Experiencia fantástica: I had suffered from neck and upper back pain for about a year after working from home. I found Dr. Hsiao from my insurance provider directory. Dr. Hsiao was very friendly and felt my issues were from wrong set up of my home office. She mentioned about telehealth physical therapy that I didn't need to leave my house or take off from work for my PT appointments and also I could take an advantage of having her to check my home office set up that couldn't happen if I went into her clinic. I am glad that I tried the telehealth physical therapy. After 3 PT appointments of learning what exercise programs could help me, and making some home workspace modifications that were recommended by Dr. Hsiao, I no longer had pain in my neck and my back! I am very happy about the treatment outcome. Pain free now! I highly recommend Dr. Hsiao.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chiao- Chun Hsiao PT at Bright Physical Therapy is an excellent therapist. I had severe pain in my hip. She worked with me for about 4 months. Because of the pandemic, we worked via video meeting. She is very observing. A glance of my posture, she identified the root cause of my problem. She designed the regime of stretches and strength enhancing exercises for me to work on. She patiently coached me doing those exercises. When an exercise was too hard for me, she could always suggest an alternative.When I improved, she could always suggest a next-level improvement. I recommend Dr. Hsiao without any reservation. She is knowledgeable, patient, warm, and has good eye to pin point the root of problem.

Experiencia fantástica: After suffering a backache for 5 months, I went to see my primary care doctor, who recommended me to consult a physical therapist. I was then under the care of Lydia at Bright Physical Therapy. Lydia was very polite and very patient with me. She spent a lot of effort doing measurements on me trying to find the root cause of my problem. She was very careful in trying to balance between “doing no harm” and “strengthening my muscles”. The ache went away after 2 weeks working with Lydia. I particularly appreciate that she explained to me the purposes of each exercise she wanted me to do and saw to it that I did them correctly. Even though I am not in pain any more, I will continue to do those exercises for long term benefits. I have no reservation for recommending Lydia. She has the knowledge, patience, and she cares.

I am glad I trusted my friend’s recommendation. Lydia is a great PT with patient and caring. She taught me what exercises I can do at home. She also gave me exercises sheets for me to understand better. She told me it would be better to do my own exercise everyday than just to see her every week. Now I got my shoulder movement back and the pain is gone, but I am still doing the exercise she taught me as routine to get stronger. Happy about the physical therapy experience!
