Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Dr. Brandon and Dr. Eric after a car accident I was in. From the moment I called and talked to Alvera to my last visit I had nothing but great care. I liked that everyone worked together, a small little family, everyone was aware of the care I needed and were able to help me. The amount of professionalism that NW Injury has is a rare trait with businesses today. It was nice to walk in and see a beautiful well-kept office, friendly faces and very welcoming. There were times I had to bring my young daughter with me and they were able to accommodate us both, my daughter loved coming with me because she was able to watch movies and hang out in the waiting room. I truly feel that NW Injury and their entire staff believe in quality over quantity. My well-being was highly cared for. Brittany and Katy are amazing and made sure when I got massaged I was comfortable, relaxed and told ways to help when I was at home. Natasha helped with my therapy and Lordex for decompression, I never thought a machine that pulls your body apart would actually feel good and make you feel better, she walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable and at a pace that worked for me. I am most grateful that they were able to take my pain away and allow me to try and live my normal daily routine. Not only will I continue to come back for health and wellness but I have recommended them to family and friends.

In fact, I enjoy my visits so much that I actually look forward to my appointments each week! The staff are incredible and they truly do make you feel right at home. Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is amazing. I was a patient for about 10 months after a car accident. I began treatment immediately and can not imagine being in better hands. As soon as new symptoms began my treatment was adjusted to include those. When needed I was sent to specialists for extra treatment and surgery. Dr Brandon and Dr Eric are amazing. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and they brought in a cervical traction machine. I hated it, but it did its job and I was able to avoid seeing a spine specialist and possible surgery. I can not imagine getting better care elsewhere. Only bad part of getting well and not having to go - is I miss the staff. I felt like one of the family there. Love you guys!!! You are the best!!! I continued going in for adjustments and massage throughout my pregnancy and even after to keep my back in-line and happy. Experiencia fantástica: I was in a car accident last fall and needed chiropractic and rehabilitative treatment for a few months afterward. The staff at NW were remarkably helpful in their preparing a treatment plan over the course of several weeks. Additionally, they helped make the process of working with insurance much less intimidating. All components of the treatment process were effective, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The only Con that comes to mind is that although I signed up for text message reminders of my appointments, the reminders did not consistently come through. This wasn't an important factor for me since I tracked my appointments in a calendar anyhow. Overall, a very positive experience here.

From the minute I stepped in, I was treated so well by the professional and friendly staff. The ladies in the reception area were so friendly and the doctors were both very knowledgable and thorough. This was my first time being in a car accident and having to require chiropractic care. The doctors and staff at NW Injury and Rehab did such a great job walking me through the process: from initial consultation appointment and diagnosis, to explaining my injuries and treatment recommendations, to completing the necessary procedures. The facility is very new, modern, and pleasant to be in as well. They have a whole separate area with different equipment for physical therapy as well as a heat roller bed in each treatment room. The massage therapists were both very good as well. Each time that I came in for adjustments and massage, I left feeling so much better. They really helped me get back into great health after experiencing back pain and discomfort and persistent headaches after my accident.

I am someone who had a bunch of skepticism about chiropractic care, however I knew that it was worth trying after my accident. Foremost, the staff from the moment of stepping into the office was cheerful, welcoming and supportive even during the COVID pandemic! I found Dr Brandon, my primary, to be very knowledgeable, honest and caring for my personal situation. Both Dr Brandon and Dr Eric provided effective adjustments that quickly sped up my recovery. Experiencia fantástica: I have always been skeptical of chiropractors but heard good things about the mechanical traction offered by places like this. I went in, and met with Dr Eric, and he was very honest with me and told me that I will likely need surgery and that their traction wouldn't help a case like mine. I greatly appreciate the honesty, they could have easily charged me and had me try their procedures anyway. So this place gets my highest recommendation for their professionalism and honesty! They won't sell you something that they don't genuinely believe will help you.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in serious pain from a pinched nerve and bunched up muscles in my lower back due to some heavy lifting at work and was stuck in a hunched over position unable to stand or sit straight. Dr Eric Strelow was my chiropractor and he had a carefully calculated and gentle approach to how to cause those muscles to release and for the nerves to be free. I felt he was very considerate and he asked questions to really understand what I was going through and cared for me as a patient. After adjusting me he also foresaw the need for a lower back support brace to help the back recover while the strength in my back returned. The following adjustments and massages we're very timely and we finished off the treatment after several weeks and I was back to 100% :) Loved the overall atmosphere of the place! Beautiful office and clean massage/adjustment rooms and bathrooms, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and straightforward in their work and I didn't spend much time waiting. I would call Dr Eric a friend in this business because of how he cared for me and others that I know and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone.

This place is great I recommend everyone who needs to go to chiropractor or just to get massages to go here. The environment is so relaxing, and calm, you start to feel good the moment you enter. Experiencia fantástica: When I first walked in to the office I couldn't drive, I needed a cane to get in and out of the car, and I was as uncomfortable as I could be. I had injured my back coughing almost two weeks prior, and as a 32 year old and the worst back injury I had had yet, I was feeling pretty tense and frustrated. I was a little hesitant at first after a few disappointing experiences with other chiros, but after the first visit with Dr. Eric and a massage from a great masseuse, I walked out feeling really close to all better. I have since had two adjustments and the massage and I am on the road to getting over this. I was pleased that X-rays were taken before the adjustment, and everyone was very understanding and gentle. Even the receptionist helped me fill out the paperwork so I didn't have to try to bend over to the table. They are good!

Started with a free consultation with Dr. Eric and have been returning for adjustments and active release techniques by Jonathan. They both have have done a great job with my lower back and lower neck pain. Experiencia fantástica: I came to the NW Injury & Rehab Center to address problems from a hip that I broke 3 years ago. While I had physical therapy elsewhere since the accident, the situation was getting worse. I could not touch the floor and I stooped over when I walked. I had pain in both hamstrings. After receiving a very inexpensive interview, I became hopeful that a combination of back adjustments, ART and therapeutic massage would help repair the damaged tissue from the surgery.The Rehab Center approach was much different than the previous therapy. I am now one month into the therapy and am much improved: I can walk normally, touch the floor and my hamstrings are much calmer. While I have a ways to go, I am improving. I look forward to my visits as I am getter better instead of worse. The office is clean and orderly and all of the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend the NW Injury and Rehab Center.

I started with the first chiropractor I found on Google and I didn't feel any changes of getting better after 9 visits including massages. Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful that I found NW INJURY & Rehab in Vancouver, WA. I injured my right shoulder (partial rotator cuff tear) in a fall last September 2016 and have been in horrible pain. I could not sleep and every day was a lesson in endurance. Nothing seemed to help up until I started PT. I needed massage too but it was not offered at the clinic I was going to. I could not find a place that offered massage therapy and other modalities until I found NW Injury. I love going there to get the care that compliments the PT I get elsewhere. So far I have experienced massage & spinal decompression. They have been a real blessing to me. They care about their patients and have an awesome membership plan that makes getting care affordable. Their front desk staff (Vicki) are knowledgeable and friendly. The massage therapists (Olga & Brittany) and other care assistants (Sarah) are great too.
