that challenged me as an athlete in different ways than my sport did. If you are an athlete that is looking for someone who will not tell you to stop doing your sport and who will work with you and come up with a plan to get you back into the game then check out Foothills.

The initial course was unsuccessful, so I read some reviews and decided to try the well recommended and close to my home Foothills Sports Medicine PT Tempe clinic. I am 55, have a strong belief in PT, have had many excellent experiences with PT, and so I have high expectations when I walk into a clinic. I was NOT disappointed in this clinic, believing I have found my new PT until I or Daniel Carter move to a different location. Daniel, and his assistant, Grady, were AWESOME, and rank amongst the top amazing PTs I've been blessed with having the opportunity to work with over the years. Daniel chose and directed a course that cured my chronic problem-and has SIGNIFICANTLY increased my over all activity level and improved my quality of life. I was particularly impressed with the strength he brought to my "hands on" therapy. Grady, quite a young woman, displayed maturity beyond her years and helped ensure I did the exercises correctly with her close attention and expert feedback. Both of them were also marvelous human beings that I truly enjoyed working with. In short, I couldn't recommend this clinic, Daniel, and Grady enough, and plan to return to work with them in the future should I need to. Thank you so much Daniel and Grady!

Experiencia fantástica: All staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilty is well equipped for all levels of rehab. The take alot of care to keep all covid safety measures too. My therapist, Elijah has alot of knowledge and is able to use it to help find multiple ways of finding the right way for you to get moving again. It has been a long hard battle getting back to full health but I could not of done it without Elijah and the rest of the team. They really do work miracles. I cannot recommend the therapists and this location highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom was recently referred to Foothills and I cannot say enough positive things. I'm always amazed by how quickly my calls are answered, especially how busy they seem to be! Elijah is exceptionally patient and kind with my mom, which is very encouraging for me, since I can't always accompany her to these appointments. Although I'm not the one being treated, I love being here because I always experience such an incredible sense of community. The camaraderie I've witnessed about the PTs and Techs is unique, as well. I can't speak for any other Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy location, but this one in Tempe is really awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a full knee replacement surgery two and a half weeks ago. I picked Foothills because it's close to home and had good ratings. I have had a great experience here and thanks to Carlos PT/owner and Nick PT I am having an excellent recovery. They have a plan laid out every day I come in and I see improvement daily. The staff is friendly and encouraging and the area is clean, bright and warm. I am not one to usually write reviews but Foothills has been exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been to Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy many many times since spring of 2015 and I have nothing but superlatives for this amazing place. Melanie has been my physical therapist during this entire time and she always provides thorough assessments of my problems as well as helpful exercises that have historically improved my injuries dramatically. I started seeing her after a back injury and thanks to her and the exercises I do regularly I have not had a recurrence of the problem (had an annular tear and some bulging discs) and continue with a very active life. The front staff is always so nice and friendly and helpful. While I haven't worked personally with the other therapist they all seem to really be enjoying their work and their clients seem happy with the results. They are so good that even when my insurance changed and they were no longer covered, I continued to see them. They are worth every penny.

Experiencia fantástica: After a fall at work, workman Comp sent me to Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. Carlos is the PT I have been working with. The staff out front is courteous as well as all the Techs that are involved in all my rehab therapy. It hasn't been a picnic - there have been tears- as no physical therapy is as you are trying to heal. It makes it much easy if you are working with a professional staff that has your and your surgeons goals to create the best outcome for you. I have been going there over 7 months with much more I have to do. I would highly recommend Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy to get you back to living your life the best you know how! Your success is their main goal. Note I didn't say it was going to be easy but they entire staff has your good outcome in mind.

Lindsey is my therapist and she is responsible for my excellent progress. 125 degrees range of motion in less than 4 weeks. She explains the physiology and what I can expect. The techs are also great. I have worked mostly with Sabrina and she is always upbeat and urging me to go for it. The staff is friendly, and I would recommend FAST.
