What is so outstanding, first of all, is his abilities acquired over so many years of experience as a physical therapist and as a supervisor which provided him with the ability to meet someone new and get right down to business with the initial assessment and treatment. Experiencia fantástica: Travis McKay/TherEx has been a lifesaver for me! His 1:1 therapeutic wellness sessions helped me transition out of physical therapy and into more regular exercise, while attending to my spine hip muscle issues. And his therapeutic exercise classes helped me build a foundation of exercise that allowed me to get back to my regular activities and progress into more exercise. The classes are fantastic on their own & fulfill a lot of stabilization and strength needs we all have while working at home or sitting in our jobs. With his physical therapy knowledge Travis is able to tailor exercises to his class members & advise you on your form & any modifications needed. I highly recommend!!
