Experiencia fantástica: I placed my Grandmother here and the care was excellent, the food was tasty and the therapy was outstanding. The therapy gym is a large separate gym that gets the job done and gets a lot of patients stronger and back home.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there from 8/31/23-12/13/23 because of back surgery 8/4/23. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs their help. They have an event coordinator who makes sure they have activities every day, to include a light fitness program, bingo, other things and a gym with outstanding therapists. All the staff treated me with respect, knowledge, professionalism and great personalities. This includes the workers in the kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance. It takes a very special person to work in that kind of environment. If anyone has complaints about the way their loved one is being treated or taken care of, maybe they should take them home and care for them on their own. It won't take long for them to see what it takes to care for those who can't care for themselves. I went in there, not happy with my situation, quickly discovered I was going to enjoy the time I had there. In the future if I need another surgery, I hope I will be able to do my rehab at this facility, Delta Nursing and Rehabilitation. Thank you to all the staff who helped with my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: My father-in-law is a current resident at the facility and the staff do a fantastic job in communicating to the family and assisting him into the car when when my mother-in-law wants to take him out. He has been very difficult at times but the facility has done a great job in handling his frustrations and concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Been here 10 days and almost ready to leave. Nurses and cna, have been courteous and very supportive. Therapy has been good. I've been surprised by how good their food is ( other than skimpy breakfast). Don't want to be here, but if ever I need therapy I'd choose this facility again!

Experiencia positiva: Food is fantastic! Very clean and smells good. Most of the staff are very friendly. They need to be more clear of the rules when patients check in. Therapists are pleasant and helpful
