Experiencia fantástica: Long story.....Well Done Physical Therapy was not the first option I selected after breaking my knee in two pieces and having surgery to wire it back together. I wasn't familiar with the PT choices in Waco, so I opted to use the location that was part of my surgeon's practice. I figured that was my best option - stay where I thought I would be treated with the best of care to get me literally back on my feet again. It started out fine, but little did I know that I would soon need to find a better option. One that would put ME and my recovery first, and not one that was just about how much of an insurance reimbursement they could score from my injury. With a referral from an amazing therapist that at one time worked for "said physician's PT practice", I made the phone call to Well Done. She had my best interest at heart (probably why she no longer works there - she cares too much about her patients' recovery.) So I made the call... the call that I feel changed my life. Well Done scheduled me right away. I was extremely grateful for their prompt response. If I had not decided to take control of my own recovery when I did and stayed with the first location, I would have been facing a second surgery - a manual manipulation with a "HIGH CHANCE" of the surgeon re-breaking my knee (those were the exact words from the surgeon). ABSOLUTELY everyone at Well Done is top notch. They care about everyone that enters their facility. You can just feel the difference when you enter the door. They all welcome you with a smile and lots of positivity. They WANT you to succeed and recovery fully. Well Done therapists do hands on deep tissue massage, dry needling and cupping which all promote blood flow, circulation and overall HEELING! Those manual manipulations were never even in my plan of care with the first PT location. THOSE small practices are what greatly increased my range of motion and flexibility. Without them, I would have been facing a second, very unwanted and preventable surgery. Those simple practices were key in helping me along... so WHY wouldn't the first place do them? I bet they don't bring in much money with their reimbursements... so why would they do them for their patients??? There's no money to be made. But WELL DONE PHYSICAL THERAPY does all of them. That right there tells me all I need to know. They have their patients' best interests at heart. Everyone in that office is extremely experienced and is continually researching ways to help their clients heel. It was very disheartening to realize that not ALL practices operate in this same matter. After all, isn't that what the doctor's are supposed to do for their patients? Don't they take an oath to put forth their best effort to make sure they provide the best possible care and outcome for those that they treat? I promise you, if you ever need physical therapy, there is absolutely NO OTHER place to go to but Well Done Physical Therapy. I cried on my last visit because I did not want to stop going. My therapist,Jenn was AMAZING! Even though therapy is painful and takes everything out of you, I wanted to continue my sessions because of the care I was given and my unbelievable recovery outcome. THANK YOU, Well Done. You have given me my life back!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a total right hip replacement in March of 22. I received post op physical therapy for strengthening but I wasn’t getting better. My limp and pain were constant even a year post op. A friend mentioned manual physical therapy and as a result I found Well Done and an extraordinary team of therapists. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way, twice a week for a few months to work with this team and every single therapist I worked with was integral and beneficial to my recovery. I clearly see God’s hand at work with John and his staff. I will forever be a voice for Well Done Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been dealing with lower back issues for close to 20 years. Occasionally, the pain could be bad enough to make me bedridden for a whole day or more. I had tried several different back exercise programs, and they helped somewhat but the back issue kept coming back whenever I did anything remotely stressful to the back. I consulted my GP about various options, including surgery, but he suggested more PT and referred me to Well Done. After some diagnosis, they correctly identified the problem and sent me home with an exercise sheet and some general tips. After several appointments, I am happy to say that my back is much better! I am utterly amazed that all it took were a correct diagnosis and some simple exercises. I should also mention that the staff at Well Done are so friendly. They are very flexible and unlike other places, they do not keep pushing for more appointments. I highly recommend Well Done!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Physical Therapy for the past 4 weeks, 2 times a week, trying to get some relief for chronic lower back pain. I have arthritis and some narrowing of the L4-L5 and S1 discs. Around Christmas while cleaning house, I must have done something wrong and nearly lost my ability to even walk and the pain was excruciating. I got in to the Doctors office a couple of days later. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 and a muscle relaxer. Couldn’t take the Codeine, so called Doc back and they set me up with Well Done Physical Therapy. OTC Tylenol until then to help with the pain. Honestly. I didn’t think PT would work at all, but I have become a TOTAL BELIEVER now. My pain level has gone from a constant 7 down to 0. That’s right 0. Even with this cold weather that aggravates arthritis I am NOT in pain. And NO MEDS of any kind. 1 more day to go; longer if needed. And at home exercises to keep it going. Experiencia fantástica: TKR Angels-Well Done PT is working with me on my total knee replacement. I have experienced other PT facilities in my past and there is no comparison. Instead of marching me through the usual TKR regimen they actually evaluated my personal condition and met me where I was at. TKR recovery can be tricky. In my case, I am experiencing severe muscle spasms. John and his team assessed my personal challenges and are successfully improving my range of motion while keeping my discomfort and anxiety at a minimum. Primarily I work with Sarah and she is a godsend. If you want or need kind individualized care these are the folks you need to see. The office staff is friendly, they are efficient with their appointments and reminders and experts with insurance approvals. I highly recommend and will go there for all of my future PT needs.

I’ve had several different areas of need, over the years since their opening and every time I’m met with nothing but appreciation for the skills and knowledge of the entire staff. Most specifically, my services during a difficult pregnancy and postpartum made me able to tolerate life as I would have otherwise been immobile and in severe pain. I can’t thank the staff enough for their dedication to helping people live their best life. 10 stars!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Well Done is a lifesaver! You will have a different kind of PT experience than you might expect. The team is very knowledgeable, unpretentious, friendly, and upbeat. The environment is easy-going and positive so you will not feel pressured or intimidated. All that said, it's the RESULTS that matter most and mine have been astounding! Thanks to Jenn and Justin, I have been able to start a new job, keep doing what I love, and live a healthier life. In August of 2021, I developed a bad pain in my neck/shoulder blade after a visit to a local chiropractor. I tried to cope with the pain, numbness and tingling with a lot of medication, massage, and ice. My insurance had led me down the wrong path and it was only thanks to a friend's referral that I discovered Well Done PT. I have benefited tremendously from my appointments with Jenn. Her dry needling ability and expert advice have been beyond helpful to all of my symptoms and her kind personality makes me forget that I am on the receiving end of multiple needles in the back. It's nothing to fear! As long as you do your part and stick with their program, I guarantee you will see improvement and recovery.

The whole staff was helpful and made sure I did activities that got me through it and made my recovery successful!

He is able to eliminate neck issues on the spot and then instruct on how to make the neck more resilient. Same with low back issues. They believe getting people well and helping them create habits to keep themselves well. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for shoulder pain in both shoulders. I was afraid I might need rotator cuff surgery. Dr. John was very thorough and knowledgeable. After just 2 sessions I am now mostly pain free. It was all posture/muscle related. I liked that he explained everything to me in depth. I will continue to go a few more times so that I can address other issues. Very impressed overall.

Experiencia fantástica: I was involved in a car accident about 1 1/2 years ago, and since I have developed severe neck, back, shoulder and arm pain, numbness and tingling. I am "only" and pretty active so I did not want to be limited as this injury was starting to do. So, after getting a cortisone shot I was in search on my neck I was recommended by a trainer at Orangetheory fitness to call Dr. John as she knew others that thought he was great. Well, long story short.... He is amazing! Within a month I got my full range of motion back and 90% of the "buzzing" gone. Later I learned that he has a special certification that only 1 out of 200 PT's have... and the techniques he learned in this certification is what he used to help me with my neck. His office manager Candy is great and they make the scheduling easy. I highly recommend Dr. John and Well Done Physical Therapy.

Nothing at the time seemed to be working and I was down and desperate for both answers and a solution. John is the kind of guy you want in your corner. Experiencia fantástica: I meet John through one of my clients that I care for and brought in for Pt, so my experience is with my clients progression and I have to say that I’m truly impressed in her physical strength and progress. John is very calm and meticulous when he deals with her and spend the time to help her understand what she needs to do when she’s at home and about, giving plenty of instruction for her and myself as a caregiver to help with assisting her on her road to recovery. Overall you really can’t go anywhere in Waco and receive the same attention as I’ve seen with John and I’ve been to a few around the Waco area and an truly impressed with John’s practice..
