Experiencia fantástica: Every therapist & every member of the support team was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I actually looked forward to my appointments. Michael, my therapist, listened to my concerns and responded by developing a therapy program I could maintain. Other forms of medical treatment failed to establish a long term solution to alleviate my pain. Michael took the time to address my concerns, explained the physiology behind the treatment plan, which was enormously helpful in eliminating my chronic pain. Today, I am pain free and able to resume activities that I enjoy, and expect to stay that way because the exercise program he developed was tailored to my needs and reasonable to incorporate into my lifestyle permanently. Thank you to Michael and every person in the office. You are all the best!

I was immediately comfortable and the place was inviting. All the therapists were knowledgeable and so funny. I was walking with a limp and am now I’m recovering way ahead of schedule. They listened and answered all my questions, clearly showing exceptional care. I would recommend anyone to them and will always use their services and expertise if ever I need them in the future. As a very active family, we have had both the unfortunate need to meet with Dr. Paul several times but fortunate opportunity to work with him in getting back to even better shape. Dr. Paul has training in BJJ which makes him especially helpful in diagnosing a proper regimen for safe return to sport for MMA, wrestling, and obviously BJJ. I highly recommend his clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: After having a peroneal nerve decompression surgery, I began physical therapy with Paul Bernard. When I first came in, I was unable to walk down the stairs properly, squat down to grab something off the floor, and I was in a lot of pain around my incision. Each month we would work on pain management techniques and target certain muscle groups to help me regain my strength. In times of self doubt, Paul helped me to stay positive and reassured me that I can and will reach my goals. Now, I have full use of my left leg and have felt very little to no pain!! Each daily activity has become easier and more manageable for me. I am so grateful for the team at Integral Physical Therapy! Experiencia fantástica: My son was in a very serious rollover car accident over the summer suffering several severe injuries. At my sons first visit with Paul Bernard, I was expecting that physical therapy would only involve my son's recovering clavicle but Dr. Paul addressed all issues my son was experiencing due to the accident. His jaw had just been unwired and it was still really stiff and not fully opening. Within a few min of work, Dr. Paul had my sons jaw opening wider. By the third appointment, my son was able to open his mouth 100%. Thank you Dr. Paul, this has been the best physical therapy experience for my son.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Integral Physical Therapy for Hip and Back issues. I had back surgery (L5 A1 fusion) and had a set back with hip and back strength. Ian helped put together a program that got my strength back. I can now incorporate this into my regular exercise routine. Everyone was great at Integral Physical Therapy and Ian was awesome and made PT fun. If I need PT in the future I will be back to Integral Physical Therapy.

I had the best recovery and rehab experience working with Ian, Paul and Susie. The PT's are exceptional and know how to get you to your best recovery and performance. I had never done formal physical therapy before, but Paul and Ian made me feel welcome and comfortable with the in-office sessions, and empowered to continue treatment on my own at home. After my first four sessions, I already feel more in control of how I can manage my own discomfort and pain moving forward.

The pain prevented me from being able to enjoy Colorado's mountains to fullest; even a short hike with a moderate incline would have me out for the count. Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Paul for neck pain that was affecting other parts of my head and face. While this was cause by issues with ergonomics, changing those alone was not enough to address the issues I was experiencing and calm the aggravated muscles. Paul was able to target the exact spots causing the pain and after few visits, he was able to provide complete relief and I regained the mobility I had lost. Paul is very professional and, I feel, very much an expert in his areas of practice. I would not think twice about seeing Paul in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using Dr. Paul during one of the two most difficult times during my life. He has brought me back from the brink of depression and thoughts that my body would never work the way it use to. I’m an athlete and the shoulder separation I incurred was the most difficult and painful injury to recover from; especially after the wound was infected. Paul remained calm and cool and kept me on a regiment. I am planning on climbing a 14er (a fourteen thousand ft peak) with him and his colleague Dr. Ian in late August. That’s how cool these Dr’s are...

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are great! I went in with severe neck pain and no curve to my neck. Now I have almost no neck pain and the curve has begun to return. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment you walk in and meet Tonya, she makes you feel welcome. She is such a kind woman who has such a big smile ( even under her mask) and quickly learned my name. I had the opportunity to work on my back and shoulder issues with Paul and Ian. They were phenomenal! Many of my issues seemed to have stemmed from a sensitive issue but they were always so professional, easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. They always asked and included me on my treatment plan, opposed to just telling me what to do to get better. They are amazing therapists and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had shoulder issues and Paul was able to diagnose it and give me exercises to do and worked with me for various weeks to loosen up those muscles and relieve the pain. Also the office staff was very great and helpful. I will recommend this PT office to friends and family when they need this type of help. Good location and great office.

Experiencia fantástica: I just have to say I got really lucky when I found Integral. I had crazy body pains all over before I started to see Paul. I spent about a year with Paul and I now know how to manage/limit pain based on my physical therapy appointments. Paul had a lot of patience with me throughout my time at Integral but is always very personable which helped me feel more comfortable doing exercises I would normally not do. There were many occasions where I fell off track and Paul was always understanding about it. Even times where I had pain unrelated to what I was in PT for and Paul found exercises to help me with whatever that issue was that day. I recently moved out of state but wish I could have brought the facility with me. I still try to keep up with the exercises Paul taught me, but I am happy that I have tools to manage pain that I've had for years. Note: just don't ask him about ice-cream flavors.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to chiro and therapy massage for a couple of months. Started with Paul Bernard for additional physical therapy. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at first understanding the problems and then providing the right therapy to address the issue. My recover has been sped up to the point that I have been cleared. Can't say enough about Paul and his knowledge and hands on manipulations. If you have a choice in therapists - get Paul!

Experiencia fantástica: Paul, Susan, and the entire team at Integral did a fantastic job helping me regain mobility and range of motion after I broke my leg. They were knowledgeable and worked hard on my stubborn ankle to get it moving back to normal. They provided helpful exercises and resistance bands for my "homework" between sessions, which helped me recover quicker. I hope to not break any more bones, but if I do I know where I will be getting my PT services from. :)

After few treatments with Paul, I felt like a new person- most or all of my pain is gone, I'm more flexible, I'm a lot stronger, and I can do things that I couldn't do for many months. Paul is so amazingly patient, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He always addressed my questions and problem areas and showed me the correct way in handling my body in a better form. He went above and beyond my expectations. It's important to do the exercises because they really work with strengthening the body which greatly reduces pain. Susie is also great! Experiencia fantástica: I got in a car accident in February and was recommended to the Thornton office. Just like anyone, I was nervous about what I was going to find out about my neck, how long recovery time was going to take, and even the exercises. Paul made sure that I was always comfortable, always asked me how my neck was feeling during the time he was helping me with stretches/exercises and massaging the muscle, and was very understanding of my situation. I didn’t have anyone to watch my infant during our visits, but Paul was so understanding of the situation and went with the flow considering the circumstances. I highly recommend this facility and definitely recommend Paul! I am so thankful, I am no longer in pain and can love on my little boy without pain now. Thanks again Integral PT and Paul!

He can provide many different modalities...dry needling, manual manipulation of problem areas, a great variety of exercises to work muscles in different ways! Experiencia fantástica: I began seeing Chris and Monica about two months ago for shoulderand neck pain that had been getting progressively worse over at least a year long period of time. I could barely lift my arm without significant and debilitating pain. I had to give up playing softball as I could not swing a bat or throw a ball. I could not perform everyday tasks around the house without significant pain. I couldn't even lift my son up! I've been working diligently with Chris and Monica on a treatment plan that includes dry needling, deep tissue massage, and purposeful movement exercises. I have been absolutely delighted with the results I've seen so far. I'm still performing treatments, but in the last couple of months, I've seen more improvement than I've seen in over a year! I'm now able to lift my arms, pick up my son, and perform everyday tasks around the house. I'm still experiencing pain symptoms, especially when I overdo activities, but I cannot say enough how ecstatic I am with the results I'm seeing. Chris and Monica have worked really hard to develop a plan that works and have been really flexible in changing treatment plans based on observed results and my communication of pain levels. If you're looking for a physical therapist who can work with you and really make a difference, look no further!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Paul since around May for pain in my back, due to spine curving. I was in quite a lot of pain when I began my sessions and can honestly say my pain has decreased significantly. While I’m not 100% pain free, I have learned how to decrease my flare ups. The treatments I receive in the office help me while I’m there but also give me exercises to do at home so that my healing continues. I’m very grateful to Paul (and Monica as I’ve seen her a few times and she’s awesome) for their help. I appreciate how much my time and confidence they put into helping me improve. If you’re looking for PT, look no further. This team is great!
