Experiencia fantástica: As a wife and mother of two and a full time job my day to day routine is always busy and hectic, after experiencing extreme lower back pain for several days I then scheduled an appointment with Airrosti to see if I could find any sense of relief. The professionalism and expertise level is immaculate. I was even given a customized plan to help me continue at home rehab for my lower back to help keep me on track to my road to recovery.

I’ve gone here for several injuries and have had complete improvement rather than when I’ve gone to a chiropractor who just wants to adjust me. The physical therapy after treatment is also incredibly beneficial.

Experiencia fantástica: My somewhat chronic issues were not fixed, but the entire experience was top notch. I was paying out of pocket, and our plan was 3 visits. When I showed up for visit #3 and was not improving, they refunded my fee and agreed that I needed an MRI. I would highly recommend this office and Doctor, and I would definitely try again for a different issue if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: A month ago I blew out my lower back. Woke up having to crawl on the floor to stay mobile. Luckily I was able to get an appointment to see these folks the following business day. I was still crawling out of bed that morning for the appointment. I was able to walk in for the appointment but not without excruciating pain. Doc Peregrine was able to work and relax the muscles causing high levels of pain. Just from the 1st appointment, i had almost no pain and walking near normal again. Maddie, my rehab therapist is an excellent coach, talking and showing me correct exercises to strengthen the affected muscles. Both of them are very caring and are driven to help others. Hopefully, I won't injure myself again but if I do, they are my first call. Thanks for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! They really know how to address muscular/skeletal pain. I've had chronic upper back and neck pain for years due to poor posture and holding tension. I'm feeling so much better after treatment at Airrosti and have hope now for continued improvement. My posture has also visibly improved!! I love that they set you up with exercises/stretches that address the root of the problem so at some point you can manage it on your own!

Basically, I go in, describe what pain I’m going through, and they work with me doing massages, stretches, and teaching me some light stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help fix the problem and then prevent it from happening again. They are great at what they do, very professional, but still personable as well. I’m glad we have them in town!

Dr. Peregrine was attentive to my concerns, and with the deep tissue massage and physical therapy exercises I saw improvement with my leg pain. Experiencia fantástica: I was having chronic leg pain, to the point I could barely walk or stand for any length of time. Surgery was not an option, had tried other therapists. My leg muscles were the problem. In a few short visits, receiving intentional deep tissue massage on specific leg muscles and then receiving specific training that are easy to do, focused activities to use at home, I am feeling so much better. I have my life back, can walk and stand so much better and the pain is gone! Dr Peregrine and Maddie really listen to you and really want you to feel better. No medications! They take many different insurances, my visits cost only $15 per visit due to partnership with our company insurance. Definitely recommend this group, it has made such an impact in my life!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Covert is a LIFESAVER! I started training for a marathon and about a month in the pain began. I initially went in for my foot but ultimately the pain traveled up my leg into my knee, IT band and even low back. Dr. Covert was with me every step of the way - carefully assessing all of my issues and helping create a treatment plan that would see me through to the end of my race. I ran last weekend and had NO PAIN. It was truly incredible. I could not have reached this goal without Ali and Ryan. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful staff! Dr. Peregrine was very professional. I am about 4-6 weeks ahead of where I would be if I just stayed with my PCP. ( please understand my PCP put me on muscle relaxers and told me to come back in four weeks if there was no change in pain. I wanted more help so I sought out Airrosti Therapy on my own) Dr. Peregrine noticed after my 5th visit that I had no change and something else was going on with my spine so he sent me for an MRI of my lower back. Dr. Peregrine was correct- I have a slipped vertebrae and collapsed disc. Surgery is scheduled next week. Thank you Airrosti Therapy for watching out for my health with such concern!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Peregrine has been great. I've been to Airrosti twice, once to address a hip deficiency and a second time to help alleviate pain in my mid back. Staff is great, and the exercises they recommend aided my recovery. My hip injury was something I'd tried to address with other doctors, finding no success. Peregrine listened to my experiences and was the first to provide treatment that resulted in healing, both with soft tissue work and with rehabilitation exercises. I recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Airrosti because regular PT was going to be at least $150 more per treatment and it was going to take several weeks to start treatment. I thought I would just give Airrosti a try, but ended up being so pleased with the care and professionalism and mostly, the results, that I stayed with them. My shoulder is at least 50% better after 6 treatments which is amazing considering it can take 6 months to a year to fully recover from frozen shoulder. The one on one care from the Dr doing the soft tissue treatment to the PT exercises and stretches with Scott was very thorough and tailored exactly for me and my condition. They were willing to answer any and all questions and makes adjustments to the program as I progressed. A very efficient set up and great results. I highly recommend them.

I like that they didn't try to keep me coming back for months or years, but also didn't promise overnight results. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ali Covert and Scott Friesen, certified Recovery Specialist, both worked so professionally together to help with my upper shoulder issues. My pain subsided and I continue to do the exercises which Scott asks you to follow. Dr. Covert is truly devoted to her skills and asks you along the way, how are you feeling. Lots of compassion in this office. I highly recommend Ali and Scott; they are the Best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr P. and Ryan were absolutely great. They were both very knowledgeable about the treatments they were giving. I've been dealing with a chronic shoulder injury for about a year now, and I'm fully confident that with the ongoing rehab exercises and body work done to it, it's back on it's way to recovery. I went in, feeling constant pain and shoulder immobility. two weeks later, I'm able to yoga and workout as normal, of course continuing to do the rehab exercises I was given. Being a yoga instructor makes it more crucial to get better, and these folks completely helped with that! I'm already recommending them to everyone I know.

A friend told me about Airrosti (she’s a runner & I am not!) so I was skeptical but had nothing to lose after trying so many other things to combat neck pain. So easy to book an appointment online! They even run your insurance so you know your benefits before your first appointment. Both are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. P was up front with me about letting me know if he didn’t think Airrosti wouldn’t help, but it was obvious after the first treatment that it did! Airrosti is definitely not a last resort!

They both answered questions, explained all exercises and stretches thoroughly, making sure I was completely comfortable and capable of continuing my rehab successfully on my own at home. My back is sooo much better and the exercises/ movements help to immediately alleviate any discomfort should it occurr. Much better in less than two weeks! So very glad I tried this rather that getting a prescription to mask the pain and not fix the problem. Will definitely return should I need help on my journey to better health and fitness!

Ryan is very helpful and knowledgeable in rehab techniques that actually work. Ryan's follow up email with the rehab routine built into it is great! Often you go to a traditional doctor and you arrive in pain and then leave in pain with a prescription for drugs that just dulls the pain instead of fixing it. I walk in to see Dr. Peregrine and I walk out usually with no pain left at all...no drug prescription needed. I just can't speak highly enough of Airrosti. Thank you so much for what you both do!

Experiencia fantástica: Airrosti works miracles. If you have any type of muscle or joint pain, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr P. and therapist Ryan. Dr P. takes his time to listen to you, figure out exactly what is making you hurt, and then goes to work on your deep muscle tissue in a way that is genius. Ryan puts together excellent stretching and massage exercises that you can do at home to help you on your way to recovery quickly. I'd highly recommend trying Airrosti before going to your family doc, chiropractor or acupuncturist. I've recommended Airrosti to several co-workers and they all have come back with rave reviews. Experiencia fantástica: I don't have the words to describe how thankful I am to have found Airrosti and more specifically, Dr. Peregrine. Dr. Peregrine has seen me for 4 different injuries and a total of 12 separate visits. Each time I went to see him I felt he was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and enthusiastic about my journey to recovery. Most recently, I saw him for a debilitating back injury. This injury forced me to miss some work, disrupted my home life and didn't allow me to be myself. When Dr. P saw me he did some tests and quickly assured me that nothing major was wrong with my back and at the same time instilled a confidence in me that he'd have me back to 100% in no time. Well, 3 visits and 3 weeks later I was back at full force and was able to complete a weeks worth of Swift Water training for my job pain free. I can't say enough about the man. He's friendly, skillful, intelligent, compassionate and has every other quality you'd want someone to have that you entrust with your health. In short, Dr. Peregrine is a great Doctor but an even better person. I recommend him to anyone looking to resolve acute or chronic pain. He'll be honest with you and more than likely have you pain free in no time.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing results! My shoulders were damaged, and hunching protectively to avoid the pain was destroying my posture and sapping my vitality. After the first visit, I got significantly better. I didn't realize how much pain I was putting up with until I got some relief. After the second visit, I'm doing great! I was able to do the "crawl" stroke in the pool (a move I haven't been able to manage for decades) and lift a barbell in my CrossFit class (also impossible before Dr. Peregrine and Ryan did their magic). If I hadn't experienced it myself, I would have thought the glowing reviews were exaggerated. Nope.
