Covid Clinic

Experiencia positiva: The staff was great and the experience of getting tested and getting results was great so I hate to give a negative review, but the company on the back end is clearly struggling to keep up with this surge. I had a rapid test done which my insurance will reimburse me for...if I provide an invoice. The confirmation email I received stated the invoice was attached, but it was not. I emailed COVID Clinic asking for it 2 weeks ago but still have not received it. I received one email stating my request was being escalated and another a week later asking me to reply if I still needed assistance (which I did). Their portal has been down for several days so maybe technical issues are to blame for the delay. I'm sure they're doing the best they can but be aware that if you need an invoice, it could be a while. Add this delay to the amount of time it'll take my insurance to reimburse me once I get an invoice and I'm going to be waiting a very long time to get my money. At least I was able to get tested quickly though!
