Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Bellevue Redmond Physical Therapy Center to anyone who spends long hours sitting for work. I’ve been an office worker for many years, and even though I stayed active with daily exercise and sports, I didn’t realize how much constant sitting was affecting my health. Eventually, I developed sciatica-like pain in my legs and got to the point where I couldn’t even sit without pain. I was also scared it might be something serious with my spine. When I started looking for help, I ran into the usual barriers: my insurance wasn’t widely accepted, and most places had long waitlists. But from my very first phone call with the Bellevue Redmond Physical Therapy Center, I felt a huge sense of relief. I was heard, understood, and reassured that I’d finally found the right place. A special thank you to Dr. Christopher Gries, whose professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. He took the time to listen, explain, and guide me through a plan that worked. With his support, I was able to get back to living my life without fear or constant pain. Looking back, I just wish I had reached out sooner; it would have saved me months of unnecessary struggle.

Experiencia negativa: They charge $400 per session for 10 minutes of massage from the doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chris Gries did a great job of diagnosing and explaining the reasons related to my knee pain and then providing a set of exercises to strengthen my knee and alleviate my pain. I was also impressed with his staff of Taylor, LeeAnn and Lola who all assisted me during my physical therapy.

Experiencia negativa: I cannot speak to the quality of care provided at this facility as I did not stay long enough to experience it. The owner plays Christian video messaging in the common workout and care room of the facility. I find this incredibly inappropriate and more than a little offensive. This is a medical facility, not a church, and religious views have no business being shoved down patients’ throats. Keep your religion where it belongs - your home or church - recognize that not everyone shares your views and stop your indoctrinating/proselytizing!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Many thanks to the staff of the physiotherapy center for the help provided. All employees do their job brilliantly and professionally. They are sensitive to other people's pain and problems, and use a variety of methods. I also want to thank Laura, she is the best! I especially want to thank Lola. She helps all Russian-speaking patients who do not speak English. I wish everyone health and good luck in your work. Do good! I will recommend your center to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. 1. Rates and billing: At intake I was lied to about the cost of my session. I was told repeatedly that I would be billed for $115. I was later billed for $260 for the session. 2. Professionalism of provider: The provider I saw was on their phone basically the whole session, every time I turned my head their phone was out. The session I received was incredibly low quality. 3. Choice of music: they were playing obnoxious Christian worship music really loudly in the whole office. In conclusion, go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic helped me when I really needed it! I had no wait to get in, and I was in really bad shape. I could hardly walk, clean my home, shower, or live my life. Their customer service is also outstanding. My PT was empathetic, sweet, and effective. I can't thank them enough for accepting me as a patient. At the time, I had insurance that hardly anyone accepted, so I struggled to find a physical therapist for a few months. I lived with debilitating pain until my referring doctor's office found this clinic. Their focus is genuinely on helping people.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chris knows his stuff I have to say. Over the many years of having PT by many different providers there has only been 2 providers that blew my mind and at Dr. Chris's practice they all go above and beyond to take care of you. In order to properly heal you need muscle manipulation and when your muscles is tight it needs to be manipulated which is painful but you know the saying no pain no gain. In other practices you get a list of exercises to do without any muscle manipulation so they will never understand to properly improve your muscles.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been having major issues with my hip. Have tried everything including stem cell injections which did not work. Living with pain 24/7 is such a big challenge. Well, about a couple weeks back I started treatment at Bellevue Redmond Physical Therapy. Believe me, with Dr. Chris' magical treatment and the stretches, I feel like a new man. Minimal to no pain!!!! Unbelievable! He is the best and the staff is so friendly. My whole hearted enthusiastic recommendation. Thank you, Dr. Chris.

Experiencia fantástica: dr. Chris fixed my entire knee pain, i was in awfully bad condition and I can tell you that I have 0% pain tolerance. I was the screamer there but over a couple of weeks I started feeling better would recommend and I have three of my friends already going there.

Experiencia fantástica: My right shoulder was very hurt and I couldn’t even lift my right arm over to my own head when I first saw Dr. Chris in the the end of 2021. He is very professional and very patient. He treated my right shoulder for 2-3 months. And at the same time he instructed me how to exercise at home. I got a big improvement and now my right shoulder is back to normal. I can lift my hand and touch my back as high as my left healthy arm. I’m so happy because I have not feel any pain on my shoulder. And I can do my housework without any hesitation. Dr. Chris and his staff here are very friendly and professional. I am so lucky to find his clinic here in Bellevue!

Experiencia negativa: I had a really bad experience with bellevue redmond physical therapy. I had pain in my right thigh, especially during hip flexion, adduction and abduction motions. The doctor there, Chris, made the wrong diagnosis and kept on pushing that my sartorius muscle is stressed which is causing this pain. He used to press very sharply with his fingers and a door knob kind of thing he has on my thighs for the initial 10 minutes of sessions which used to gave me immense pain and bruises all over my thigh. He kept on doing that for all the 8-10 sessions. He only spends like 10 minutes with clients and ask his assistants to look after the client for the remainder of the session. I would never recommend doctor chris to anyone. Had a worst experience there and it aggravated my pain. Finally I had to get a surgery to fix my problem which was a labral tear and FAI (femeroacetubular impingement) which he never ever even talked about during the sessions

Experiencia positiva: Dr Gries is a great guy, but unfortunately much too overworked and busy. During the times I saw him, he was seeing two or 3 other patients simultaneously, and also answering phones. Just not enough one-on-one time

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gries offers exceptional knowledge on all the muscles and joints, I had worked multiple other PTs and nobody was even close. If you have a pain, or need to recover from an injury, it requires A LOT of work on your side, there is no magic bullet for this. Dr. Gries can guide you through this, and you can be sure all your time, effort and money are not wasted on meaningless and potentially dangerous activities. He helped me fully resolve my shoulder pain, we are about 80-90% progress on my upper back pain, and I would recommend him to anyone. He is also offers general wellness programs (not medical, something along personal training), and I would trust him a lot on this part as well, if only I had enough time and motivation to do this. In terms of personal training, he is very resourceful with all the equipment he had, but his gear still targets Physical Therapy cases.
