Experiencia fantástica: My Dr is very helpful! She respects my wishes and honors my decision to do things the natural way. The nurses always give my kids stickers and books even when it’s not their appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: The only problem I've ever had is wait times on the phone , however frustrating that can get they are definitely worth the wait, but when I don't feel like waiting I live close enough that I just go there in person pop my head in and state my business and it's okay with them... EVERYONE is EXTREMELY helpful knowledgeable, professional, FRIENDLY ,and Dr Herman is the best doctor that I have had the pleasure of having in my corner in 52 years. She cares and treats her patience like actual people instead of a number, she cares more about your health then she does about her paycheck,( Hell we've all been there and delt with those type of so-called doctors ).. she doesn't rush you in and out of the office, she takes her time to get to know you and then takes her time with your medical issues, she doesn't act like she knows it all, she doesn't act like she knows you better than you know yourself like a lot of doctors do. And she is very trustable, and trusting..thank you Dr Herman.. ALWAYS, JOHN STAPINSKI.........

Experiencia positiva: While the staff is helpful and the nurses and doctors helpful, having every call go through the switchboard where wait times run from 20 to 130 minutes ... this is completely unacceptable. No patient portal available. It’s been “under construction” since March.

Experiencia fantástica: Man idk why people leave a bad rating in my opinion the service that they had provided for me was excellent checked in and then in about 10 minutes they called me to see my physician they where super friendly and answer all my questions I will always come here to see my physician!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is friendly, the health staff listens, and wait times have improved.

Experiencia positiva: I liked everybody but the security guard. Especially Linda she is amazing, she made me feel really comfortable. She has amazing amount of people skills and tact. ☺️
