Experiencia fantástica: My dad and my mom both saw Brian for physical therapy, and were impressed with his expertise as well as his caring and gentle approach. So when I was diagnosed with herniated disks in my back in the summer of 2022, they recommended Crest Physical Therapy and Wellness to me. When I first began my physical therapy, I was in a lot of pain, couldn’t walk any distance without a walker, and couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes without pain. I was unable to enjoy cycling, walking, or tennis and was very depressed. Brian was so kind, encouraging, and very knowledgeable and he adapted the treatment to what I could handle without pain, while challenging and encouraging me to slowly build flexibility and strength. After several months of treatment, I am now pain free and back to my active lifestyle. I am so grateful to Brian, Jacqueline and Jasmine for their support and warmth! I heartily recommend them! Experiencia fantástica: I have searched for solutions to problems I have had with my back "going out" on me for over half my life. Crest Physical Therapy was absolutley the best recommendation and solution I have found! Great place, great people, the right exercises and treatments! I had a good feeling when I first arrived. It is a clean bright facility. Everyone greeted me with smiles. I was immediatly introduced to Jacqueline my physical therapist, Brian, the owner, and everyone else that worked there. It's nice to know how positive all the people are you will be working with and seeing every time you come to work out. Jacqueline explained the process we would use including the "Neubie" which I would call electroshock therapy. A little scary... As it turns out, I think that treatment really helped. We started with Jacqueline examining my back to see where the pain was coming from. She then gave me exercises to start building my core. Every time we met, Jacqueline would examine my back and add exercises to stretch and build my back muscles in the right places. After each session I could feel the "exercise soreness" but not the chronic pain. One of the weeks during our treatment, I let Jacqueline know that it felt like my back was "going out" on me again. We monitored the pain and exercises over the next weeks and it never went out on me! The end result is not only a great facility, but the friendly positive Crest Physical Therapy staff did the best job at analyzing my back problems and providing the correct treatment to help me put strength in my back to prevent it "going out" on me. Continuing this exercise routine should allow me to keep up with my grandkids for many years! Thanks!!

Always making sure it is safe environment for patients. I suffered multiple strokes when I was 43 and then had phnemonia 5 years later was in coma for 2 1/2 weeks Flat lined 3 times on dialysis in a wheelchair. I have come along ways and am very thankful to have met some great people to help me recover I am very blessed, Im out of wheelchair and I have gained great strength a lot due to Brian and his staff and the ability to push myself. Lastly I will say no matter what you face you have the ability to turn it around for the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Brian post shoulder surgery. I went to Crest because of the Newbie machine which I think was very helpful in the recovery. Unlike some other physical therapists I've been to, Brian does quite a bit of manual manipulation to get range of motion in the joint. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian and his staff do their very best to get you to 100%. Brian has helped me recover from many injuries over the years. He uses the Neubie Machine. I am not good at explaining the Neubie but I highly suggest you look it up. There is only one other physical therapist with the machine around. Normally it is used by professional athletes to recover. Brian takes his time with you his concern and knowledge can't be matched. There is no better physical therapist in California

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Brian for quite some time now. Each and every time has been for bad shoulders. He has managed to get me extremely close to the way I should be. Now both shoulders are "New and Improved" both having been replaced. Brian is fantastic. If I ever need PT, I will be seeing Brian. Brian is good enough to drive 70 miles, one way for PT services. I've been doing just that three days a week for the past couple of months. Humpty Dumpty has got to stop falling off the wall! Boat racing is tough on the body, believe me I know! Need PT help? Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Brian for a new unknown problem in my arms. Not only was he able to determine the cause quickly, but the issue was managed within a couple sessions! Furthermore, I’m a young healthy woman who loves lifting weights, and I’ve never been able to do push-ups and pull ups. As we progressed with my treatment, Brian worked with me towards my specific goals, and now I’m doing both of these movements for the first time in my life! I could go on and on about the amazing and friendly office staff (shoutout to Jasmine!), but Brian also would work around MY schedule. When I had an insurance snafu, he still kept my appointments so my treatments weren’t impeded by the crooks at the insurance company. If I ever need PT, I will be returning in a heartbeat. Dr. Brian even followed up with me personally to check on how I’m doing after my PT was finished. This team is the type of healthcare the world deserves and I’m so thankful that I’ve found them. Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my back and was referred to Crest Physical Therapy by my primary physician. Brian was professional, friendly, and encouraging throughout my entire physical therapy. I felt better after each PT session and within a month my back was feeling normal again. Jasmine helped me with my insurance, scheduling appointments, and made sure I was using the correct form when I was doing my exercises. It was a great experience overall!

Brian Micheletti, a wonderful and knowledgeable therapist and owner, worked patiently to diagnose and develop a progressive treatment program for the pain on my right knee. He took time to explain what he needed to work on, using human knee physiology diagram, to strengthen necessary muscles. I can feel relief as session progressed. Grateful for his expertise, since now I'm relieved of my pain. I highly recommend this very welcoming and clean environment PT office. Great customer experience. I like their 'Neubie' muscle stimulator that quickly determined point of issue. *Kudos to Jasmine for cheering when PT exercises were tough.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to several physical therapists thanks to athletic injuries, surgeries, etc... . but Crest is the best one I've ever had. Brian developed very effective therapies for my broken ankle and now it is actually better than before my injury. One thing I particularly like is that Brian explained the purpose of each step and exercise that he was prescribing . . . . face it, exercises are not inherently entertaining . . . but understanding what I was accomplishing with each exercise helped me to stay on task. The facility looks rather new .. . very clean, very well organized and, of course, they clean surfaces after each patient. The other thing that is nice about Crest (aside from the simple fact that Brian and Jasmine are both very nice, friendly and interesting people) is that it is small: Brian does what he needs to do as a physical therapist, Jasmine helps supervise exercises and there are only two - three patients at a time. I highly recommend Crest and expect that i will seek their help again in the future with some of my chronic issues. One note of caution: the building isn't easy to find using your Nav systems . . . . the address is on Carson but the building is set back quite a ways. As Brian explained to me, turn south from Carson onto Del Amo Circle and go to the dead end of the street .. . the building and its very convenient parking lot are on the left.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Crest Physical Therapy after having broken my ankle and needing surgery. Jasmine at the front desk is so helpful and really a wonderful person. Brian is such a great physical therapist, in my first session with him I was pretty nervous and he seemed to know my concerns before I even had to ask. He is so knowledgable and its obvious that he really just wants to help people feel better. Brian also spent a lot of time with me and really invests himself personally in your recovery. Even my doctor was impressed by my ankle recovery only a few months out of surgery. I think one huge part of recovering from an injury can be the mental side, Brian always made made feel so confident in myself and my ability to get better, not to mention he is genuinely such a wonderful person! Best place ever!

He stands out from others in that he spends a great deal of time asking questions to get to the bottom of the problem, rather that just treat what is hurting. He is especially great with athletes and aims to get them back to their sport as soon as possible. As an aging, recreational triathlete, I have had several injuries and Brian has figured them out and gotten me back on track quickly each time. I will am thrilled with the fantastic new location and will most certainly be referring friends , family and my patients to him.

I had surgery on my shoulder and my ankle, and he was able to get me back to playing sports again within just a few months. His home health exercises were challenging but not impossible, and his treatment methods in his facility were outstanding. I highly recommend Brian to anyone that needs physical therapy.
