Experiencia fantástica: Shout out to Eagan Jackson United therapy network West Co, for the strong effort and dedication he puts in when it comes to Injured patients, He is a therapist who cares about his patients and will help you move forward in life from your injuries, I am very thankful for his knowledge, kindness, experience, encouragement and his support. I also have to thank the staff for being kind patient hardworking and dedicated to every patient Ive seen go through United therapy.If I could rate this place it would be 10 stars because I have seen them give there all to get you back on track. Understand this place is very busy so phone calls are sometimes hard to be answered but for the most part it’s not that bad just a few tries !

Experiencia fantástica: I would give this place ten stars if the system allowed it. The therapists are friendly, knowledgable and hard-working. My favorite is Mel. She makes a difficult situation a little easier with her sense of humor and kindness. I look forward to seeing her every week. The only real problem is lack of parking, but that small frustration is well worth the care and competency you get with this groups of experts. Thank you for helping my hip replacement recovery go so well.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice staff but THEY never answer their phone and if you have to cancel a appointment how do you get through !!!!!!! Right on the card it states you will be charged for missed or canceled appointment without notice. Once again how ???

Arm after breaking rt. upper humerus bone.Sent here for physical therapy, the area to exercise is well lit,clean and Nichole,Jeff,and Raymond are excellent at what they do,the fact that I'm a woman,I appreciate a woman to guide me,they massage my arms tight arm muscles and tendons, the men workout guides haven't, so I prefer a female. Other than that,wear gloves,I don't see too much wiping down of equipment, so I do gloves,mask and there is a rag with a spray,you can request it. Have a hot/cold water dispenser with cups,I bring a tea bag in my wallet,and do a lemon tea after my workout. I am happy with this facility. 'I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

Experiencia fantástica: I fractured two bones in my wrist, had surgery and 6 pins to repair the damage. I was in pain all the time. Patrice worked with me for 3 months and was terrific. She was both professional and sympathetic and encouraged me to push myself just a little bit further each time I went in for therapy. I felt her concern was genuine. By the end of my sessions (26), I was pretty much back to normal. She is a great asset to the company. The front desk associates were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: People are very pleasant the minute you walk in the door. Trainers assist you and make sure you are comfortable throughout your therapy session. That's Awesome Thing!!

Experiencia fantástica: All the therapist are very nice. They are polite and informative and helped mt right knee 100% after total knee replacement surgery in May. I wanted them to push me and challenge me like i did to myself. And tbey sure did. I appreciate all there hard work. I recommend this place very highly. If i ever have to have therapy again. I will be returning to this place and the caring staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this office since August, had back surgery in October & noticed a big difference in the office...they have a new Physical Therapist...Bjorn Gunnarsson, DPT. This is what I noticed right away. 1st) Bjorn's knowledge & skill level is a total game changer, & has greatly improved my recovery. He is friendly & approachable, very attentive, takes the time to really listen & is mindful of my needs, has good communication skills, & always keeps a presence in the gym. All hard to find in one therapist. 2nd) There are more aids to assist you in the gym. Always friendly & willing to help me. They are very supportive & encouraging during my sessions. 3rd) The front office staff has remained friendly & accommodating. 4th) At appointments I'm always greeted with warm friendly smiles in a casual but professional atmosphere & can count on being seen in a timely manner. I, myself, have worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years & know how offices should work. In my opinion, this group is wonderful! I will miss them when my recovery is complete. I very highly recommend anyone to go here for any of your therapy needs.
