Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend. My children and I have been going to Dr Riley for years. She’s always listens to my concerns and treats my children and I accurately. Phone appointments may take a little longer due to patients in office being seen first and they communicate that with you. My children love dr Riley. Brook and Jimmie the staff alway go above and beyond to make our visit go smoothly and are great on communication and any concerns. This is the ONLY urgent care my children and I will go to out here.

Experiencia fantástica: Been here a few times for different reasons and everytime I've received great customer service. The staff have always been friendly to me. I went last night at about 7:56 with a very last minute urgent matter for my daughter and although I know they were probably exhausted and ready to go home they still took my daughter in and helped us out. The nurse even helped look for a pharmacy that was still open past 8 so that we could get our medication right away. We were in and out of there in about 20 min. The only downside was my daughter needed to get the medication right away and when I went to the pharmacy, they explained to me the doctor messed up the prescription and weren't able to give it to me until that was fixed. At this time the urgent care had already closed so now I have to wait until they reopen. I understand the doctor was probably tired. They are human too! Honest mistake, so I will still be returning to this urgent care for future needs but hopefully not anytime soon!

Experiencia positiva: Once I saw the doctor it was fast, I chose to go on a Sunday because I thought it would be less busy and they told me when I got there it is usually not very busy on Sundays however for some reason it was busy today. I waited 3 hours which I expected at least some wait. Aside from the wait time the doctor there is very helpful and knows his stuff :)

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very kind and understanding. Being that I have tattoos, I often get judged going to urgent cares. The receptionist, and nurse were both very kind and friendly (not used to that). I went in for my back pain that's been triggered before and while there, the nurse noticed I had high blood pressure. The Dr. Was in formed, and not only took care of what relief I needed to heal my back, but also pretty much saved my life. I heard before once that my blood pressure was high but didn't think much of it as staff from other hospital and care rode it off as anxiety. The Dr. Right then and there gave me a blood pressure pill to bring the levels down and waited 10 minutes even after closing to make sure I didn't have a stroke. I love this facility. I'm grateful to them catering beyond what I initial came in form amazing staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment for a covid test. I waited about 10 minutes. Everyone was really nice. Results were done in about 5 minutes. Printed my proof and I was done. Took about 20 minutes at the most.
