Experiencia fantástica: Facility is always striving for better care, better quality of life while making it the home away from home for the residents. Stable staff and excellent food service. Another good thing about this facility is that therapy works early with residents to prevent decline in functioning . Rehab is outstanding. It is a miracle to see residents go home after doing therapy post acute hospitalization. Definitely bring your love one here!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take the time to get my views of Waco Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. I have been here for 3 months and it's definitely a place I would refer to anyone else that needs help in the rehabilitation and their healthcare. The activity center is the heart of our activities and each time per day we have something going on it makes it less dull and it makes our stay more exciting. The food is terrific and if you don't mind what they're serving or don't like it you can order something different on a substitute menu. Therapy is outstanding work well with you slowly and efficiently to betterment of your own self.. all in all I request that if you need a family member or friend who is still in the hospital or just need some health care stop by and consult with the staff and I guarantee you would be surprised how well you'll feel knowing a loved one or anyone else you feel needs the loving care and patience to assist them . For this reason I recommend Waco health Care and rehabilitation center

Experiencia fantástica: I've been there before and I greatly appreciated the Staff, Nurses, Aides, CNA's, Med-Aides, and residents alike. I'm going back to stay as a Resident for long term care.

Experiencia positiva: I will always be grateful for them saving my sister's leg. However there is not enough aides on to care for the residents. They did there best. The Social Worker does not do her job correctly my sister was discharged with NO Paperwork and her PCP had to give order for nursing care, which the PCP hadn't seen her in 8 months because I called and the Social Worker said she would send the orders and sent the wrong orders. On a good note the aides that are there are GREATas well as the Nurses and Therapy Dept.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is a resident there. I took her on an outing. The facility is clean & well kept. Nursing staff is friendly and treat the residents well.
