Experiencia fantástica: I came to 360 on University Dr at the recommendation of a friend. I had injured my shoulder in a fall and wanted to avoid surgery. The results I achieved at 360 under the supervision and and care of Paul Corded was and continues to be quite amazing. The spirit and professionalism of the entire staff makes each visit a real pleasure! Many thanks and kudos to the desk personnel as well! You’re all the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t had such a welcoming experience before. Almost like I was chilling at home, yet everyone was so professional. I worked with Jeff for my neck and back pain. His evaluation was full of knowledge and help in every step. The girls at the front desk were great as well- Madison and Tati were super helpful in the beginning with the check in experience. I asked many questions and they were patient with me. I can’t get over how kind everyone is, and how much I was taught by Jeff. I’ll be back next week for another appointment. I’ll keep my review updated with the service received! So far so great guys, thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: 360 PT is GREAT! I have used them 3 times in two locations (Scottsdale and Tempe). The Therapists are very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They listen to what I say, they read what I write and ask questions to make sure they understand what issues am having. They are super about explaining how the exercises they give me to do help and what body parts I am working. I also really appreciate that they have multiple exercises to use to work for the same areas so I don't get bored with doing the same exercise always. I did hear the owner sold to a larger company, so I hope that their individualized service and caring professionals don't get put upon to handle several patients at once and thereby reduce the quality of care. That would be a shame. Anyway - thank you 360 PT for the sincere quality of care and assistance with all the issues I have worked to improve!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to share my experience here my son Thailand has been going here for his arm for the last month he’s 9 years old from the first day customer service was awesome super friendly and nice on top of that he got the coolest physical therapist named Paul he’s very patient working with kids and understands that kids can be very shy at first Thailand arms has gotten a lot better and stronger since coming here and I’m very satisfied with the outcome and service I give this place a 20/10 and will definitely refer my family and customers if needed thank you

Experiencia fantástica: All the Physical Therapists at 360 Physical Therapy at 1954 E University Ave are excellent, especially Paul Cords. After Vince’s fall in 2019, at this physical location, he has had amazing care, both physically and emotionally. The therapists are excellent at helping him through his exercises and so reassuring. We can’t imagine his recovery without the 2 visits here, 1954 E University in Tempe .

Experiencia fantástica: The best team of people ever they are so caring and amazing management is spectacular so helpful and patient teaching people to walk again through their injuries! Truly a blessing to have met this phenomenal team. I pay extra you have needling / acupuncture done and apply the tens unit with the electronic shock on to the needles stimulating healing from within.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was nice and clean, I was also greeted as soon as I entered the door. A nice young lady helped me sign in and fill out paperwork. It was fairly quick and easy because I came on time at the appointment time. The excuses was pretty vague for the first time only due to my current situation. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. They are very caring and understanding to your situation.

I have had nothing but good experiences here @ 360 University and McClintock location, I have almost always worked with Paul I have also worked with a few students, along with Alex Brown, PTA. I have come back to see Paul every time I have to come back to do Physical Therapy. I recommend 360 & Paul to anyone I talk to that says they need to go to Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with 360 physical therapy. I went in post-surgery and could hardly move my arm. They were very careful with me and yet pushed me to recover. And I graduated and and about 80% where I should be Mission Point. Chandra & Alex were great. I highly recommend 360 and their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Candra takes care of me, focusing on what I really need and what I tell her I'm feeling in my back. I had major back surgery in July and suffered some minor nerve disruption. I am very close to not needing a cane to walk, which is my goal, and I thank Candra for that.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 recommend. From the time you enter to the time you leave all staff members are extremely welcoming, friendly and happy to see you. The PTs and PTAs are also very knowledgeable, helpful, fun to work with and seem to really enjoy their jobs and this environment. Since starting PT two months ago, my shoulder has improved ahead of schedule and is feeling great. This is an excellent team/organization that I wouldn’t hesitate sending friends or family to. Experiencia fantástica: Staff at 360 PT are excellent. I went in terrible pain from a fall on my back that resulted in a compression fracture. I was afraid to move. Jeff and Alex were great. They started with very gentle movements just to get blood circulating in the injured area. They were patient and encouraging and explained how the exercises were helping me to reduce pain. I couldn't drive, and barely could walk at first. I went for a few months and made consistent progress. They always checked in when I arrived to see how I did after the last session, and how I was feeling that day and in between each exercise. They thought me how to tell a "good hurt" and a "bad hurt" that could cause damage. I'm now walking, dancing and riding my bike. I really didn't think I could recover this much. I am very grateful for their expertise, compassion and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend 360 PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I've just graduated from 360 and I couldn't be more grateful for this place. I began my journey with them with chronic back and sciatic pain that interfered with my work as well as my daily life. While I may never be completely pain free, I now have an abundance of tools at my disposal that help to mitigate my pain and make my worst days tolerable. I primarily worked with Jeff and Alex but was able to observe that all of the employees are compassionate toward each patient and take the time to explain why every stretch and exercise is beneficial and effective. Prior to 360, I had only had negative experiences when it came to physical therapy and I had my doubts that I could be helped at all. I am happy to say that I was wrong and my quality of my life has significantly improved. Thank you for teaching me how to work toward a life less painful.

Experiencia fantástica: 360 PT on University is the best! I worked primarily with Jeff and Alex and they were awesome! They taught me a lot about my foot injury and what it took to get back to where I needed to be. They drove me to get foot exercise in daily and to exercise as a whole daily where I wasn’t doing this much at all before my injury. I would definitely recommend this location. It’s a great laid back atmosphere with friendly staff. Also a quick shout out to Willow for handling my scheduling issues. She was always helpful and accommodating to me when I needed to cancel a session or reschedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I love working with Matt at the Tempe location. He's thorough and he cares. He tries many methods to help me progress, not just the usual tricks. He listens to my feedback and tries to understand how I am responding to treatment so he can adjust as we go. It's been the best PT experience I've had over a loooong, unfortunate list of injuries with many other therapists. Matt is also personable and can even handle folks who can be awkward socially, like myself. Also, Veronicka in the office is really kind and helpful. She's on top of scheduling and rescheduling.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my 3rd round of physical therapy, my 2nd at 360 Physical Therapy.... Everyone here is amazing! The office is clean and professional. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. My PT Matt is great and my PTA Amy McClasky is AMAZING! She is fun, patient, and kind but tough enough to keep us on track. I am able to do things that i haven't been able to do in years thanks to Amy and Matt. I can't recommend 360 Physical Therapy highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: i love this place. My therapist is Paul he works with your life style and great at what he does. This place has Very friendly staff, it is clean and everyone is good at what they do. When I come here I feel like I'm at my second home. They all know you by name and always welcome you with a big smile. I am a mother of two and sometimes I bring the girls along, and the staff never seemed to be bothered or irritated. My toddler always running around and playing and they play with her. When my baby crys they always offer to help and pick her up. Highly recommend it. And if you ever in need for dry needling, Paul is the man for it
