Sutter Solano Medical Center: Opiniones
Experiencia positiva: I am updating this review because their of further good experiences with Sutter's health care in Solano County. While I was skeptical about their quick diagnosis after a long wait in the emergency room, it panned out, and there was no issue.
Experiencia fantástica: Great doctors
Experiencia fantástica: Friendly service wasn't too busy when I went in. Quick procedure in-and-out.
Experiencia fantástica: Good services and food. Good respectful medical staff
Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I went to the emergency room because I had a fractured finger. I was in the emergency room waiting for about 10 minutes. They gave me an X-Ray and the physician whose name is Wadhar, popped my finger back in place. They gave me a cast and I had to take another X-ray. Overall, the staff were very kind and professional. I stayed there for about 1 hour.
Experiencia positiva: Small but nice hospital helpful and respectful staff
Experiencia fantástica: I came to your medical facility on Wednesday, 1/5/2022 at around 1:30pm. This was my first time at your medical facility. I was assisted by the gentleman at the registration window. I was treated by RNs Brian and Imelda. My doctor was Jeff Lackore, PA. Follow up registration was done by Paul N. I am mentioning all of these wonderful people, due to their professionalism, kindness and efficiency. At a time when people’s temperaments are short and people are quick to express their anger freely, I wanted to applaud the above mentioned people with their patience, pleasantness and professionalism in light of the heavy Covid19 traffic coming into the hospital, which adds a great deal of stress. Thank you so much to all these fine medical professionals. Diana C
Experiencia positiva: Nice
Experiencia positiva: Pregnancy care is pretty poor. We never received a proper introduction from the healthcare professionals. Questions were answered pretty broadly or handed a pamphlet. No reminders or follow-ups for appointments.
Experiencia fantástica: I was seen in the ER recently and then admitted to ICU. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sutter Health Solano. I had the BEST care. I never had to want for anything. They were on it! The staff was very attentive and caring. I was scared out of my mind and they did all they could to help me. The nursing staff who took care of me were so very patient, kind and understanding. They took time to hang out and talk which I so very much appreciated. I wish I could reach out to the Chief of Staff or whoever to let him/her know what excellent staff Sutter Solano has and to recognize the nurses that cared for me.
Experiencia positiva: Dull.
Experiencia fantástica: I am grateful for the birth of my youngest daughter, who blessed me on November 3rd. She will always be my Gongju. <3
Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely Love every staff member I’ve met from an incredible journey from the ER, to the 3rd floor (For Patients who Require Pending and Post Surgery Care). I was treated with compassion and patience regarding a multitude of extensive tests needed to confirm why I was in so much pain, and why it has continued during the first 3 Days. I brought in all of my current medications to make their jobs a bit easier, and for verification reasons. I was assigned a room after spending the first night in a very busy ER. My case was given to a team of specialty Doctors, who have worked at an impressive speed to make sure I didn’t go home without having a Diagnosis and also having my pain resolved. I gave them all of my medical History, what my recent symptoms were, as well as symptoms that I’ve been dealing with without a resolution. One Dr specialized in Internal Medicine, and the Other Dr was a GI Surgeon. Both Dr’s worked tirelessly, from morning to well into the nights just trying to solve this new, and complex medical puzzle that I found myself in. All tests, including CT w/Contrast, an MRI, a Sonogram of the area that was causing the pain, blood/urine tests, and was on a liquid diet to see that helped. The Staff on the Surgical Floor were so incredibly comforting, professional, kind and are very compassionate to their patients. And, I was lucky enough to have a friendly conversation with them throughout my stay. I have ALWAYS had wonderful Care at this hospital, verses other hospitals closer to me; My Husband and I will always come to Sutter in Vallejo. I have Zero complaints except one. COVID-19 is so bad that they have very strict rules until it’s over. Such as NO VISITORS, PERIOD ARE ALLOWED IN WITH YOU. They either need to sit in their cars until Sutter lets them know the patient is ready for pick up at the door, or just go home and wait until called. Also, NO FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE. This Hospital, The Hospital Medical Staff, The Security Officers, the First Class Medical Service they give to everyone that is in need of it, and having Specialists that are easily accessible Makes This Place A True Gem. I’ve never been to any hospital that has Specialists who NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL YOU ARE AS GOOD, OR BETTER THAN WHEN YOU FIRST WALKED THROUGH THOSE FRONT DOORS! I would recommend this Hospital to anyone that has chronic issues that need to be resolved ASAP! And Please Respect their hard working staff, and know that you are in the best hands possible, and that you will be treated with genuine concern and safety at all times. Thank You to Every Staff Person in the ER and of course, the Hero’s who work upstairs! You are All Angels to me! Thank you ALL for a wonderful experience, during a very dark time medically. Sincerely, G. Roberts Your Biggest Fan! Room #320
Experiencia positiva: I would've given 5 stars. Everyone was super helpful and kind minus the "Bald RN" in the intake area for the ER. The Security Guard helped us with the door and provided a wheelchair, that was great. The front desk receptionist was also kind and seemed to genuinely want to help promptly processed my info. The Phlebotomist Nida was very sweet and painlessly drew my blood which I can truly appreciate. The nurses Pat and John were also very kind and made me feel comfortable with my visit. I forget the the name of the first doctor I spoke with but the second one was Dr. David Piccinati and they were both very patient, kind and understanding when diagnosing my problems. But unfortunately I had to deal with the "Bald RN" in the intake area. He instantly diagnosed all my problems to be caused by Cannabis once I mentioned it as one of the medications that I take. It was NOT the problem, I didn't have any when I came in, nor did I use some when I was having problems. It was simply one of the medications I take and I wanted to be thorough with the information I provided. He was Very rude throughout the entire intake interview and stopped asking questions the second he heard Cannabis. He also wanted to argue with me about what medications I am allergic to because he seemed to have issues operating the Epic EMR and "didn't see it on my records" even though I'm telling him at that moment what medications I'm allergic to. His colleague sitting right next to him had to step in and tell him that it's on my record in front of him. He then pretends to add it to my record when it's already there. Even the way he spoke to me was very rude, demeaning and belittling with his tone and attitude towards me. He's a very unprofessional individual and I wasn't surprised to see another review complaining about him. I'm only surprised that he works at the hospital, especially in the ER. He's the worst part of my visit, made me wish I had gone to another hospital. I even searched for the nearest ER past this one even though it's only less than 10 mins away because I don't need that kind of person between me and treatment next time an emergency occurs. I would've probably died if he was the intake guy when I had my heart attack in the past wasting time with his attitude and personality.
Experiencia positiva: They do their job
Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was awesome! Very attentive and professional!
Experiencia fantástica: Very fast service when we came in with severe and debilitating back pain. Staff were very caring and helpful.
Experiencia fantástica: My aunt went into ICU, they take very good care of her and staff is so nice and informativ
Experiencia positiva: Pros: Good nurses and other staff seems just as good. Most staff are friendly. Clean beds and generally everything in the ER room is clean. Social workers and case managers available to assist financial and emotional needs. Cons: Wait times vary. ER lobby can be dirty with food crumbs scattered sometimes. Wait time for nurses to assist can vary. Chairs in ER rooms are hard and uncomfortable. Review: So I had to go to this ER a few times last month and each time my experience has been mixed, but good overall. A word of advice, when checking in just walk to the counter if there isn't another patient already there because often people will just stand away from the counter and the staff will not think you are there for ER services. Sometimes there is no staff there especially early AM. They should have a bell you can ring but they come if you bang the table or yell. The wait time really depends on the time and day you come in. Generally between midnight and 6am are probably the slowest, but there is no telling when and how many ambulances will roll right in at any time. Ambulance patients have the highest priority. However they will bump up your priority if you are in labor, having chest pains, or stab/gun wounds, etc. The first time I went to this ER on a Tuesday afternoon, I had to wait probably 3 hours in the lobby before getting a bed. Second visit was on a Monday afternoon and I had to wait 6 hours because they had too many ambulances roll up at one time! Third visit was 6am on a Wednesday and I had a bed within 30 minutes! The nurses were all very good and the doctors were all good and are friendly. Sometimes I had to wait 30 min to get IV fluids or meds. Most ER bed rooms only have 1 or 2 hard chairs for guest to sit on and can be uncomfortable especially sitting for a long time. Overall all ER's are kind of the same. Expect to wait least 3 hours before getting a bed. Also, expect to wait again once you get in to get services like x-rays, scans, water, ect. This place is not the worst. I once had to visit an ER up in Citrus Heights and I waited 7-8 hours before being seen!
Experiencia fantástica: O yo considero q todo aquí es muy profesional muy humanitario todas las personas a qui son muy amables es de lo mejor venga aqui
Experiencia fantástica: Muy buena atención
Experiencia fantástica: Last month we had to take our 21 year old autistic son into the emergency room. We waited about 5 minutes, were attended to immediately and processed on to a room very efficiently. The staff was very accommodating to our special needs son. They were extremely patient and paid very close attention to his needs. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and confident with your services.
Experiencia fantástica: They are kind an sweet
Experiencia fantástica: Maternity guard is good. Very private rooms. They accommodate most needs. Delivery room nurses are really helpful.
Experiencia positiva: Labor and delivery here was awesome everyone was nice and respectful...ER also nice and respectful BUT....! I went in today to be seen and ask for a doctor's note which they forgot to give me...called up there immediately after leaving and they treated me like a liar and a thief.....and tried to convince me that they gave it to me which they didn't
Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting a sick person and got lost in the large hospital and a security guard Officer T. Jones was very helpful and actually took me to the right building and friendly and very efficient and customer service was excellent. You have a excellent employee who made feel she cares about people & goes the extra mile Thank you Jo Ann Hull Concord
Experiencia positiva: Great, my son was brought in by ambulance and the staff was right on it. The doctor and nurses provided excellent service.
Experiencia positiva: It's a hospital
Experiencia fantástica: "Dj" in the emergency department is awesome. The staff made me feel very comfortable for my stay.
Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend had to be hospitalized here for like 3 months in 2012 if it wasnt for the awesome doctors & nurses my gf most likely would have died. They are exceptionally talented and passionate about there work. I highly recommend Sutter hospital as a place to be a patient if necessary.
