Unlike other PT offices I contacted, Patrick called me back right away and provided me with the information and options I needed to move forward with treatment. They checked with my insurance and let me know exactly what was covered and what my portion would be so there were no surprises later. They had appointments within a week when most other places could not schedule me for at least a month. I was given the option of going in to an office or having somebody come to my home. Because I was barely mobile, I chose the home option and it was a simple process. I was contacted by my therapist, Jennifer quickly and had an appointment soon thereafter. I really liked working with Jennifer. She is professional, kind and I felt at ease with her immediately. She explained things in a way that was relatable and gave clear instructions for the exercises and stretches. She met me where I was at and was patient and encouraging. She was conscientious about my space. She brought equipment and made recommendations for things I could get that would help my healing. I had access to online videos for the exercises and stretches and she was always available by phone for questions and reminders. I know that getting the treatment I needed quickly and with a good therapist made all the difference in helping me heal. I would and have recommended Physical Therapy Dynamix without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended to have Jennifer Prewitt come to my home in Kirkland for Physical therapy. It has been the best decision that I have ever made!! I had visited another physical therapist in my neighborhood until I received Jennifer's name. Hands down, Jennifer has created the best experience by not only making it so convenient by coming to my home but also providing a service far beyond anything I have experienced. I had a meniscus root repair on my knee. Jennifer provided stellar hands on therapy as well as thorough guidance throughout my recovery. Her bright disposition, positive attitude and willingness to exceed my expectations made this the best experience that I have ever had with physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel so fortunate to have Jenny as my PT. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. She centers her treatment on who you are as a person and your individual goals and needs. She is compassionate and explains everything so clearly. I feel better physically and mentally after our visits. I broke my left ankle and right knee in an accident 8 months ago. Both injuries required surgery, leaving me unable to walk for several months. Jenny came to my home in Shoreline and worked with me while I was bed bound through each phase of recovery (including needing another procedure). Now that I can walk we’re working on getting back as much functionality as possible based on what I want and need to do. Her positive attitude keeps me going when things feel incredibly hard. Jenny is an incredible professional and human…I cannot thank her enough.

I'm in south Seattle and having her come at time that was convenient to me not only supported my busy schedule, but helped me commit to the appointments and healing my hip injury. I quickly realized it wasn't just the fact that Jennifer was mobile, she was kind, knowledgable, and down to earth. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Jenny is a wonderful mobile PT who is both orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy certified. She was able to come to my home in north Shoreline and help me after a very serious pelvic cancer surgery that left me with a lot of pelvic floor tension and dysfunction. She was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable with her practice. She is an amazing therapist who has also now helped my coworker and my neighbor. Jenny is marvelous!!

I have received care from her for a variety of conditions from radiation-related range of motion issues after breast cancer to low back pain and hip injuries. Her mobile practice providing care to patients at home makes getting care very convenient, and her treatment and exercise program always leads to a full recovery. In addition, Jenny is extremely personable, compassionate, kind, and understanding person, taking time to learn the individual needs and environment of her patients and tailoring her recommendations to ensure a successful approach to recovery. I appreciate her so much and highly recommend Dr. Prewitt!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jennifer Prewitt is a mobile physical therapist who treats her patients in their homes, and she is my guardian angel. Jenny has helped me develop a determination to care for my health that is stronger than I’ve ever had in my 65 years of life. I live in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood. 15 months after I suffered a traumatic ankle injury, I was still a mess, resigned to a life of considerable disability, anxiety, fear and chronic pain. My 95 year old mother who lives north of me in Broadview had been a patient of Jenny’s, and I saw a remarkable boost in Mom’s vitality and mobility through their work together. I reached out to Jenny, and that was the day I started to come back to life. Jenny is a remarkable health care provider. I experience her as very much more than a physical therapist in the conventional sense. To me, she’s a blend of physical therapist, primary care doctor, psychotherapist, nutritionist, and rabbi. To every session, and in between if I need to consult her, Jenny brings an amazing depth of knowledge at her fingertips, warmth, patience, a keen recall of my particulars, and an eagerness to listen to me. It’s taken me way too long to post this review, and that’s because it’s very difficult to write a brief note about my wonderful physical therapist, Dr. Jennifer Prewitt.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had such a positive Physical Therapy experience as I did with Jenny Prewitt. I live in north Ballard/ Loyal heights neighborhood and had never benefitted from the luck of a therapist saving me all sorts of time by offering me therapy in my own home. She also happily worked with my insurance and handled all our transactions easily. I have seen her for hip pain from sports/hiking and a second time for recovery from a mastectomy. She was incredibly knowledgable and experienced with each of these injuries and I now have full range of motion and no pain. She came prepared with a table for exercises, tools for stretching, kinesio tape for healing, and left me with emailed exercise instructions, and even an app for tracking them. She helped me schedule my training for my epic hike on my calendar and I was able to successfully accomplish that with her help. I have referred her to others in my family and friend group with pleasure because I am so confident in her abilities and expertise.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had ACL/ Meniscus repair on my knee. When inquiring about physical therapy during post op, my surgeon stated we can discuss on our first follow up visit. After our first visit, he stated I can start looking for a physical therapist, so I started making my calls. After calling a few offices, I was getting the same response, about 2-4 weeks out. I was starting to get stressed out because I didn't want to fall behind on any healing of my knee. After desperately doing my google searches for PT doctors in Seattle, Dynamix physical therapy pulled up. At first I was a bit skeptical because the main photo that pops up was a guy and Toyota Tacoma. When calling, Dr. Patrick was so nice and inquired my needs. He then explained Dynamix's services and stated they do house visits and they were able to get me seen within the week. He stated it would be between him and his partner, Dr. Prewitt, that he was going to check availability and call be back (we know this usually is a day or so). He thankfully called me back within a few hours and he explained the process and everything couldn't have been smoother. I live in Seattle, in the Central District, and Dr. Prewitt, did as Dr. Patrick stated, she came to me (without any crazy fee's or hidden costs- the same as an insurance company would charge a medical office). The convenience of it, being only a few weeks into surgery, the relief of her coming to you... was everything. Dr. Prewitt was very informative, respectful, and knowledgeable in what she was doing. Her bedside manner was impeccable. I instantly felt safe and trusted Dr. Prewitt with her massaging, stretching, and exercises. After a few weeks seeing Dr. Prewitt, I then transitioned to Dr. Patrick at their physical office/gym in Renton. This wasn't a typical PT setting. It was like, a Dr.'s office meets cross fit. Dr. Patrick is also an amazing doctor, that I highly recommended. The communication between the two during my treatment was prodigious. You couldn't ask for a better team, a better dynamic duo, for Dynamix physical Therapy. Thank you Dr. Prewitt.

Experiencia fantástica: After mastectomy and radiation for breast cancer I was so fortunate to be referred to Jenny at My Restorative Physical Therapy. Jenny is super responsive, kind and knowledgeable! With her mobile services provided in my home I was able to quickly and comfortably start a physical therapy program. It was a relief to regain the range of motion that is so important daily activities like dressing, gardening and the regular needs of my work day. We also focused on improving my general fitness, which can often decline during cancer treatment. I feel so fortunate to have had her warm and reassuring presence during a challenging time in life. Jenny is now my go-to person for PT, to address the aches and pains that crop up, and to keep me functioning well through middle age and beyond.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Jenny for about 6 months now, after spraining my ACL. It can be difficult for me to schedule appointments and Jenny has been flexible and accommodating for me. The mobile PT is very convenient and she brings everything needed to my home in Skyway, it's nice to not have to drive to a clinic. As a healthcare provider myself, I was looking for a PT that would really help me assess movement patterns and get to root causes of pain or injury I've had. My knee is fully healed and I've been able to get back to skiing, running, and hiking. I appreciate that she always listens to what I've been feeling physically and helps me address that each visit, even if it may seem unrelated to what I saw her for initially.

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend Dr Jennifer Prewitt! Who was recommended to me via PT Dynamix. I sought her services after I injured my right shoulder somewhat badly during jiu jitsu/wrestling sparring. Thanks to her treatment, I've been back training jiu jitsu/wrestling in faster than expected time. The mobile nature of her services was great because she would visit my apartment (near Greenwood district) to treat me, which worked well with my Working From Home schedule. If you're seeking physical therapy, I recommend Dr Jennifer Prewitt. She knows what she's doing and really easy to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: As a physical therapist myself I thought that I could take matter's in my own hands when I suffered a significant ankle sprain. However, after months of not getting myself back to where I wanted to be I got connected with Jenny for mobile Physical Therapy. Working full time can make it hard to schedule in PT. However, finding Jenny and her mobile practice made scheduling a bit easier as she could come to Kenmore to treat me. Jenny met me where I was at and together we came up with a personalized plan to get me where I wanted to go. Unfortunately, my injury required more than PT. When we recognized that she gave me an excellent recommendation for a surgeon and sports medicine MD that were able to get me to the end result in combination with the PT provided by Jenny. I could not have asked for a better team mate in this journey than Jenny. The personal touches, quick and easy communication outside of our sessions and follow up texts even after I discharged made me feel like I was not alone in my recovery. I am now able to get to skiing, backpacking and snowshoeing without pain! I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: In 2018 I was a fairly active guy who played basketball a few times a week and was also going to crossfit. I had a history of foot and hip issues that I was mitigating and then one day I pulled something in my neck/shoulder during a crossfit session. I tried lots of things to address the neck/shoulder situation but never really resolved it. A good friend suggested I check out My Restorative Physical Therapy and Dr Jenny Prewitt. At our intake meeting I learned that Dr Jenny provides mobile PT to the Mt Baker/Columbia City area. At my first meeting with Dr Jenny, I knew I made a great choice. She had all of the information I shared with Patrick and did a full assessment of my movement, limitations and strength. I had been to several other PT providers, and this was the first time I had done many of these things. I made the commitment to meet with Dr Jenny 2x’s a week for about 5 months and then we tapered down over the next 6 months. The sessions together were challenging in the sense that I knew that the work she provided was building a foundation and if I wasn’t doing the homework it showed to both of us. Dr Jenny brought so much energy and commitment to those sessions that it was the highlight of my week. I could feel a new foundation building as my shoulder got stronger (lats, scapula and other muscles pulling into place), my posture in my neck and shoulders got better and the pain went away. Eventually we took that focus to my hips with more alignment and foundation work. I’m excited to say that I’ve graduated and now work out 5-6 times a week with more intensity than I did pre-injury and have the balance and strength to stay pain free. I still run through the exercises from Dr Jenny to keep the foundation strong or if I feel one of those familiar twinges. I can’t say enough great things about the success I had with Dr Jenny Prewitt and am so thankful for the health and wellbeing that I have now!

Experiencia fantástica: As my PT, Jen has had a massive impact on my recovery. Upon my neurologist’s recommendation, I began my treatments with Jen for terrible migraines I was having. Jen’s exercises and advice not only helped with my migraines but also helped show me how to strengthen my core and ankles, and my neck/upper back so that I no longer need to see my chiropractor every two weeks. I am also so grateful for the fact Jen is available to come to my home for appointments. This helped show me exactly how to do the exercises when I’m at home versus learning to do them in an office or clinic environment. Jen’s professionalism is outstanding, she is always punctual when coming to my home for appointments, and she is so attentive and caring she always remembers small details I tell her about myself. In addition to helping me recover from a concussion, Jen has inspired me to begin jogging regularly, which I previously never did, and she has helped me realize the way I would walk had a strong negative impact on several ongoing issues including neck pain. I am very glad I found Jen as my PT and would highly recommend her. Jen is a fantastic PT and a very nice person.

She is very knowledgeable, has a great attitude and very robust in her trade. Each of my boys are making remarkable improvements since they started working with Jenny.
