Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client for over 6 months following rotator cuff surgery. The staff here are excellent and professional. They take the time to find out what your goals are and develop an exercise regimen to help you achieve them. Alex, my primary therapist, was awesome as were the other physical therapists. My shoulder has made a full recovery and feels great. I am very appreciative for the excellent care I received there. If I need physical therapy in the future, I will return.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience here. Had appointments with many of the different staff members and without exception, had a great experience with everyone I worked with. They tailor the exercises to your needs and regularly assess your progress. They're also very knowledgeable and educated me on the various body mechanics and how to prevent future injury. Just be careful. It's a little confusing cuz there are two Kyles. One's super cool and the other's really weird (just kidding, they're both great). Great services and great staff. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: So I tore my Achilles back in April and felt pretty depressed about it. I thought I wasn’t going to be the same anymore when it comes to playing sports. Then I came across California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, in Torrance. When I first walked in, I didn’t really know what to expect but I just went along with it. I eventually met all the staff members as I continuously attended my appointments. Honestly, these are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met. They made me feel reassured that I’ll make a 100% full recovery. They are attentive and provide the best professional guidance you can ask for. They hold me accountable in making sure I try my best with each exercise they provide me. I’m still far from 100% recovery, but I know with this supportive team, I’ll get there in no time. I found the entire team to be very friendly, personable and competent. From Alyssa at the front desk keeping scheduling organized and on track, to the aides such as Khiem providing excellent guidance during exercise. A big shout out to Alex and Kyle my PT’s. They both did a fantastic job of treating my back, were a delight to be around, and did great work. 100% good job! As with any physical therapy, if you are willing to put in the work (doing exercises at home) and follow the instructions of your therapists, the results will come! And for me they did. Thank you!! Experiencia fantástica: California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy in Torrance is the best place for Physical Therapy treatment. I was a patient here before for chronic neck issues that radial down to the arms, wrists and hands. With the Team's assessment, manual therapy, and assigned exercises, I improved signifcantly to be discharged. However, a recent rear-end accident aggravated my issue with the over straightening of the neck's natural curve, inflammation, and flared up issues of the neck to the arms, hands and wrists again. I was again treated by the Director Dr. Ernest Filart. He is detailed wtih his evaluations assessments and takes the time to explain the issues and target treatments. His manual therapy really targets the problem areas and immediately improves my range of motion each time. Aside from Ernest, their growing Team from a year ago is joined by very talented staff. I have particularly had the pleasure of being treated by Physical Therapist Assistant Kyle Valencia. Kyle's manual therapy technic immediately helped me release neck tightness after a very bad flare up. In addition, Kyle is incredibably knowledgable. He takes the time to listen to my issues each time and each new excercise or modification he had suggested has helped me significantly. I am incredibly grateful for the California Rehabiliatation and Sports Therapy Team in Torrance. They are a true gem!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of being treated by Alison, a USC DPT student, and felt so much improvement in my SIJ symptoms. She listened to me and changed my routine based on what I said. The exercises were challenging and targeted the areas I needed it. I am sad Alison has moved on, but everyone in this office is so kind and helpful. Plus the Fun Friday is always a joy to see. Highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: 05/20/23 After months of intensive Physical Therapy at California Physical Therapy Torance, from an acute rotator cuff tear repair on both shoulders, I can resoundingly say, Ernest Filart and his team at Torrance Physical Therapy are the Gold Standard. Because I have a wealth of experience in the human anatomy & physiology, I believed I didn't need outside help. I was totally wrong. One of the best decisions I ever made was to leave my rehab to the pros at California Physical Therapy, Torance. Team leader, Ernest Filart, is a true clinical guru 10/2022 I love everyone at 19000 Hawthorne: Ali, Ernest, Ann Marie, Alex, Norali & Naggi. I never trusted anyone totally as I do with my arm, from a rotator cuff surgery, as I do with Alex. These guys are simply the best and Ali runs a smooth sailing ship to boot.

I was searching for a new physical therapy office and was having a hard time until I called California Rehab they were friendly, understanding of my situation and booked an appointment right away. From my first appointment to my last appointment they really cared about me and getting me stronger and return back to work. They cheered me up to not give up and challenged me every-time. Experiencia fantástica: A great experience with Ernest and the team while returning my knee back to normal. I'm just finishing up an 8 week prescription and feeling great again. I tore a tendon in my knee/quad lifting too much weight at the gym. Then I made the mistake of trying to exercise the pain away by continuing a road cycling training plan (turns out I'm not 25 years old anymore). Online PT videos were OK but I didn't know how much to do, or for how long. Without a structured routine I ended up worsening the injury. Ernest and the team designed a plan to heal my torn tendon, and also pointed out areas to strengthen and improve my overall fitness. Their expert guidance and helpful training was critical to fixing my knee. Now I'm grateful to be back on the bicycle and progressively ramping up the miles.

Experiencia fantástica: This physical rehab center is Awesome! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I strained my ankle at work and had a difficult time walking or standing. But thanks to Kyle, one of the three clinicians, after just six sessions I am able to balance the ankle that was injured. All of the clinicians and assistants were very helpful but I was most attended by Kyle. The exercises were simple yet effective. I also perform the exercises at home which I believe with this center's help I have been able to recover quickly. I feel very inspired now to continue performing these exercises at home and begin walking again to lose weight. Thank you Kyle and the whole staff for helping me recover from this painful injury. Experiencia fantástica: After almost a decade of chronic back pain, I was quite skeptical when the doctor once again suggested PT. Unlike my previous experiences, Torrance Physical Therapy is highly dedicated to the patients and their well being. They’re professional yet very personal & caring in your progress which makes a world of difference! Although it’s a slow progress (expected of a chronic pain), I definitely see an improvement on my back after completing just 6 sessions. Much appreciated to Alex, Kyle & Kyle, Khiem, and Alysa you guys are truly an amazing team :-)

Experiencia fantástica: They’re the best and in the world, and they are so polite, sweet, and caring . One of the other things I love about them is they work around your schedule which that’s something I really need because I go to so many different doctors and specialists appointments and they open early my therapy is at 7 AM no later than 8 AM every visit. And it is not crowded you really have one on one with the therapist and one on one with the assistant to make sure you’re doing everything correctly and not hurting yourself and I they give you a chance to take a break and always offering a cup of water. Hands-down the very best and cleanest therapy office I have been to I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to them.

When I came to Cal Rehab, I wasn’t able to move and was in a lot of pain, after a few sessions I was able to move my neck with no pain. He is really good at listening and providing care specific to my needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will definitely coming back if I have any other issues. Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time back to this PT office. First I had back surgery, then less than a year later neck surgery. I went a year ago, and need some more help with strengthening my muscles. Ernest and Alex are fantastic therapists, whose caring attitudes come through on each and every client. If anyone needs PT this is the best I have found. The whole office is kind, caring, and professional!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Everything you could want in a PT clinic: inspirational posters, holiday decorations, and all staff are super nice. I have had such a good experience. Have worked with multiple providers, and everyone is great. My calves and ankles have gotten soo much better, and they have given me exercises I can continue to do after I am no longer a patient. Would highly recommend and would def return (hopefully won't need to but this would be my first choice for sure!).
