Experiencia fantástica: Having been heavily involved in competitive contact sports for more than 30 years now, you can bet I've seen more than my share of surgeons and physical therapists. Not once in all these years have I ever witnessed an ENTIRE staff like the one I experienced at the RPT in West Jordan. Without exception over the years have I walked into the office and then the front desk only to be asked "Do you have an appointment?" "Fill this out and we will call you when we are ready." Then you ask yourself, "Why aren't you ready, I made an appointment. Isn't my time valuable?" It is here. I did make an appointment for an "initial consultation" and when my time had come I walked into RPT and the young ladies at the front counter greeted me not only with a warm smile, but addressed me by name! They handed me a tablet with preloaded questions regarding my pain levels during daily activities. Is this for real? Are they going to track my progress? Again, another first. When finished answering my questions and handed the tablet back and get this...they where waiting on me! This was just the start. With each encounter with staff I was always greeted by name. They ASKED to touch before they did and told me why they needed to do it. I was escorted through each activity by staff as I moved through the various stages of therapy for that day. Every encounter although painful at first was made as pleasant as possible. Everyone at RPT was knowledgeable and efficient. Thoughtful when they speak and gentle with their hands. My recovery was planned out from the moment I arrived that first day. A well deserved thank you to Greg and his entire staff for making an almost unbearable situation as pleasant as possible. It is so much easier to heal when in the comfort of friends.

The employees are very personal and happy to have you there and I received the help that I needed for my knee surgery with a happy environment. It was a bitter sweet goodbye when I was done because i loved going! I was very impressed and I can easily say that was the best service i've ever received.

Throughout my three months I was always treated with respect and kindness. And sharing stories with Will was always a hoot. Such a caring atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give them 6 stars I would. Came in back in the spring for a plantar fasciitis issue I'd been dealing with for over 2 years. I had tried everything: Stretches, rest, shoe inserts, cortisone shots, etc. None of it had worked, and I was seriously afraid I'd just have constant pain in my foot for the rest of my life. But ~7 months later and I'm completely pain-free, can play basketball again and wake up without my foot aching. Staff here are excellent and responsive. Special shouts to Chantel for recommending dry needling treatment that had the biggest positive impact on my injury. Strongly recommend RPT in West Jordan for anyone who needs PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I threw my back out during a workout and after a month and a half of pain I decided it was time to get help. Chantel was great and had me fixed up in no time! After two visits and doing the recommended exercises at home, I'm as good as new. The experience was great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been visiting this RPT location for nearly 3 months, initially for my son's treatment and later for my own unrelated medical needs. When taking my son for his treatment, I had to coordinate with my entire family's schedule. The receptionists/schedulers, Anna and Celeste, turned out to be the most invaluable asset I have encountered in a medical office. Managing biweekly appointments around the schedules of five other people, often with last-minute changes just two days prior, they consistently demonstrated a willingness to help us find suitable appointment times within their availability. Now that I've started my own treatment, I've been able to sync appointments with my son's, usually within a 20-minute window, effectively minimizing the number of weekly visits. Having worked in medical offices for a considerable period, I can attest that in today's world of automated check-ins and virtual appointments, encountering even one individual who excels as a warm and efficient face of the clinic is a rarity, let alone two like Anna and Celeste. As a patient, I have come to realize that this location is staffed entirely with remarkable individuals. From their excellent treatment methodologies to the exceptional guidance provided during post-treatment exercises by the Aides, particularly Will and Jay, this place stands out. The Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants are truly exceptional. They exhibit excellent communication skills and implement effective treatment routines while leveraging technology for at home plans that are easily followed. Each member of the staff offers valuable insights and techniques to address the issues that prompt your visits. Following their prescribed plans has been a decision I've never regretted. While I hope to avoid needing physical therapy in the future, if the need does arise, I have no doubt that I would choose to return to this location. I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone I know who requires physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at RPT has been nonetheless but great! I currently attend the West Jordan location and their staff is amazing! Every time I arrive for appts I am greeted by the receptionist Celeste she has a welcoming smile, very courteous, attentive, and very professional when it comes to checking you in before your appt and taking care of scheduling follow ups and payments after each session! She is a gem ! I’ve noticed the phone rings a lot because they’re extremely busy but even then I’ve noticed that receptionist Celeste and Anna are still very attentive and multi-task to still help in person patients. If you thought the receptionist are great wait until you meet the physical therapist each and every one of them are amazing as well and will get you back to normal from any injury in no time! I give this place a 10/out of 10 and highly recommended it to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: RPT is awesome!!! My therapist (Greg) was amazing to work with. I am a curious person, and he graciously answered all of my questions while doing the work that needed to be done. All of the trainers I worked with (Donna, Maddie, Paige) are really attentive and dance the fine line of pushing you/not hurting you. Everyone’s focus at RPT is to help you recover. It was my first physical therapy experience and I don’t want to go anywhere else if I end up needing PT services again.

Then as I progressed there were additions made so I could get as strong as possible as fast as possible. Physical therapists were all friendly and concerned for my well being. Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient of RPT for about a year for some chronic pain that I had for about 5 years prior. Each and every staff member that I encountered was caring and listened to my issues. They provided treatment and at home solutions for me to try and I’m happy to say that I’ve been feeling great consistently since finishing treatment last year. I recommend them to everyone and I know that they will be there for me if I need them again.

My arch/ankle injury on my right foot was a pain level of a Nine when arriving for treatment. In four short weeks my foot and ankle have been strengthen and my pain level is now minimal, below a One. Experiencia fantástica: Very positive experience. I had a knee replacement and the exercises they had me do really strengthened my knee. Chantel, the physical therapist, was excellent. She really helped me gain my full range of motion. The last time I worked with her I had 150 degrees range of motion. She is excellent!

From the receptionists, the assistants, the exercise specialists, and the physical therapists it has been nothing but kindness and compassion. I'm very happy to have been able to come here and work with all these great people. They are all very knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. Experiencia fantástica: I went here for 6 weeks to help with some plantar fasciitis. All of the staff is amazing. The therapists listen to you and do a wonderful of updating your routine to help you progress quickly. I would definitely come here again if I had the need.

Experiencia fantástica: RPT West Jordan was such a great choice for my physical therapy. Every staff member is so welcoming and kind. Such a great atmosphere every time you walk in. Chantel is my physical therapist, and I’ve never had any doctor, physician, etc that listens to every detail you tell them and makes sure that you are getting every single need met. She is so incredibly understanding and makes every visit worth it. I now have so much more relief on my back pain and it wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for such an outstanding staff and physical therapist Chantel. 10/10 would recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend RPT. After my injury I was referred to RPT and I'm glad I went. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional and I truly believe they cared. I worked with Matthew Hobbs, DPT for my sessions and he explained everything to me as we went through the treatments which put me at ease. The staff explained all the movements and exercises and were patent and engaged. It is a friendly environment and I could tell the staff was concerned with each patient and how they were doing. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will request RPT.

Britten my PT was awesome. He was friendly easy to talk to and genuinely cared. Kyle and Dana my fitness specialist were so nice. I made awesome progress in 2 months. The staff at RPT, West Jordan are knowledgeable and professional. the status of my shoulder rehab was their top priority. I am amazed how fast my shoulder and arm went from non-functional to a full range of motion. I had rotator cuff surgery in December 2018. Greg's first comment to me was, 'We have a long way to go.' I was discharged less than 12 weeks later with a full range of motion and arm strength increasing daily.

I had a total knee replacment and I could not have done this with out their help. I never thought I would say I am really going to miss them. If you need any therapy I would highly recommend RTP. Experiencia fantástica: I have received treatment from three different physical therapy clinics within 7 years, and I would highly recommend RPT over any place I have been too. In the past two years I've have had two different meniscus tears. RPT has a fantaistic staff of knowledge, qualified individuals whom work with you personally to give the right care on rehabbing the effected body part. Listening when it counts the most, the staff makes sure needs are met and not to over working you. Being a Wildland Firefighter, RPT has benefited me to get back to work and regain full range of motion.
