He personally helped me to recover from a torn calf muscle in record time. It was magic! He also helped my mother to eliminate her hip pain that she dealt with for 2 years in only 2 weeks. Experiencia fantástica: The Complete Performance Center is a place of wonders. I came in thinking my professional basketball career was over. I had been diagnosed with a broken back, that I had been playing on since I was 10 years old. I am now 26. I also had bi-lateral hip surgery for two torn labrums and a broken right hip. I was insanely beat up. I had serious back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, calf, ankle, elbow, & wrist complications. I have been to some of the “best” chiropractors, physical therapists and doctors in the United States and none of them could even come close to the knowledge that Chris, Ryan & Troy have. I have tried for 4-5 years to figure out these problems. After working with them for just a month and a half my entire body has done a complete 360. I am able to compete at a even higher level than before, and more importantly without any pain! I can not thank them enough for the work they have done for me.

My ankle feels stronger and has more movement and flexibility, and I have noticeably less pain. For the first time since this volleyball injury I believe I am on the right path for healing. Some days, being able to walk became near impossible. She could not raise her arm due to a fall she had a year ago and she was desperately seeking help so I took her to Dr. Chris and within no time he had helped to restore mobility back to her arm. I didn’t think he could do it in such a short time period but she was so happy to have her mobility back and to be able to raise her arm to accomplish the most simple things we take for granted. Experiencia fantástica: So, bottom line, the doctor (and those who work under him) are friggin sorcerers. They are absolutely insanely good at what they do. Their knowledge of how the musculoskeletal system works together is second to none. I went in there originally for shoulder pain, and now lower back pain. Every time I leave there, my situation has progressed, in a good way, and I feel super loose and pain free. I'll recommend this place to anyone who'll listen. I'm completely convinced that there isn't anything they can't solve, pain related. They're wizards, all of them. On top of all of this, everyone there is SUPER nice. Very willing to listen to whatever your ailment may be, and Nina, at the front desk is great as well. His knowledge and understanding of anatomy, physiology and physics is superior to most other doctors I have ever known - and I’m in the business being a NP. Chris has successfully treated me for several ailments over the last 3 years in only a few treatments. He also treats my 17 y.o. student athlete daughter who unfortunately has a chronic back problem. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Complete Performance Center and being put back together by Dr. Chris and his crew for over a decade. This place is the real deal. I am a chronic pain patient with hyper mobility that has had multiple joint surgeries and can not say enough positive things about this practice. Every member of the staff is extremely professional and compassionate and will go above and beyond to accommodate clients. If you have any kind of body pain, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. I moved across the country and any time I’m in town I make sure to come in and get adjusted at least once. I’m already counting down to the next time I’m in town and can drop in for another adjustment.

I have always gotten good results from my treatments, and they keep me active and moving. Nina (the office manager) is accommodating when you need an urgent appointment, and they are flexible around my always-changing work schedule.

Until coming to him I was really hesitant about chiropractors, thinking it was a lot of forceful 'snapping into place' that made me nervous. But I first came here on the recommendation of a friend after I threw out my back almost 2 years ago and have been returning ever since! I have some long term back/ neck issues and it's amazing how well he can figure out exactly what needs to be released (which is almost always a different spot than where I feel the pain). He is incredibly gentle while still working out the tension, and I've never felt unsafe. Finally, huge shout out to Nina, his incredible office manager. A great doctor or practitioner is nothing without the right team and she is awesome. So friendly, welcoming, helpful, engaging- every time I come in I feel like I'm being greeted by an old friend. There's a true sense of community there, largely because of her. Can't recommend this place enough- go see them!

Sometimes have actually almost crawled into his office in excruciating pain and walked out feeling 100% better. He definitely knows his stuff. I have personally I will furred many people to him. Experiencia fantástica: Complete Performance Center is a fantastic facility to rehab any injury. My son is a duel sport athlete with basketball and volleyball. Last year he suffered a really bad ankle sprain at the beginning of the volleyball season. Chris Alvarez was able to get him back on the court in three weeks. This year my son dislocated his elbow. It was the worst injury that he had ever suffered. Chris again was able to get him back to playing in one month. The insurance paid for a different physical therapist, but ultimately we had to go to back to Chris. He really knows what he's doing. I can't recommend him enough.

It’s not one of those chiropractor visits where you just walk in and get your back cracked. It’s an appointment that is well worth the money. They use many techniques to help whatever problem may be the issue. Then, they teach you why it happened, how to fix it, and stretches to make it better in the long run. I can't even describe how great my body feels after my recent visits with Dr. Chris and his amazing team of professionals.
