Experiencia fantástica: Being a coach for my brothers hip replacement surgery I was very impressed by the preparedness before and after surgery, the friendliness of the staff and the amazing patience of all the nurses and Dr. Southerland.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Hip surgery with Dr Southerland yesterday, and it was successful. Naturally Dr Southerland is a skilled and knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon. He also has alot of empathy toward his patients, explains the surgery in terms everyone can understand, and shows alot of interest in your life. I wud recommend you talk to Dr Southerland if you need a hip replacement he is the best. I must also mention that Nurse Geena who looked after me before and after the surgery is exceptional. She treated me with such care and respect, nothing was a bother to her. She is skilled and smart and pays close attention to the details as she helps you. You'll be a lucky person if you are fortunate enough to have Nurse Geena look after you with your surgery, thank you Geena

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Wei is an outstanding surgeon. I highly recommend anyone with shoulder pain to see him. He is excellent in the operating room and has very good bed side manners. He takes the time to listen to you and talk you through every detail.

I've tried various forms of treatment to address my sciatic pain and damage to lower back. Eventually I did turn to surgery and Dr. Ragel was awesome! He was very informative the whole way through the process. Thanks to his skilled hands I am pain free and have regained full mobility. I worked with other doctors at Rebound and also went through their physical therapy department. I thought everyone was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The radiation tech who called me was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable knowing I am claustrophobic. I appreciated his kindness on a Friday night.

Experiencia fantástica: Reception/check in was efficient & fairly quick (I had completed med. history on line). Wait was minimal (less than 5min). Nurses, technicians, friendly, informative. Xray tech had to redo 1 xray because it was "grainy". She sought advice from a colleague and corrected the problem in a few minutes. Doctor Sparling was professional, informative, and open to my questions. He shared my xray, explained my condition, and spelled out my options. I felt comfortable signing up for surgery with him even though I had just met him. The notebook that I was given is very impressive in the way it lays out what I should expect and provided many answers to more questions that I started to come up with once it sunk in that I would have to have surgery. The entire experience was impressive, "they have their act together" in a very professional, yet non-threatening, way.

He did a complete exam and ordered X-rays, which were done in clinic and reviewed by the doctor within minutes. He offered me different treatment options and explained everything very well. His combination of professionalism, personal attention and warmth from start to finish with my surgery was excellent and I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Experiencia fantástica: My appointment yesterday at Rebound with Dr. McCarron was excellent. He was behind, I was informed, the first thing he did when he came in was thank me for waiting to see him. I am sure the reason he was running late was because he spends as much time as needed with each patient. He did not rush my appointment, had x-rays taken before seeing me, had read my file, showed me each x-ray, did a complete exam, and then discussed what could be done. Every staff person/assistant was professional and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Filling in the check in process (intake) online prior to my arrival made the check in process a lot better and more efficient. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind. The girl that took me back to the exam room was very kind. The doctor that examined me was excellent and fortunately for me gave me good news. I wasn’t expecting very good news but he made the whole process very very nice and I walked out of there a very happy person. Great people!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a Rare Spinal Cord Disease since 1996, and it is usually me teaching the Doctor about this. Not so with Rebound’s Dr Nemecek. He knows so much abound Spinal cords and their problems. He explained in English what direction he feels would be least invasive to my life! It was refreshing, and I feel I can trust him to give me reliable and current information!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had spinal surgery . I want to compliment everyone involved. Dr. Mcgehee for taking time to explain everything about my symptoms and what is recommended by him and other doctors he communicated with. He spoke with Dr. Ragel that agreed to do the surgery. He is a great guy. The surgery did make things better for me. I recommend both of these doctors highly.

Same doctor (Dr. Southerland), same staff, an even better outcome, if you can believe it. 3 days post op I was walking with minimal need of the proverbial walker. 6 days post op, using a cane only for balance. By day 7-8, no need for ANY assists. Wound healing nicely, pain manageable, organization of binder was extremely helpful to governing expectations. Recommend Dr. Southerland without reservation.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to have a cervical disc replacement. I met with Dr. Modha and he was very concise with me. I had the surgery on Nov. 18, 2021 and I am doing great! The biggest issue I had was throat swelling. My incision is healing very well. I am super impressed and will be returning to perhaps address my lower back. The only current negative I have is in trying to reach them. Hold times on the phone are often long. I feel confident this is merely in line with what everyone else is experiencing regarding staffing issues. I am very impressed also by the level of public safety they impart into their practice. I feel at ease and secure that I won't leave the office with any "pandemic guest." I am truly pleased with EVERYTHING Rebound did for me! I usually don't write reviews; but I did this one, as I understand the fear around spine surgery. I have been so grateful and pleased, I had to share.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shanno is a amazing Dr. He tells you the truth about what is going on in your body. If your going to hurt after surgery it's honest and truthful. He told me that after my next surgery it will hurt like a Mack truck hit me. I so appreciate the honesty. Besides that he is an excellent surgeon.

Experiencia fantástica: They got me in within 3 days after I called them. Everyone is friendly. The PA was professional. Dr. Southerland very friendly and upbeat. He realized I was shell shocked about needing a new hip. He said we could try a steroid injection first and then talk again in 6 weeks. I will need a new hip he said, there is no doubts about that. He is giving me time to come to terms with that. I appreciate that. I will definitely stay with Dr. Southerland thru this.

Experiencia fantástica: My son Franklin had injured his right calf muscle and a couple days after he injured his left ankle playing football. The Doctor and staff at Rebound took amazing care of my son, they listened to him as a patient and me as a parent and together we formed a care plan for my little guy that had him back on his feet and out in the field sooner than we thought possible. Experiencia fantástica: When I was notified of the date of my MRI. If I remember correctly I was told it was 9:20 AM. 45 min before the appointment I took my tablet because I don't like tight confining places. When I got to the check receptionist counter, they informed me that my appointment was at 9:30 PM. I explained to her I had already taken my tablet. She went and got the person in charge out to me. She told me they have a lot of no shows and for me to just wait in the waiting room. About 10 minutes later she showed up again told me to follow her. Got prepared and went directly to the MRI. 20 or so minutes I was done. Job well done.

I saw Sophie Ellis for my hand pain and she was excellent, would highly recommend her and the specialist (Kelly?)who made my splint on the spot! I did not wait long to sign in or to be seen there, another great experience with Rebound. I had back surgery with Dr. Shanno in 2013 and credit him with my full mobility today.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kafrouni gave me Botox injections in my shoulder and neck to help ease pain and correct torticollis. Dr. Kafrouni was very personable and explained everything that was happening, very educational. The procedure was not as painful as I thought it would be and I had no pain afterwards. I immediately felt relief and a day later I am markedly better!! In my consultation with Dr Kafrouni weeks earlier I was impressed with the fact that Dr Kafrouni had spent many hours looking over my case before even meeting with me. Dr Kafrouni always take the time to both listen and explain. I would Highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

My surgery when very smoothly and with out any complications. My physical therapy has been challenging but not painful at all. Every step of my recuperation has been positive and liberating. Shelby at the front desk was pleasant and I noticed how she worked the whole time behind the desk. Sometimes employees (at other businesses) will pull out their cell phones, but she didn't. I am extremely pleased about my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: They were able to get me in same day. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I did the pre-checkin on my phone prior to going. My appointment was at 1. I got there 10 minutes early. I was back into a room by 1:05. Saw a PAC and went over what happened. Looked at the x-rays, new splint, next appointment, and out the door by 1:26. I was very impressed!

Experiencia fantástica: I received shots in my shoulders to ease arthritis and torn ligaments. Dr Kafrouni performed these injections today. His injections go right to the root of the problems, and I seem to feel some level of pain alleviation right away. From my historical perspective, the shoulders will be relieved of more pain over the next couple of days, which will last about 3+ months. As surgeries are not my option, I’ve been seeing Dr Kafrouni for several years for this, and he is the best! I always get relief. I would have no other Dr do this.

Experiencia fantástica: Very quick service, despite COVID restrictions. The entire place is clean, down to the shiny floors. The whole team is attentive. I was in & out, including x-rays, cast removal and replacement, in about half an hour. The doctor took the time to explain everything in the x-ray, and the whole casting procedure was explained as he went along. Everything was even pain-free! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Rebound is wonderful so they get the 5 stars. But I went in for a MRI for my really bad back and I am in worst pain now then before I went in for my MRI. The table that you lay on is hard as a rock. They really need to make it better for people like me and others who have a hard time laying for 45 minutes or longer. I am in so much pain today from the MRI table now . All imaging places need to make their tables look and feel more comfortable for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to Rebound several times over the years. It has always been a positive experience. The office is very efficient, especially for the number of people going through. Dr. Woll is great to work with, most importantly, I trust his judgment and expertise.

Experiencia positiva: Just had my second acl surgery with them. I felt safe and comfortable, they weren't weird about pain meds, no complications to speak of, surgery-wise. Surgery and pt went just fine, surgeons did well, but there were several issues with scheduling. Appointments were cancelled, which is fine. Stuff happens, but half of the time they never called or emailed to let me know. That part annoyed me. I ended up wasting a couple hours of my life taking unnecessary drives. No other complaints though.

But the wonderful thing is that there is a great team who are devoted in getting you well and back to normality again. That was my experience with Rebound. The way the doctors and nurses responded from the beginning was absolutely relieving, also having a friendly staff to assist. They walked me through each step of the procedures and making me aware of all the risks and my rights. I have to admit I was scared but I put all my faith and well-being in their hands. I am absolutely grateful for this team on this surgery that I'm feeling 92% better from the 67% from the discomfort and pain. Great job guys I'm forever thankful.

He is very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. He explained options and procedures in details I am looking forward to having knee surgery with him soon.
