Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a long-time patient at Vida Integrated Health in Bellevue, and overall I’ve received excellent care from the providers. The clinicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled—especially Dr. Corsilles, Romi Dueck, Dr. Leblanc and Dr. Vo. They’ve consistently taken the time to listen, explain treatment options, and tailor care to my needs. Because of them, I’ve continued coming back for years. That said, I’ve noticed a shift in the clinic experience over time. There seems to be a high turnover at the front desk, and unfortunately that’s affected the overall warmth and personal feel of the clinic. When you’re a long-term patient, you naturally build relationships with staff, and with so much turnover it feels less welcoming and more cold or corporate than it used to. I still highly value the quality of care from the providers, but I hope the clinic can address the front desk turnover and revisit policies that impact patient experience. With a bit more consistency and personal touch, Vida could truly get back to the welcoming environment it once had.

She spent an hour with me listening to every issue I’m having (big and small) and helped me address each one without brushing me off or rushing me. We just went through all of my bloodwork and for the first time in my life I actually understand what everything means and what I can do to improve (and where I’m already doing awesome!). I was 7 months pregnant when I first started going to Vida, I decided to see a chiropractor due to severe back pain and just the changes that come with being pregnant. Dr. Vo is incredibly knowledgeable knew exactly how to help me with my back pain. I was relieved to see results from my initial visit. I am continuing to see Dr. Vo for my postpartum care. From breastfeeding my newborn , my back has felt off. I recently got adjusted and immediately felt the difference. Experiencia negativa: One of the chiropractor at Vida assured me that Regence would pay for my carpal tunnel treatment when L&I stopped paying. He was wrong! Vida tried to get me to pay the entire amount not covered by insurance. Vida also told me numerous times that Regence was waiting for information from me to process the claims. I talked with Regence several times and they told me multiple times that this is not the case. During one conversation with Regence I went through each line of charges and Regence told me that they denied everything that was carpal tunnel related. Despite passing this information along to Vida, I was asked to call Regence yet again! Now, Vida told me that they will bill Regence but not list the carpal tunnel codes first and hopefully Regence will pay. This is ridiculous! Vida’s chiropractor was wrong when he assured me that Regence would pay for my treatment and instead of taking responsibility for it, Vida is harassing me and wasting my time!

The waiting area is bright and offers light refreshment, relaxing you before you start your treatment. The scheduling was a breeze and I really appreciated how they checked your insurance and provided very transparent costs upfront so there were no surprises when the billing came.

Megan, the massage therapist, was on time and waiting to greet me. She was efficient, thorough, and was able to work on the areas that were of most concern for me. We then transitioned to treating a more chronic issue involving my lower back and SI joint. This is where the treatment truly excelled. Because the muscles around my lower back and SI joint were overly tight, my left leg had shortened. Experiencia negativa: I was brand new to acupuncture -- mainly because I've always been needle-phobic and tend to faint every time I get a vaccine or shot. Still, I'd heard so many great things about acupuncture and its holistic benefits, so I decided to give it a try. My first appointment with Rosa didn't go as I hoped. I had explained how nervous I was about needles, and while she did a good job talking me through the process and keeping me distracted, things took a turn after she placed the needles. She dimmed the lights and said she'd check on me in about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes passed, then thirty. I started feeling anxious -- almost panicky -- but didn't know what to do. I couldn't move with all the needles in, had no panic/help button (she mentioned later the one in that room was broken), and my phone was in my purse. I quietly called out "hello?" a few times, hoping someone would hear me, but no one came. About 35 minutes later, Rosa finally returned. I told her I had started to panic, and while she apologized, it was frustrating that the panic button issue hadn't been checked beforehand -- especially given that I was a brand-new patient who had expressed my fears. Another thing I noticed over multiple visits was that every appointment started late. I'm a bit of a clock-watcher, and every single time I checked, I was called back at least 5-10 minutes past my scheduled time. Even the 20 minutes she said the needles would stay in was always closer to 25. It might not bother most people, but as someone who's already anxious, those extra minutes made a difference. Honestly, I didn't feel like returning after that first experience, but she encouraged me to continue with at least six sessions to see results, so I decided to give her another chance. The next couple of visits went better -- she always made sure I had a working panic button -- but the needle sensation never got easier. It was still uncomfortable and never relaxing for me. On my fourth visit, a needle in my hand hurt sharply the moment it went in, and my hand was sore and swollen afterward -- maybe she hit a nerve or a vein. It's now been three weeks since that appointment, and my hand is still swollen. I'm genuinely concerned about whether it will fully heal. I have an appointment with my primary doctor next week to have it checked out, but based on that experience alone, I will never return to Vida for acupuncture. I truly wanted to make it through all six sessions, but at this point, I just can't do it. The discomfort and anxiety outweigh any potential benefits for me. It's unfortunate -- maybe I would've had a better experience treating my body instead of my face -- but based on how I feel now, acupuncture just isn't for me.

Dr. Porter (Chiro) has been a game changer for my care, she has helped me get the proper referrals for specialists and I ve made significant improvement. Michael (acupuncture) has provided me crucial relief through our sessions, especially with e-stim. Dr. Burdeaux and Dr. Miller (physical therapy) have also been vital to my progress; they’ve helped me work through unknowns and helped me with shoulder surgery recovery very well. Also, the front desk team is very supportive and kind, it’s always a positive experience whenever I go in for my appointments. Overall, I highly recommend Vida and especially the providers in my care team!

Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my lower back in college from doing weighted situps on hard floor. Every few years I would get a flare if I overly stress my spine, to the point where its difficult to get out of bed. Dr Vo did an amazing job today examining what posture and movement would trigger my pain, and provided a clear treatment plan. Ive been to chiropractors before who would adjust every level of my spine including my neck, but without much improvement. Dr Vo specifically targeted my L4/5 today and it made a noticeable difference. Obviously one adjustment wont be the magic bullet, but I have faith that consistent treatment would help me in the long run. Thank you Dr Vo!

From our very first appointment, Dr. Duan took the time to thoroughly understand my condition and created a thoughtful treatment plan that greatly improved my neck pain. (I used to experience intense discomfort after sitting for just a short while, but her treatments made a noticeable difference.) The clinic itself is also well-organized—they confirmed my insurance details ahead of time and provided clear, accurate pricing. Appointment scheduling has been smooth and efficient. Experiencia negativa: I have done a lot of p.t. and no p.t. has ever insisted I continue doing an exercise that causes pain. I got home and checked the AI on their technique for the exercise in question and they were doing it wrong. If a person says an exercise causes pain, the p.t.s I have had in the past recommend not doing the exercise until they are ready. Also, switching off between therapists mid-session is distracting and I wasn't able to develop a good relationship with my therapist and I felt it wasn't an efficient use of time as compared to other practices. I notice they also don't wipe down tables between clients, and it did not feel very clean in the facility. There are lots of places to choose from so I am moving on. There are many other services within this facility that could be good so this review just applies to p.t.

Experiencia fantástica: I see Sky, Katie, and Dr. Vo here, and they're all incredible. Sky has done wonders for my pain management and healing. She's very attentive and has impeccable bedside manner. Katie is a wonderful physical therapist. Both knowledgeable and a great teacher. She's warm and makes it easy to ask questions. She has awards that you can see as you walk into the gym, and after spending the better part of a year as her patient, it's clear she earned every one of them. Dr. Vo is also fantastic. He does a great job at explaining the mechanics behind what he's doing, and is fun to talk to. All in all, I've found the staff at VIDA very kind and good at their jobs. I hope they all receive recognition for what they do, but especially the three people who've helped my quality of life after a pretty bad injury.

He took the time to actually listen to me and explain what was going on with both of my injuries, which helped me understand what we were doing to fix them. The exercises he gave me were easy to follow, and he made sure I wasn’t overdoing it. Plus, he’s super chill and makes the sessions feel less like a workout and more like just hanging out while getting better. My ankle feels way stronger, and my shoulder pain is almost gone. Experiencia fantástica: Matt is the best PT I have ever met. I came to PT with a pain in my shoulder blade, neck and shoulder tightness, and tender achilles. Matt was able to address all of them in 5 - 6 sessions. Besides teaching me exercises I can do at home, Matt also does hands on work to relieve my muscles. I would recommend Matt to anyone who would like to try PT, and you won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended. It was determined that to start, I should get weekly treatments (chiropractor and acupuncture) for my neck, shoulder and back. Dr. Anita LeBlanc (chiropractor) is awesome, great energy, listens to how I am feeling and stretches me out then does adjustments accordingly. She will then coordinate and let Dr. Michael Crosby (acupuncture) if there are any things that he can address. Dr. Crosby is great, we talk about how things are going, and he puts together a plan. He listens, makes suggestions, answers any questions I have and then explains what he is doing during the treatment. Extra kudos as he noticed a large scar I had from a past surgery and has added it to my treatment, had no idea it was a contributor to my ailments, it is helping a ton!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great treatment experience at Vida. I worked with Matthew Wines and JD Chapman for Physical Therapy and Dr. Jon Nam Vo for chiropractic. All of them worked as a team to solve the problem. I was suffering from a severe lower back pain resulting from a gym injury, which had not gone away with home remedies even after a month it started. Finally started going to vida. The holistic treatment plan and teamwork of chiropractic, physical therapy and one session of acupuncture helped my recover and start walking properly again. Great job by everyone at vida!

Experiencia negativa: **edit 6 months later: unfortunately i had to disengage with this place. i chose specific health insurance with my provider whom i saw here thinking it would be okay since shes paneled with them yet some things were lost in translation between the insurance & Vida. It became a "not it" situation. Although I believe in client care & I was coordinating between them far too much, I dont think they consult with one another on patients. I called the clinic manager back (after they vetted that I did indeed get a call from her) & we had a good conversation & was told billing would get back to me yet its been over a month & no word. I'd advise to make sure your insurance will indeed cover their billing rates & codes because you may have to do more than your share if any issues come up. Two stars: for the environment & quality of service (chiro, acupuncture). I've been a fan of Vida Integrated Health; I used to go to the Madison location & began care at the Bellevue clinic for the last few years. Their chiropractic, acupuncture, & massage services always did the trick; the staff is supportive in how they coordinate care for me in the type of treatment I would benefit from. I was pleased to hear that they will be opening a clinic in Renton soon & am looking forward to reengaging there!

Experiencia fantástica: I am very grateful for the attention to detail my doctor provides each visit and the best bedside manner I have ever received with a medical institution. For anyone with a complicated medical history, especially Mothers recovering from childbirth (like me), this is the place for you to have your needs thought about by a Dr. who is not being inundated with thousands of patients and instead has a realistic caseload and can manage each patients case with passion and care. I am so grateful that I found Vida for all of my medical needs.

As it was my first experience with acupuncture, and not knowing much, it can be challenging to place one's faith in a new method of healing for me. Dr. Duan expanded my interest and comfort level through her treatment. Her extensive knowledge and genuine care regarding my physical, emotional, and spiritual needs have been consistent since day one. The benefits I've received from acupuncture and meditation under her care have been positively transformative. I've talked about my treatment and progress with friends since the beginning. I highly recommend her practice!

Experiencia negativa: I went for my chiropractic appointment and started getting excruciating nerve pain few hours after the appointment that has lasted for weeks now!!! I called twice to let them know that I am in terrible pain and would like the doctor to get back to me or suggest a plan for my recovery. I was optimistic that Dr Vo would be able to help me. I'm extremely disappointed that noone cared enough to get back to me to help me or made any attempt to fix a problem that they created!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been to this location just a handful of times to see a chiropractor. No issues or complaints on that end. My one star reflects their poor customer service in billing. Last time I went in for service was back in August 2022. I recently received a text message claiming that they will send me to collections if I do not make a payment on my outstanding balance. The thing is, I’ve paid for all of my services at the time of service. I called the front desk, who informed me that they retroactively charged me a $45 fee after the last service. Seriously?! As a business owner myself, if my staff did not appropriately charge a customer at the time of service, I would not be hounding them a year after the fact on a $45 outstanding balance. For me, it’s not about paying the $45, it’s the principle in how they are handling the matter. Is $45 really that important to you over losing a customer that you are threatening to send to collections over a $45 balance??
