Experiencia fantástica: My mother has been at this threshold for 2 years. Excellent care. She's a 100 years old and people treat her with respect kindness and dignity. I recommend this restaurant to any people that are looking for a good place for their mother or their father

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience! Staff was well trained and made me feel safe while doing exercises to get me ready to be dismissed. The facility was clean and orderly. When I would have trouble sleeping someone would come by with a beverage and a few kind words. Shirley was wonderful when I would get anxious she was right there to set me straight on what to expect. When I needed changed and couldn’t do it myself the staff treated me with dignity and respect. I will miss the staff and hope to stay in touch after I am dismissed. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting the best care.I was in the rehabilitation side and loved everyone that was full-time. All I can say is “thank you Plaza West”

Experiencia fantástica: My elderly mother in law was recently at Plaza West for rehab. She did remarkably well and will successfully move to assisted living. While at Plaza West Rehab she was treated with respect and kindness from all the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate her and make her comfortable. The rehab team was very professional and they have superb facilities that are always kept clean and sanitized. A special thank you to Shirley, Kelly, Linda, Andrea and Reval that we all came to know. They treated our whole family wonderful during a difficult time.
