Experiencia fantástica: Alexandra is awesome. Since being her patient I feel my treatment needs are greatly met. She shows compassion and she makes me feel comfortable talking to her. I appreciate it. Staff has always been friendly towards me and respectful.I do agree with the comment from Lisa about prescriptions if your next appointment isn't for 2 or 3 months they should automatically have refills already set up mental health medications are serious and should be a priority. My Aprn is great with making sure I get my medications. Thank you

The way they have handled the needs of my son, managing to get him the care he needed when a staff he was supposed to have was unavailable- caring enough to get a supervisors approval for a "bridge" appt- I don't think there's enough words to express this mommas gratitude for everything they have done in such a short time. Being new to Waterbury things have been tough- but the staff here deserves a big shout out for taking some stress off my shoulders! Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: On February 11, 2021 and March 10, 2021 my wife and I received our two Covid-19 vaccinations at Wheeler Clinic’s facility on Lakewood Road in Waterbury. On both dates everything was handled perfectly and the staff could not have been nicer. They were efficient, informative, friendly and very professional. Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing a therapist for 25 years and I have to say that my therapist Kionna and I clicked the first time I met her. She's the best! Easy to say anything to about everything and you don't have to worry about her judging you. I grew up in wonderful family and was at the top of my class. I have survived Breast Cancer and Toximia and other major health issues. And at one point I was having a very hard time staying positive. I believe that I've been through everything to help others. I think that people should never feel embarrassed for having a therapist. We are very fortunate to have the programs at Wheeler Clinic and would like to encourage all of you to take advantage of them.
