Experiencia fantástica: my dad was in care at manor care, and it was a hard decision to put our father in a facility, me and my sisters live out of state , so we weren't able to take care of him. but this was the best decision we ever made. the staff is wonderful! a extended part of our family, now. but sadly our father passed oct 2014, we are still dealing with loss, but we always will realize how lucky we were to of have such wonderful people to help care for our father.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m writing this review as an agency provider. A lot of citizens do not realize how understaffed long term care and rehab facilities are. I have found that these places are receiving bad reviews because of this. Unfortunately there are just not enough skilled workers available. Yes this facility may not be up to par in the dazzling new decor but they had what mattered most. They were kind to the residents. Nurses weren’t just sitting behind the counter like they are in other facilities. They were up helping and engaging with the residents. Residents were so comfortable with their regular providers that they were coming down the hall to visit and someone would great them and knew exactly what they wanted to drink or eat. The residents also looked out for each other. My first night there they wanted to make sure I knew how to take care of their roommate. The workers greeted me kindly and were nothing but polite and helpful throughout the night. When I arrived I had a printed sheet with all my residents and their specific needs. I have never received that. Most facilities just walk you through really quick and leave you to yourself. I would recommend working here to anyone who asked.
