Experiencia fantástica: My father in law was well taken care of felt comfortable staying there. He knew all the nurses by name. He even went back after he was released to thank them for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister has been there for a few months and this place is with out a doubt one of the best I've ever seen the staff no matter how busy always have a smile and are so helpful keep up the good work! You are great all of you !!!

Experiencia positiva: The nurses and staff did a good job I was there for 2 months . Michelle, Jason. and Ana and Victor did a good job. The CNA's did a good job. Daniel, Olivia and Elvia and Dyan and Lina and one more guy did a good job. My problem was 3 the roommates I had were total A holes. Also sadly they lost all my clothes from my room including my Steelers blanket. They made me leave my clothes. Since I got Covid from being there. The idiots probably ripped me off no accountability. I can't make a PD report since the DA allows small amounts of stealing things. It's obviously under 1K so I am F ed. Also no security officers so my report is mixed.

Experiencia positiva: I wad there 3 months and there was a few people that stood out from the rest. Maria,a change nurse was always pleasant and did the best job of a bath. Angelica who cleaned the room was always nice and had a great singing voice. The whole p.t. staff was very helpful in getting me up and moving around in a walker.

Experiencia positiva: This was very much a surprise that I would give a great rating after reading some not so good reviews. Jessica was such a great caretaker and made everything seem like no bother and that she really liked her job with a smile. Also the whole physical therapy team & Lady were very on top of making everyone I saw smile and feel motivated! The food was what you would expect for a hospital like facility but not terrible! Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say that thank you so much to the Charge Nurse Vanessa Ruiz she is the best. She does an awesome job and is very kind to all her patients. Also The CNA’S specially to Natalia and Beatrice they are a very caring and gentle with the patients. God Bless there hearts and also to therapist Berenice and Ed thank so much for caring for my lady. And to all the other therapist and students thank so much

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best nursing homes/rehabilitation centers I have visited and spent time. My mother was admitted and stayed for almost two weeks for a followed up rehab care as a result of a stroke. I found the staff very polite, attentive and friendly. They always responded to my requests and tried their hardest to meet her needs. Above all, they seem to sincerely care about their patients, and long term residents. The facility is very clean although it needs some cosmetic facelift. I sincerely recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: My Father was recently placed here after his release from Kaiser Baldwin Park. The Staff were all very pleasant and the Physical Therapy Dept. really helped my Dad get stronger and he was able to walk out of there in just 2 weeks. The facility is clean and there was always plenty of staff assigned and available. Communication with the medical, nursing and clerical staff was always clear, quick and concise.

Experiencia fantástica: My father was there back in may 2016. He was well taken care of Ana was one of his nurse aid she was great. When i wanted to put him in there for 1 week they wouldn't accept him. I dont know why.
