Experiencia fantástica: I used to hate going to the doctors with my old insurance that I would avoid it as much as I can. After changing insurances, I started going here to St. Mary HD Medical Group. All the providers who've helped me are so kind and patient with me. In my personal experience, I've been able to get appointments much easier. I'm actually comfortable going to them as soon as I have any concerns whatsoever, I don't feel a need to avoid the doctors anymore because I feel welcome here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best medical group in the high desert. I'm 58 years old so I've been to most of them. Doctor Paul Lee is the best doctor I've ever had. He explains everything until I understand it. He noticed that I have a history of bronchitis, laryngitis, pneumonia, and asthma. He put me on a nebulizer and an incentive spirometer. It's like I never had asthma and I haven't had the other 3 issues either. I breathe so much better, it's incredible. He probably gave me 20 more years to live. Brianna is also amazing. She takes care of my appointments and makes sure I have all the paper work I need. It's hard to draw blood from me because it has to be taken out of my hand. The lab technicians have no problems getting it and it's not painful at all. I never want to have my blood drawn any where else. Everyone at the customer service desk is always nice and works hard to find answers to any questions I have. If they can't find the answers, which is rare, I get a quick return phone call. The referral process is quick. I've never waited more than 2 to 3 days. I am really happy that this is my medical group and I do not have a plan to change. Experiencia positiva: Made a "hold my spot" appointment got there and waited 1hr after to actually get into a treatment room. Facility looks nice on the outside and the inside is dated but clean. Nice sterile hospital smell present in the treatment rooms. They also play childrens movies for the kiddos, it was Moana for us. The staff is very child friendly. Not a bad facility the wait times are a bit long for the "hold my spot" for my taste. Overall not a super bad experience but not incredibly great either.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Phillip S Brown is so sweet with our 2 year old son. Hubby and I really like him, which is a first.! My husband is very choosy about who he lets treat our son, I love it. He's a perfect daddy and if he says he likes Dr Brown, then Dr Brown is a great doctor.!
