Community Reach Center: Opiniones
Experiencia fantástica: They are very helpful in more than just mental health they have so many resources to help
Experiencia fantástica: A caring place. They make my day good.
Experiencia positiva: They really help you with the issues people hav
Experiencia fantástica: It’s hard for me to read the negative reviews, though I understand that many times reviews are left only if someone has a bad experience. I’ve been working at CRC now for 9 months with no plans to leave. I have excellent support staff and the medical director is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve asked to have my schedule adjusted three times and have been accommodated. I don’t know anyone working here who isn’t sincerely interested in helping people with their mental health issues.
Experiencia fantástica: Top Notch staff, very kind and friendly in every department too.
Experiencia positiva: 04/16/2021: Since Covid hit I’ve had an abundance of problems with this location specifically the building located on the north side- The pharmacy is wonderful and I would like to continue going to them however the ratchet women at the front desk working for Community Reach Center or atrocious deal with. On several occasions I have gotten into petty power trips with the front desk letting me into the building. I don’t know what happened to these women that hurt them so bad they feel the need to take what little power using the buzzer to unlock the door has given them over people seeking to get their mental health prescriptions filled but it is sick. (They should consider seeking therapy themselves smh) This is happened several times to me but today specifically, I came wearing a bandanna around my neck to use as a face mask. They would not unlock the door and buzz me in until I put the bandanna over my face. I told them that I was perfectly fine with having my constitutional rights violated, and I would abide by their wishes. I would pull the bandanna up over my mouth and nose to use as a facial covering, as soon as they unlock the doo. I was not putting a face mask on while I was outside and around nobody. I made it clear I will put the facemask on before I enter the building. They simply refused. The office was empty of clients and all employees were behind plastic barriers. I was not within 6 feet of anybody and wearing a facial covering in the situation is absolutely pointles. [UPDATE/ EDIT 06/13/2020] I’m changing this review. People have the opportunity and potential to change themselves for the better, that is what self-help services exist for. So, if one believes in that concept enough to attend therapy, than why should a company/ organization not be eligible for the same opportunity? I’ve continued to work with CRC and they have been willing to put up with me. They understand that I’m learning and if I miscommunicate my actions are not malicious, rather sympathetic. I feel I have fallen in place with a well qualified treatment team and plan. I am hopeful to see what positivity CRC will bring, not only to my life, but to our community as a whole. (Special thanks to Caroline W.-Z.) [IMPROVEMENTS & SUGGESTIONS] One thing that CRC can improve on is not only allowing, but encouraging clients to have a say in the providers that they see. This is a vital aspect to success in treatment. Having bureaucratic rules, and unmalleable standers, hinders rather than helps. As long as an individual is willing to engage, there is hope. That’s all it takes, from their progress can be made. However, assigning a client to a Med provider, and when the client expresses that they are not clicking, or would like to change, that should be honestly and sincerely considered. From my experience, at this time, it is not a possibility whatsoever. Along with encouraging clients to have a say in their treatment plan, clients input should be considered by the prescribing doctors. Every person is unique, and has unique experiences. Just because somebody may have a history of substance abuse, should not automatically, be a cut and dry, result in a denial for certain medications. For example, Community Reach Center will not prescribe anyone with a history of substance abuse any stimulant-based ADD medication. Regardless of their DOC or personal experience and successes. CRC could loosen up! Perhaps, honestly, consider taking some psychedelics on your next team bonding event. Food for thought; I would not eat food from a restaurant rated 2.2 stars on Google, so why would I trust my mental health to a provider with a 2 star rating.... The scary thing is that two stars is not what CRC deserves. The services I was provided are worth 1/5 stars...
Experiencia fantástica: They believed in me and saved my life! I have been there over 3 yrs now.
Experiencia fantástica: I have been helped by wonderful thoughtful therapist and group programs in my rehabilitation from my own personal traumatic experiences and I would like to thank all the professional staff members for being warm at entering bthe front door to my entire treatment program which is helping me back on my feet and helping me cope through some really hard times. I'm thankful to God for this location and for the amazing staff taking great care of my mental care and stability. My personal therapist Marcy Libeer has been a champion in my mental stabilization and hope that each day I will be ok again. If it weren't for her and Dr. Rahm in this facility as my mental care providers, I wouldn't of made it through my pain. So thank you both and thank you to the warm welcome I receive from your front office staff. They are a joy to meet at first greet. They are kind, thoughtful and get back to me when I have an immediate concern. Thank you to all of the receptionist. It's a blessing to go here for my therapy and group sessions. I cannot say enough about how well they treat me as a client. May God bless this faculty with much more success as you are essential important men and women in mental health. With warm thoughts of you all, Denise Aquino A satisfied client. 5 hundred stars for your excellent customer service for important men and women learning to live through mental disabilities and have hope for a better world to live in. Ijnip blessings over all your lives forever and ever. Amen
Experiencia fantástica: After moving from out of state, It is always tricky at best, to find a mental health provider that has valuable staff. I did have some difficulty during my process. It was managed appropriately by Ryan from the Highline location in Thornton. Overall I believe that I am getting the treatment necessary at this time.
Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting help there for over two years and I'd definitely recommend this place. I go to the center In Northglenn and know very little about the others. In NM I was with the same counselor for over 11yrs and with 2 different psychiatrist for over 12 years. They were all amazing!!. Because of this I'm Very picky about who I see and how well they do. Yes the wait time can be very long but not because they're on their cell phones. My counselor and Dr. Selim rate up there with previous treatment. No one has been as fantastic as my counselor in NM but I doubt if anyone ever will. I would recommend this place to anyone and in fact someone I told to go here has been going there for almost a year and really likes the svc and treatment he's he's gotten.
Experiencia fantástica: If you are willing to talk & try to explain what you are feeling even if you maybe don't know, they will help you. You have to take that first step and know its a safe place with people who choose to be there for you in you time of need-multi tramtic situations, extreme anxiety & a 3rd failed sucide PTSD & bipolar patient. But you have to be honest knowing they do not judge you. They truly care & have so many services to help even you! Sometimes my therapy times is all I look forward to. But the most important thing I can tell you is to trust & be honest so they can truly help you. Yes sometimes its busy because most of us could use some help.
Experiencia positiva: Wonderful doctors
